A long list of companies are working on solid state batteries and it will take some time but CHS would possibly fit very well into all those companies supply lines and who knows those companies could be buying CHS now for testing in their solid state batteries anodes but even though those type battery are a little ways off CHS has a place in the current battery technology widely used today so CHS is right on time and I'm very thankful for the investment of 750,000 Mr.Keen has put into the company to move CHS to the market. Great things ahead for CHS !!
It could be huge for Coretecs CHS !!!
https://www.ednasia.com/news/article/silicon-anode-holds-key-to-solid-state-batteries
CHS is used in the silicon based anodes for batteries. Solid state batteries have anodes of course and CHS can be used in the cuurent type lithium ion batteries or the solid state batteris Fisker and many many others are working on.That means CHS could be used in the silicon based anodes for batteries from multiple companies .Thats HUGE !!! Thers a lot of info online about the use of silicon based anodes for batteries now and that's why CHS could be very successful since silicon based anodes are the future of batteries including solid state batteries which are on the way or current type lithium ion batteries being mass produced now. They need silicon based anodes and CHS makes silicon based anodes performance greater and that's one reason Coretec was formed to get CHS to market . Why did Victor Keen just invest 750,000 dollars into the company.? Its clear to me when you see whats going on out there today and maybe this one article will help you see that .But remember the batteries used today are moving to the silicon based anode the lithium ion batteries in cars sell phones lab tops all can potentially benefit from a silicon based anode with CHS materials in it and that's what Coretecs people are working on now to get this into the hands of companies and into their supply lines for multiple applications in batteries , semi conductor and memory chips , printable electronics , solar energy and others. This silicon based material Coretec has is going to be a winner !!
https://www.motorauthority.com/news/1113815_fisker-solid-state-battery-promises-500-mile-range-1-minute-charging
Solid State batteries have an anode just as current lithium ion batteries have and Coretecs CHS is used in silicon based anodes which are superior the current anodes mostly made with carbon . The process, originally developed at North Dakota State University and subsequently licensed to Coretec, involves the use of a ring-based silicon molecule called cyclohexasilane, or CHS, to replace silanes currently used for certain types of anode manufacturing.
From the article below ,posted link above, you can see that solid state batteries do have a ways to go but this battery is obviously not a threat to Coretecs CHS materials as we can see more about the solid state batteries in this article so you can visualize a drwing of a solid state battery https://www.androidauthority.com/lithium-ion-vs-solid-state-battery-726142/
The batteries also suffer from low rate capability and poor performance in Solid-state batteries are already used in some small devices but building them on the scale that automotive production requires isn’t possible yet.old temperatures. However, Fisker’s Vice President of Battery Systems, Fabio Albano, said the company is working to address these issues.
“We are addressing all of the hurdles that solid-state batteries have encountered on the path to commercialization, such as performance in cold temperatures; the use of low cost and scalable manufacturing methods; and the ability to form bulk solid-state electrodes with significant thickness and high active material loadings,” he said.
Fisker doesn’t expect its solid-state batteries to be ready for automotive applications until sometime after 2020. So the company’s EMotion will initially use a lithium-ion battery sourced from LG Chem. The svelte sedan will still offer a generous range of 400 miles, Fisker promises.
Fisker has made a lot of promises in the past. For example, it previously said it would launch cars with graphene batteries. While we remain skeptical, Fisker does have on its development team one of the key people behind Sakti3, the solid-state battery startup sold to vacuum cleaner company Dyson in 2015. Dyson last fall said it was working on an electric car of its own.
Small float of about 5 to 6 million shares equals big moves in the stock price if we get really good news which I believe we will. CRTG I believe is way undervalued at these prices , revenue coming soon and perhaps partnerships and affiliations with some good companys. Victor must be really excited about whats going on to invest 750,000 dollars into the company !! Cant wait to hear what he knows and I should be very good!!!
