As a result of the Reverse Split, the number of issued and outstanding and the number of authorized shares of common stock of the Company will be reduced in accordance with the exchange ratio for the Reverse Split.

so why are you in it if you dont like it no matter what the share structure is, and dont tell me you are just here to save me from myself lol...no way someone would spend that much time on another board to protect me.
