Even though you have millions of dollars of LWLG shares, and have been one of the strongest advocates of the GOO's science for 2 decades, up to this point you were still not 100% sold on it. It took some new words from the Dr. L. in a press release to confirm that we finally Are Going Places. We have talked about advancing the GOO science that only more than a couple handful of us on this MB knew about it, and the day when more "newbies" came onboard. For them it is fine to update the amazing tech progressions the company has made with the post-its.

We don't need to analyze each comment from new posters as if they are Russian hackers. There has been hundreds of wasted posts trying to convince anyone with a non-hype comment to either change their view, or calling them out. As a couple stated earlier, let's just stay with the science and insight from those in the know of the company. A Pumpkin or a hyper are not going to change anything, including the share-price. We have the disruptive technology that the world needs, and hopefully soon a financial deal in hand will make us rich. Let's not ruin this board the way Yahoo was with attacks on other stocks which they in turn come to this one.

Just a long shot but perhaps with a completely new Disruptive Technology, until there is a financial deal, some without full knowledge of all the years of breakthrough accomplished steps, may have concerns.

So, not only proven in an independent lab, but also in a Federal Court, and confirmed by the Federal Trade Commission's "expert witness", IVDN has the only house-wrap material in the world that has an R-Value. Is that important? Only if you want to save money when building, and only if you want to save potentially from 30%-40% on your energy costs, and finally only if you would like to see less carbon spewed into the environment. They tried to bankrupt IVDN with more than a million dollars in legal fees. It may take some time to get everything fully up and running, but eventually they will need to buy us out if they want to maintain any portion of the multi-billion dollar industry. I would think it would be most prudent to do the PR after the 10K is filed, as to this point only a couple of brokerage firms are trading the stock. To me there should be a great response by anyone that understands the immense confirmation of proof of performance of the only house-wrap in the world that has an R-Value. If the big news gets out and people can't trade it, we will miss the opportunity for gaining the most response from it.

GREAT NEWS! So I tried to buy another 30k shares and because they haven't had the 10k sent in by their ill auditor, Fidelity, PNC and another brokerage firm wouldn't let me make the transaction. My broker thought with the great victory against the forces of the competitors through the FTC, that if not for the 10k the stock would have done at least 200,000 shares and the stock would be at least $00.50+.

For new faces to this board, IVDN has DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY THAT NO OTHER COMPANY IN THE WORLD HAS. It costs less to do construction using our Insultex House-wrap (no need to attach an insulation board and use more lumber). If that wasn't enough, it save 30%-40% on you energy bill!! If that wasn't enough by using less energy it is spewing tons of less dirty Carbon into the atmosphere! Anyone paying for new construction, and either their Architect or contractor doesn't save them money by using this product, is really doing Construction Malpractice to the investors.

5+ years ago before the phony lawsuit they were selling Lowes and Home Depot, and a major homebuilder was ready to buy beaucoup amounts a month. Not only have things changed that the demand for energy saving materials has grown, but why wouldn't every builder, University, Hotel owners, and even the Government that plan to build anything, not use our material, for not just economic reasons, but plus for the concern for the planet? I don't say this to hype the ridiculously low share-price, but everything stated above is a true fact. And by the way, not only did a major respectable independent lab confirm that our Insultex House-wrap have the only R-value, but in a Federal court the Expert witness under oath confirmed the same.

So it's double quantitative proven fact that we have something that should make this stock at these prices for the very few of us that understand this esoteric material one of the best financial investment opportunities in a lifetime. If wrong on any points please show me.

I tried to buy more shares today but because they haven't filed their 10k many firms won't let you trade. I heard their SEC Auditor had a heart attack and it was all delayed. When that gets filed I honestly believe if that is combined with a favorable appeal result, this stock will double right away. Once the orders come in, if this isn't at least a $20 stock than the world doesn't understand the value of this Disruptive Technology in the whole construction world.

Since Lowes and Home Depot did, before the FTC suit I assume the whole world will too. After all who wouldn't want to save between 30%-40% on their annual energy bill, while spewing less carbon into the atmosphere? Honestly at 2 bits this is the steal of the market.