Expecting great news soon from the Company. I'm betting the company HAS REVENUE VERY SOON FROM THE SHIPPING OUT OF MATERIALS TO CORETEC CUSTOMERS . CORETEC IS GOING TO BE VERY SUCCESSFUL AND WITH THE LOW FLOAT OF AROUND 6 MILLION SHARES THE STOCK CAN MOVE EASILY TO THE UPSIDE WITH THE RIGHT DEVELOPMENTS. THE BEST IS YET TO COME !!!
TRUE FLOAT 5 TO 6 MILLION SHARES! DONT BE MISLED THE 20 MILLION SHARES JUST PURCHASED BY VICTOR KEEN NOT PART OF THE FLOAT AND ARE FULLY RESTRICTED FOR 1 YEAR AND HAVE LIFETIME RESTRICTIONS AFTER THAT ON SELLING SHARES AND I MIGHT ADD TO THAT THAT VICTOR KEEN HAS NEVER SOLD ONE SHARES OF STOCK . THESE NEWLY BOUGHT AND RESTRICTED SHARES CANNOT BE TRADED AND ARE NOT PART OF THE FLOAT !!!! WITH SUCH AN EXTREEMLY LOW FLOAT THE STOCK COULD MOVE HIGHER VERY EASILY WITH GOOD NEWS WHICH I FULLY EXPECT!!!!

Michael Kraft from the Dec 5th news release "I am very happy Ramez is joining our team. Coretec is fortunate to have a technical lead with his experience and qualifications," stated Michael Kraft, CEO. "In commercializing technical materials like Coretec's HexaSilane™ (cyclohexasilane; Si6H12), it is vital to have detailed technical discussions with customers in several markets and then direct R&D to efficiently connect the customer need with our HexaSilane™ material as the solution. I can already see that Ramez fills that role nicely".
Its only been a month since Ramez came on board and about 6 weeks since the 750,000 investment by Victor Keen. I believe in that time period they have made positive progress which I think we will hear very positive updates soon . Its takes a little time for a new company to get the product into the hands of customers but I think Coretec is on the verge of just that and an announcement of revenue should be forth coming.Victor wouldn't have invested 750 thousand dollars unless revenue was close> Looking for a very positive update near term !!
Great things ahead no worries I completely believe we will see great updates when they come out. This is going to be a great year !!!!
Yes hoping for that update soon and we shall see why Victor and J. Tozer got involved in this 750,000 dollar investment into Coretec, 750 K that is being used now to move this thing forward . Happy New Year to all you Coretrekkies and it will be a Happy 2018 for sure !!!
Forecasts and estimates are normal for any serious company that trades publically. If a company doesn't put out a forecast or any estimates of any kind for the upcoming quarters that is not normal at all and thank goddness Cortec is giving its shareholders through the conference call in July a forecast of the future and how this works with estimated timelines ,numbers and explainations on how this company plans to move forward.Shareholders don't have to believe management but it would be completely unusual to have no communication from management on their estimated timelines forecast and numbers for the company going forward . If someone doesn't like what the company says then they don't have to invest in the company but I believe Mr Krafts estimates and forecast as well as the other management personel who participated in the conference call in July as they gave factual truthful information on information about the future of the company in its very good forecast and estimates from the conference call. I'm shocked that shareholders didn't even write down word for word what their forecast and estimates for the company were from the call in but management has been spot on so far on their estimates and forecast for the company based on what was said . Example #1 would be the 6 month testing period for new technologies before a company decides if they want to make production orders for their tech using CHS which would be revenue , long term revenue .That estimated 6 month timeline estimate is fact and Kraft knows that based on 20 years of doing this.Im a bit shocked people don't believe Coretec could get production orders and long term revenue after just a 6 month testing period but that's is a fact. The stock is highly undervalued now but when those production orders start coming in it will be to late to buy the cheap stock out there today. Thank goodness Coretec management has given forecast and estimates like all publically traded companys