General Motors and Clean Energy Working to Expand Hydrogen Fueling Infrastructure

-- Hydrogen Station to Open Near LAX
-- Using Clean Energy's Expertise in Natural Gas Fueling to Expand Hydrogen Infrastructure and Support Chevrolet's Project Driveway
General Motors Corp. and Clean Energy Fuels Corp. announced today Clean Energy will open a hydrogen fueling station in Los Angeles with support from GM. The two companies also announced that they are exploring further opportunities to expand the hydrogen infrastructure.
GM and Clean Energy are discussing potential opportunities to expand this first station into a network of hydrogen fueling stations by leveraging Clean Energy's natural gas fueling expertise and the real-world customer experience gained by fueling more than 14,000 vehicles daily at over 170 CNG stations across North America.
“Working with General Motors in this highly significant project makes great sense,” said Andrew J. Littlefair, Clean Energy's president and CEO. “Developing a cost-effective hydrogen infrastructure is a challenge.
I will see what I can dig up
As a result of the Reverse Split, the number of issued and outstanding and the number of authorized shares of common stock of the Company will be reduced in accordance with the exchange ratio for the Reverse Split.
so why are you in it if you dont like it no matter what the share structure is, and dont tell me you are just here to save me from myself lol...no way someone would spend that much time on another board to protect me.
Ive been looking at the market cap as with all and it is very low making it atractive. a 1 for 100 would be just fine with me ;)
so its a winner if they have 35 mil out?
Amelot in a Barbados newspaper looks like today.
http://www.barbadosadvocate.com/NewViewNewsleft.cfm?Record=36128
Yep, thats why this is so atractive, they are in deals with GM now. As the infrastructure grows so will CLNE
I agree, its like Boone said.. we are crazy to be giving them that much money every year.
and thats just one area.
well they shiped it so looks like it is the model, some here said they wern't doing anything. yawwwnn Its a beautiful day out there!
who said they wern't doing anything ? sounds pretty busy to me.
This processing system will be the model for future programs throughout the Caribbean and the world. Our design is mobile, thus, making it very easy to move and set up in locations with increasing demands for Biofuel.
Once these revs start coming in I believe they should do a 1 for 100.. you would see a lot more investors come in then and push this market cap up for that 10 bagger.
Just needs a few more of the Nat Gas stations to start poping up publicly rather than the fleet stations. Its still in its infancy when it comes to public use but the demand has grown more in the last six months than the previuos 20 years.
Brazil is now self sufficient with bio fuels and it has been working for thirty years. they are the world's largest exporter of ethanol in 2007 with 933 million gallons exported. The market for biofuels is exploding now and the Caribbean basin is a great place to fill that demand.
Summer time usualy good to POW , like to see a trend for a while.
Yes :) true dat...I kinda think a three bagger in a year as more fleets move to Nat Gas and CLNE gets more publicity
Thats pretty intersting, gave it a mkt cap of 97 mil...
A year from now I bet we are all smiles here..
sweet eh, getting known now..
lucrative Synonyms lucrative

call him, dont be afraid.
once it levels off probly see some institutional buying again as long as the net income continues ;)
true thats the reason he is IR, to keep the company from spending so much time answering questions. Email is quicker than calling back 20 people
Actually that company used his name and number without getting his approval first. You should give him a call before making accusations.
The Fed only has an .18 tax cpg and from that it goes to a fund and conservation efforts. not all but some.. In Florida The statewide excise tax is 14.5 cents per gallon for gasoline and 27.2 cpg for diesel. The 14.5 cents represents 10.5 cpg sales tax plus 4 cpg excise tax. Gasoline tax rate increased .2 cpg on 1/1/05. Tax rate changes annually based on CPI. Does not include 2.2-cpg tax/fee for environmental inspection purposes (5 cents per barrel tax for the Water Quality Assurance Trust Fund, 80 cents per barrel for the Inland Protection Trust Fund, 2 cents per barrel for the Coastal Protection Trust Fund and 1/8 cents per gallon for weights and measures inspection fee).
Gasoline rate also does not include additional minimum 9.9 to 17.8 cent per gallon local option tax portion with the weighted average of 14.6 cents per gallon. Therefore, depending on where you live in Florida, your overall gasoline tax can vary from an average of 52.9 cents per gallon to 45 cents per gallon.

Well that type of energy is for the grid so oil will still have its demand. wind , solar and nukes effect oil very slightly
I mentioned it somewhere, thought it was here.. last I heard its is still at a 40% loss of energy and the duration is only a second or less. I have access to the university, I should check on that next time I am down there.
man this is an active board :)
