30 bud tenders can only sell x amount of product. It doesnt matter if there is a line of 1000 people at all 3 cali dispensaries at all times they are open. 1 bud tender equals aproximently 100 customers served per 8 hour day thats one customer about every 5 minutes. What im saying is toronto could surport the 3 cali blum stores. Lol its so big, i agree it is a lot bigger but without 100's of locations and cultivation to serve them doesnt matter.
How much can three stores take of cali's rec market? Nothing, very little pimple. Auroa and canopy ate trying to get 10% to 20% of canadian market.
Its not the size of the field that matters. Its how much of it you own. Trtc not even in top 10 biggest cali companies.
They are believers untill their not. Best thing for trtc is for U.S. to go legal and canopy or auora buys um up. With a little pocket change.
Got that link to the NuLeaf deal yet? You know the one where the state approved it.
Trtc would do a pr if it was approved. 50 days before deadline.
Why can't they just start bulding grows or finish the nuleaf deal.
As much as you dont believe it all i want is for trtc to get their cultivation going so we can all make some money so i can stop bitching
You tell me when trtc will be bigger then acbff. Fyi the answer is never. Too far behind and no money, yup no money Sticky this post. You heard it hear first. Trtc = baby grow
I think we are starting the next bull run for the pot sector. Call it consilidation Feb. And expansion march. Show me the money. $27.00 usa end of week. Good luck with that position. It might still be early on the next bull run but it will start any week and should be full go in a month or two.
With these endless pumps about how the price will sky rocket. I was wondering how you came up with saud prediction
I guess u got this right.
Nice to know
Hi! Can you post a link to that nuleaf and trtc license being approved? Thanks for the help.
A article with the best 10 ariticles about pot and the us in the last week. Scan over those articles and tell me how the pot band wagon can be stopped. Three years ago it would of took a year for this many steps in the states to change or be in the process of changing.
At this rate the landscape for pot and the way people view it will change at a faster pase then it ever has.

DP has lied before. So what he said the only reasons for a rs might not be all the reasons. Only time will tell.
Agree
My 2 cents is when the amercan poltical enviroment becomes close to the candian polticle environment. The american pot stocks will run more the the candian ones did. So everyone should be prepairing themselves to take advantage. My guess is small run up for 2018 election then fall then a major run on the 2020 election.
A few questions.
How much revenue did blum oakland do last quater as a medical only dispensary?
That dispensary can only produce "x" amount of dollars per day rec. Or medical. It can only wait on "x"amount of people per day.
Im not saying rec. Dosent produce a higher demand but if blum Oakland can only wait on a estimate of 1000 people a day. (I have no idea what the true number maxed out blum can do a day.) So if they where waiting on 800 as a medical dispensary that only leaves a 25% increase possible for rec. Pot. I think a good idea would be to take what the vegas dispensaries did before rec. Then average out the additional revenue they did after rec. Then apply that percentage to blum oakland to determine what they might be doing now.
Im just saying dont expect the moon when we might only end up on top of a skyscraper.
Without money how will trtc pay for Nevada cultivation and extraction plans. Derrick stated that they where building out one of the permits they won in nevada plus the potential NuLeaf deal. As a beating man i would beat that both of the proposed cultivation sites are empty without any construction started. If anyone lives in Vegas a update on those properties would be great. Fyi 2 months away from NuLeaf being a loan.
This is just funny a little video to make people smile and laugh. Unrealted to trtc

Very nice.
Just wait for...... .18
Timber tech
How low can you go? .18
Slow and steady is the name of the game.
We will only rs if we can uplist.... time will tell all
I want some more cannopy growth. I see this company as a major gainer when 1st quater of rec. Sales are reported. They have a stock pile of pot and should be one of the only companies with a stock pile waiting to be sold for more then the 8.50 a gram its sold for now. Auroa only produces 100,000 more grams then sold last quater reported. Cannopy produced over a million more and with the harvest from those 100,000 clones that went to bc
Lots of extra pot for rec. Launch. yes money in the bank
This is a question for the belivers. How will trtc pay future bills? So far they have proved that every new quater report has a bigger loss attached to it. .11 might be done the road
Lets add say 500million shares and have real cultivation on the menu by 2nd quater 2019 i persoanly would like to see about 500,000sq ft to 1 million. In a agricutiral area with cheaper land then the city of Oakland. Maybe a retro fit of a old green house to speed up first plantings. I dont care about 50k sq ft grows will not change share price. The way trtc blows money will take mega production to turn real profit.

The problem with trtc is their cultivation foot print. Smart money goes to canopy growth with their inventory and future inventory they are in the best postion to capture market share if rec goes. I hope 20% valued at 5 billion and growing to 20 billion
1 to 4 billion a year in sales is if they capture 20% of candian market. Very possible with 4+ million sq ft of grow space.
Management decided owning grow ups was not as important as owning dispensiories.
No cultivation again. Im unfamiliar with where san lanardo is located but from a logistics stand point seems like you would want manufactureing to be next to or on your cultivation land. Why not open cultivation. San lanardo is another red operating dispensary owned by trtc.
300 a day in 3 yearss × $50 a person
15,000 times 365 = 5.4 million $ or 1500 pounds roughly at a ccost of 2000 a pound is 3 million
5.4 -3 = 2.4 million profit before any expense or taxis w ooo th 280 e on that you will then pay anoutt $700,000.00 tax
2.4-700,000 = 1.7 million now we must minus expenses
12 months time lets say about 30,000.00 lease a month 360,000.00
1.7-360,000= 1,440,000 left
Maybe they profit 1 million a year from this.
The number of 300 people a day is a goal 3 years after opening according to that article
1 million profit (way on the high side bassed off of this companies previous performance)
1million ÷990,000,000 million =$.00101 earnings per share from this dispensary
Game changer at this rate ill be taking money to the bank.
When this dispensary hits that earnings report ill be able to buy that new car.
Ch ching $$$$ dolla dolla signs i love you trtc thank you so much.

Are there any updates on construction or a time line when phase 1 for 154k sq ft will be done?
Are those pictures from nevada or cali?
Any update

There is a reason all candian companies are building out real cultivation foot prints. Trtc is a joke compaired to the big 4. The fact that cultivation wasn't first shows just how bad management is. You have a way ro profit but yet you skip the most important part. When derrick was a private owner of blum oakland he had cultivation then when nevada rolls around and its a public company he doesnt. Who needs to worry about profit if its shareholders money. Canadian compaines are bukiding out cultivation faculties that make new jersey edible gardens look small, we are talking 1 million + sq ft cultivatikn faculties producing 240 million plus grams a year. If trtc did that this stock would be worth loads $1-2 a gram to produce, sold for $8 a gram that is in the big 4 candian copanies reportings.
240×2 480 million. Cost
240 ×8 1.92billion revenue
1.4 billion profit, the writing is on the wall
This company has 450 million outstandjng shares with around 500 million in cash on hand
Trtc needs major cultivation or they are dead in the water.
How will they pay for said cultivation easy rs and re issue shares.
Or convert New jersey but 3-4 years out
Good read about this market and where we are at
https://seekingalpha.com/article/4146260-s-curve-reveals-early-days-marijuana-growth-cycle
Does anyone have a estimated timeline on new jersery rec? I just read that they are having a medical marijuana audit that should take 60 days (unknow how many days in) then people are expecting phill to add chronic pain to the list which would help their 16000 patient count grow. There are only 6 dispensaries open there too. I would say the garden state is completely under developed to handle rec supply and distribution. Who knows trtc might add a few more blums there too.