do. The July conference call had a lot of forecasts and estimates and info in it that were very beneficial to investors .That's called communication with shareholders and if you listen to the any good companys any where this is a must . Everyone want s an update but the conference call was so detailed about what they are doing now today but most shareholders don't even know what was in it. Anyone who knows what in that call in is probably buying all the stock they can get now. Sure we want updates but that call in was huge and I wish shareholders had really listened to whats going on . The call in is no longer available but man it was loaded with great stuff !!!! Now these things they talked about will be update I'm sure soon but I hope but I think I know what to expect just from what was said in July , LISTEN THE 750,000 dollars Victor INVESTED MEANS THE FORECASTS AND ESTIMATES AND TIMELINES AND INFORMATION ON NDA'S AND INFO ON ALL THE COMPANYS THEY DESCRIBED IN GOOD DETAIL IN THE CONFERENCE CALL IS HAPPENING LIKE THEY SAID AND PERHAPS EVEN BETTER OR THERE WOULD BE NO FOLLOW UP 750,000 DOLLAR INVESTMENT AFTER THE CONFERENCE CALL INFO CAME OUT FROM ONE OF THE INSIDERS WHO KNOWS WHATS GOING ON AND REMEMBER JAMES W. TOZER A FORMER SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF CITIBANK/CITIGROUP LOANED VICTOR SOME OF THE MONEY TO MAKE THAT INVESTMENT IN CORETEC AND TOOK STOCK OPTIONS WHICH IS A HUGE INDORSEMENT ON CORETEC AND J.TOZER KNOWS WHATS HAPPENING NOW BEHIND THE SCENES AND JUST MADE THIS INVESTMENT LAST MONTH. THIS 750,000 IVESTMENT INVOLVING THESE TWO GUYS IS HUGE NOT JUST FOR THE MONEY BUT IT MEANS GREAT THINGS ARE HAPPENING NOW !!!!!!!!!! GREAT THINGS I BELIEVE ARE COMING !!
Comments Michael Kraft CEO of Coretec from the July conference call : " My back ground includes dozens of material and technology product introductions but there are points I would really like the shareholder to remember from this call. I did start in march and ive had a couple of months of talking to the customers but the first thing id like you to understand is this is a unique material we do have several about 14 patents were the only people who can make this material so we don't really have any competition in CHS and as you can see from our extensive web site CHS has many high value applications in several of the worlds fastest growing markets for example energy storage and the solar market and electronics. And the second thing id like you to remember is the experience weve had in the last few months after we engaged many customers in these markets weve seen a very high interest in using CHS in their applications. Its approximately been 5 out of every 10 sales calls and this is one of the best response rates ive ever seen in the 20 years that ive introduced materials on tech products in several world wide markets so weve see a high interest in getting this material as a solution to their problems. "
Also I might add that after Mr. Kraft made these statements they went to the battery show and the response was very good there as well as we can see from the Blog about the show ...https://ir.thecoretecgroup.com/coretec-blog/detail/1344/michael-kraft-to-attend-the-battery-show-north-america-2017
Great to see this deal done with Victor Keen FOR 750,000 dollars which will help move things forward for 2018 which should be a GREAT YEAR INDEED !!!

.
The 750,000 dollar deal with Victor Keen is a done deal and closed purchase of stock ( 20 million shares ) has been made and money available to Coretec ..GREAT NEWS !!!!!!!!!

Yes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The year 2018 I believe will be a GREAT ONE for Coretec shareholders and I firmly believe Coretec will be very successful in 2018. I'm truly excited about the potential of this company .With such an extremely low float of around 5 to 6 million shares this stock can really move to the upside with the right news which I firmly believe we will see in 2018 !! THE BEST IS YET TO COME !!
Lots of cheap shares have sold in the last week at around the 9 cent area. That would be the old .0009 cent area on the old stock and as we all know the stocks lowest trades were at .0001 on the old stock which today would be .03 cents. I believe the stock is way undervalued at these levels for sure.