All real long-termers of LWLG will remember that we had a nice educational board going on the Yahoo Message Board for years. It was ruined and we switched to Ihub, because one self-anointed LWLG expert, had to go on other Yahoo boards to tell investors that their belief in their stock was bogus and they were basically idiots to invest there, even if the info was factual.

Subsequently one or more of their investors came to our board and ruined it with hundreds of hating posts. That's called blowback, and as much as we don't think anyone that isn't invested (or seriously wanting to learn) in our stock, has the right to waste our time with their jive, payback is what we get from some doing the same. Pumpkin was one example of the blowback and evidently we are seeing the same here. Stay off of their boards and they will stay off of ours.

Are there not some SEC rules that if a company did a deal that it must be publicly announced by a specific amount of time?

The more shorts the higher and faster the stock price will go up, when the next big positive news comes out, and creates a sweet short squeeze.

Hypothetically we get a major order for the GOO this week that a company wants enough material to cover a million chips. Can the current lab produce enough of it in a relatively quick time? Do they need to make gallons, or thousands of gallons? Is this something we can do completely in house, or will we need to outsource it?
I believe we are that close to getting the orders some of us have been waiting for more than a decade to see, but after all of the talk about solving the science, when it comes to pure mass production, what are the steps needed to maximize sales?

I have only been in the stock for a little more than a year. I jumped in deep when I learned that they have the only house-wrap product in the world with an R-Value. Once I understood how it saves not only money in construction, but even more importantly that it saves up to 40% in energy costs, I increased my share holdings to 6 figures.

I am not a lawyer but I can see how the corporate lawyers for National Corporations would put the brakes down on continued business, if they learned that the Federal Trade Commission said the product didn't have an R-Value. But the more I read and learned and saw documented data from independent labs that it did, and contractors and a distributor continued to buy the product because they saw the proof at the end users.

You were a shareholder when the company created another division from Apparel to Construction. You saw the share-price rise and sales increase. Home Depot was cutting 50% of the worlds leading H-W to put in IVDS's. I can only imagine the frustration of these last 6 years or so from the frivolous lawsuit, when sales and stock tanked. But understanding the science of Evacuated Cells in the products that creates a vacuum, and subsequently insulated barriers, why do you think nothing is different that "could have been said for YEARS? Once the appeal is over and hopefully won, we will have quantitated proof of the disruptive technology not only from the Independent Labs, but also essentially from the FTC.

To me this is like the movie-- IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME. If you have products that will not only save the cost in building, that would be enough. I have been in sales all of my adult life and if this isn't the easiest sale in the world I don't know what is. Once someone is just educated in the science and sees the testimonials etc. why would they buy anything else? Once the appeal is over and we hopefully win, I personally will contact every local contractor, roofer, and anyone else that could profit from the IVDN materials.

The company will need to put out informational PR's in as many building, Architecture, or other websites and media. Again, why wouldn't they use a better product, and more importantly imagine if the owners of new homes, or investors in any other new construction learn that their architect or builder failed to save them serious money on the building and energy costs. That would not be good for getting future business.

Anyone who believes we are years away from major sales increases (once the appeal is over) should sell all of their shares so I can buy them even cheaper than they are. This is the calm before the big storm.

How many people have invested in future Disruptive Technology or a Bio-Tech hoping to have stock in a company that has a new product that nobody in the world has, that has failed or after years not been proven? And if these new technologies are proven or a new drug is approved there is no doubt that the stock will fly many many times higher.

Exactly, or if stated differently; if indeed our material is 3x's as fast using much less power than what todays chips can do, why would anyone making a new Phone, Data Center, EV, Computer, anything, anything, anything that uses a chip not use ours. My thought for years was when there was proof in the labs that the material is the real deal, and that one/some of the Tier 1's were ready to cut a financial deal, the T-1 "cousins and uncles in Shlabookieville" of insiders would be buying cheap shares on the open market. And we would be going up by Dollars not pennies, and the volume would be in the millions daily.

Now there def was great info from the SH meeting video and other tech sites finally talked about the GOO, but I still say that part of the major share price rise was more than just newbies learning and buying.