Victor Keen being an insider knows who the companies are that signed those non-disclosure agreements talked about in the July conference call and whatever else is going on and for him to sink 750,000 dollars into the Coretec is obviously a huge vote of confidence from Victor and he obviously believes great things are on the horizon.Coretec definitely needed that 750,000 dollars to move things forward and I would bet we get some type of update soon enough letting us know that the CHS materials have been shipped out to Coretecs customers and that Coretec has its first revenues !
Great to see Victor investing 750,000 dollars into Coretec .What a great way to end the year with such a large infusion of cash for the company to use. 8K November 15th shares that great news of Victors huge investment !! Its a done deal and Coretec is moving forward to greater things with that money behind them !
Yes I believe Mr. Kraft 110% because he has been through a lot of new products hitting the market for the first time. He knows what hes talking about , you can bank on that. We just have to hope the testing of the materials goes well and we get long term customers. Stock cheap today way undervalued for sure , some great buys out there today as some cut loose of their stock at ridiculously low prices!!
You might listen to the July Conference call because that's what the CEO of Coretec stated. If you want I can post it for you sometime because I wrote down what Mr. Kraft and all the others said word for word. They said making a electric battery prototype or making some semi conductor prototype we see typically that process of their product development testing period be about 6 months long and after that if they want to use the materials long term in their technologys Coretec would then get production orders ( revenue for Coretec ) from those companies for CHS and recurring revenues as they start producing their tech with CHS in it. So according to Mr.Kraft the testing period lasts about 6 months after they receive testing materials ,then if they want CHS in their products they order more CHS (production orders and revenue for Coretec ) and start making products for the market with CHS in it. But Coretec gets the production order revenue after the 6 month testing process is over and that means Coretec could have some LARGE REVENUES COMING IN AFTER THAT 6 MONTH TESTING PERIOD IS UP THROUGH PRODUCTION ORDERS. THATS WAHAT MANAGEMENT SAID !!!
Pegs, In the July conference call Mr. Kraft said it typically takes 6 months for a customer to test the CHS materials before they decide on using it long term. If they want to use CHS then they make production volume orders. I wrote the call in down word for word and that's what he said.
Pegs , The 750,000 investment into Coretec from Victor Keen is a done deal !! I believe Victor Keen invested 750,000 dollars of his own money because Coretec has some really great things going on. The 750,000 dollars investment has BEEN MADE PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT THING AHEAD FOR CORETEC .BE PATIENT NEW COMPANY PRODUCTS HAVE A PROCESS THAT THEY GO THROUGH TO GET NEW MATERIALS TO MARKET.THE STOCK IS WAY UINDERVALUED AT THESE REDICULOUSLY LOW PRICES WITH NO DILUTION AND INSIDERS NOT SELLING STOCK AND REMEMBER THE FLOAT IS ONLY AROUND 5 TO 6 MILLION SHARES. THIS COMPANY IS GOING TO SUPRISE A LOT OF PEOPLE FOR SURE !!THE BEST IS YET TO COME !!
Today the stocks sits here in the morning at close to.12 cents which was .0004 on the old stock and there is a bid at .06 cents today which was .0002 on the old stock. The low before the reverse split was .0001 or today that's .03 cents so maybe someone who bought the old stock will sell here at the bid of .06 cents if they bought stock at the old .0001 or today .03 cents .They could still make a profit double their money or someone could sell at .06 if they are just getting rid of their stock and taking a lose. Who knows but the stock is getting cheap here at these prices and I wouldn't be surprised to see some selling down close to the old lows !!!
The lowest the stock has traded on the old stock was .0001 which would be .03 cents on todays stock after the reverse split. It would be sweet to pick up some shares at the 3 to 5 cents range. The bid is now at .05 cents. We traded as low as .03 cents after the symbol change was made to CRTG but it was a super small trade THEN THE STOCK BOUNCED EASILY TO 20 CENTS SINCE THERE ARE NOT MANY SHARES IN THE FLOAT WHICH IS AROUND 5 TO 6 MILLION SHARES AND NOT MANY CUTTING LOOSE OF THIER STOCK THERE STOCK. ABOUT 1/3 OF THE STOCK OUT THERE TODAY AT THE REVERSE SPLIT TIME LOOKED TO BE OWNED ( BASED ON 10KS 10QS AND OLD STOCK DATA ) AT AROUND .01 TO .0001 ON THE OLD PRICE WHICH TODAY IS .30 DOWN TO .03 CENTS. I DONT HAVE THE NUMBERS IN FRONT OF ME BUT ANOTHER 1/3 OF THE STOCK WAS OWNED AROUND .30 UP TO THE 2.40 AREA AND 1/3 OF THE STOCK FROM 2.40 TO 150 BUCS A SHARE IF SOMEONE NEVER TRADED STOCK THROUGH ALL THE REVERSE SPLITS ONE INTERESTING .NOTE THAT THE STOCK TRADED FROM .0001 TO .0019 AREA ON THE OLD STOCK IN MORE RECENT HISTORY AND TODAYS STOCK AFTER THE LAST SPLIT FROM .03 TO ABOUT 45 CENTS I BELIEVE EQUIVALANT TO .0001 TO .0015 ON THE OLD STOCK.WE HAVNT TRADED OUT OF THIS RANGE FOR A LONG LONG TIME BUT I THINK WE CAN BREAK THROUGH THAT .45 TO .60 CENTS RANGE WITH THE LOW FLOAT IF WE HAVE REVENUE OR PARTNERSHIPS , YOU KNOW GOOD NEWS COMING IN THE FUTURE. SO WITH NO SELLING INTO THE STOCK POT BY TOXIC INVESTORS SINCE WE DONT HAVE ANY THE TRADING HERE IS BEING DONE BY THOSE WHO BOUGHT AT THE LOW PRICES OF .03 TO PERHAPS .09 CENT AREA OR THOSE JUST GETTING RID OF STOCK AT A LOSE OR SOME DAY TRADERS TRADING THE SMALL MOVES IN THE STOCK PRICE AS THEY CAN.BUT ALL IN ALL I LIKE THE STOCK BECAUSE WE HAVE A VERY SMALL FLOAT AND IT MOVES SO EASILY TO THE UPSIDE , LOW ON NEW STOCK .03 AFTER THE SYMBOL CHANGES AND JUMPED TO ABOUT 40 PLUS CENTS ON A COUPLE OF TRADING DAYS SHORTLY AFTER THE LOW OF .03 CENTS. WITH VICTOR KEEN HAVING INVESTED 750,000 DOLLARS RECENTLY THE COMPANY MUST HAVE SOME REALLY GOOD THINGS HAPPENING SO THESE PRICES OF 12 CENTS ON DOWN I THINK ARE A STEAL. MAYBE THERE WILL BE SOME SELLING AT THE ALL TIME LOW OF .03 TO MAYBE .09 CENTS COMING NEAR TERM DONT KNOW BUT THOSE WOULD BE A VERY NICE BUYS INDEED!! HAVE A GREAT DAY !! THE BEST IS YET TO COME FOR SURE !!

From the April 3rd news release concerning Gelest : https://www.pcimag.com/articles/103340-gelest-partners-with-new-mountain-capital New Mountain Capital is a very well established company with a lot of success in helping partners grow thier business. Hopefully they will be a bigger benefit to Coretec than Gelest was under their old management. This does give perhaps Coretec a boost but we will have to wait and see. http://www.newmountaincapital.com/firm/

I agree an update and a plan announced for the funding just raised and how long does that last and what are the future plans for funding . Today someones selling some stock cheap. On the old stock millions of shares traded at .0001 and .0002 and .0003 which today is .03 cents to .09 cents .So whomever is selling is probably making a profit and some may be selling for a lose is they were underwater .There was a 197 million share trade that went through in late 2015 at .0001 which is about 656,000 shares today is owned on the new stock at .03 cents so if they have been selling its all profit at these prices. Stock cheap today and some great buys for sure. Great things ahead and I believe a 1.00 plus is very possible in 2018 for sure . The best is yet to come !!
The 10Q came out Nov 14th of last month soCHS could have just been shipped out this month or earlier and it wouldn't have been in the 10Q ..I think we will hear good things from management.I'm very confident tings are going well. Hopeing for an update soon !!
...I fully agree Metamaterial with your statement you made that Dr.Anderson who help found Coretec will hold his shares . It only sence that he is in this for the long run since Coretec is such a young company just getting started. "He was the primary founder of Coretec after leaving his management position at NDSU. I think his willingness to make this change speaks volumes about his belief in CHS. I believe Dr. Anderson is smart enough not to count on the money he could make selling his CRTG shares to pay his medical bills. At 0.15 per share and a volume of 1,000 - 6,000 shares per day, he would have to go overseas to be able to afford it." Coretec management is doing a great job and I expect great things !!
One of the the best things about the Coretec management is that they have a long term vision for the company and its obvious they have the best interest of the company and themselves and are holding shares for the long run even if the could sell a few. This is a new company that just started using the name The Coretec group Inc and a new symbol a few months ago. I look forward to continuing updates will I believe will be very positive for shareholders .I believe the stock is way undervalued at these prices. The best is yet to come !!! Its great to watch a new company with great management build a new company the right way. This is indeed good for all shareholders who I believe are holding stock in a new company that will do very well and be very successful !
Hopefully we will be getting an update soon on CHS and it would be great to hear that the first shippments have gone out. I'm betting they have the yield they need and they have or are shipping out materials soon,. The best is yet to come for sure!!
Again i just want to say that i wish the best to Mr.Anderson ( and his family )who is stepping aside from the Board because of health issues and needs family time . God bless and I hope Mr Anderson has a speedy recovery. Mr. Anderson is a top notch individual and is a blessing to this new Company !!! Thank You !! Its obvious Mr.Anderson has made great contributions to the company from its beginning and because of his work at NDSU and with Coretec he has made possible along with his team members at Coretec and NDSU the commercialization of the innovative new material CHS !! Because of Mr. Anderson work shareholders now have a great opportunity as a shareholder of Coretec stock to be a part of this successful venture that is unfolding as CHS and other technologies will be commercialized successfully, Thanks again for your contributions to this great company and its shareholders as we will reap the benefits of your hard work !! Thanks again !!
I wish the best to Mr.Anderson who is stepping aside from the Board because of health issues and needs family time . God bless and I hope Mr Anderson has a speedy recovery. Mr. Anderson is a top notch individual and is a blessing to this new Company . Thank You !!
Discussions from the July conference call It would be good to see where the company stands in their pursuit of some of these areas discussed in the call : (1 Doug mentioned that at the Flex conference they, " we were approached by the very big electronics people that when you go to the best buy or where ever you go to buy your next generation TV set those are the people who make those TV sets. Very good discussions with electronics materials suppliers in the industry both in the USA and Asia...and were continuing to have discussions with those people and hope to get pre-orders from those people so they can start sampling them"
(2 Critical Materials Conference statements , " and when were talking about memory and CPUs and Chips made today by Intel and all the companies today that make electronic chips CHS has tracksion in that market as well.... We had a lot of attention a lot of tracksion ,many of those customers are looking at CHS as a way to either improve productivity or to solve some of the problems that the current materials cant. We have signed NDAs ( non - discloser agreements ) and we are moving forward with those customers , my perspective is this is some of the short term revenue we may see in 6 to 12 months time frame "
(3 Doug on Tesla " we can give them that range , they are willing to pay more " We have identified a battery expert that they ( Tesla ) work with in Canada what we want to do is work with that individual to try to demonstrate our technology and then also that will allow us to identify their anode material supplier that is providing their material into their battery...we have to work with the initial battery anode R&D people to get our material in to feed it into the supply chain to Tesla , but we think were an extremely good fit and that is clearly one of our targets."
(4 Comments on C-Space from the call in.. "Adelaide University Austrailia .. discussions for partnership going on ... just on the phone with a medical simulation company that has an extremely high interest in the technology. ...Medical simulation sees it supporting their medical training activities and were trying to understand they are a software company were a hardware company were trying to understand how we might collaborate to try to move this technology along faster. Its merely a matter of trying to develop the right partnerships to move things forward as fast as we can. "
(5 CHS yield : Does the company have the yield they desire and has CHS been shipped out to customers for testing. It would be great to get an update when management is able to give one on these topics ..Great things ahead for sure. Very excited about The Coretec Group !!!
I believe this will pay off well for all insiders and all shareholders now that we have this internal funding taking place in the company by insiders having funded the company along with restrictions on the selling of those shares , this is the opposite of toxic funding to say the least. 61 million shares of the 66 million total of which almost all but about 5 million shares ( true float ) have lifetime resrtictions and held by insiders who truly care about the company and are long term investors > this all shows shareholders that not only are the vast majority of shares are under the ownership and supervision of company insiders but company insiders we have seen already are holding their shares as they focus on successfully building value in the company !! HUGE !!
Victor Keen is an amazing person and a brilliant investor who obviously has the best interest of shareholders and the company in mind long term. I feel a great sence of gratitude towards Mr Keen for his investment into Coretec. He is the biggest shareholder by far and has the biggest heart and a great long term vision for The Coretec Group Inc that is seen very clearly through his actions. This is so great to see I'm really excited about the future of the company to say the least .It just keeps getting better all the time!!! The Best Is Yet To Come !!!!
Great things ahead with the company internally funding itself through Victor Keen. To date Mr. Keen has sold zero shares and there are only about 5 million shares in the float as a result of the insiders holding their shares .This stock could really take off with insidrers resrtictions on shares and with insiders looking like they have no interest in selling even 1% of their shares that they could in set restricted time frames.THIS IS GREAT FOR CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS SEEING THE COMPANY IS FUNDED BY MR KEENS BUYING SHARES DIRECTLY FROM FROM THE COMPANY AND THE FACT THAT HE IS A LONG TERM INVESTER FROM THE INSIDE NOT INTERESTED IN DUMPING ANY SHARES EVEN IF HE COULD !!!!!!!!!!!!
The 750K is cash for Coretec is not a loan to Coretec but I know what you mean .I think they have the yield they want or Tozer wouldn't have loaned Victor some of the 750K he needed , he payed some cash for some of the stock part of it came from a loan the way the 8K reads. So if they have the yield they want they may have already shipped some of the materials out which represent revenue. They needed the 750K in part I would think to pay Gelest the money owed them so they could ship the CHS out. This deal is dated Nov 15th so ill bet Gelest has been paid and CHS has the yield they want and CHS is on the way out or about to be shipped. That's my guess but everything concerning this 750,000 dollars Coretec raised tells me they have some really good stuff going on or a guy like Tozer who used to be Senior Vice Prez of Citigroup/Citibank would not have loaned Victor any money even if he was given stock options. How long can the 750K and any revenue from CHS sales last is a good question but I think Victor would have invested enough to last a while to move things along in a significant way!
With the possibilities of using CHS in a wide range of applications as talked about in this article CHS could be a big revenue generator. Its a very interesting material but a little hard for most to understand . Thanks for your imput on CHS,very helpful.
Excerpt below From a chemical Engineering article about CHS , excellent insight into CHS and its applications
A newly developed process for manufacturing cyclohexasilane (CHS; Si6H12) offers a lower-cost and safer pathway to a material whose molecular architecture allows a wider range of material possibilities than alternative starting materials for several important silicon-based products. CHS can be used to make silicon-based films (such as polysilicon, silicon nitride, silicon carbide and others), as well as silicon nanowires and quantum dots. CHS also has the potential to be used to make novel materials for semiconductors, printable electronics and hybrid silicon-carbon anodes in next-generation lithium-ion batteries, among others
Metamaterial, from these comments I highlighted below from past articles about CHS we can see that CHS could potentially be a good replace for these chemicals . Dow Corning built a plant in 2011 for 100 million dollars for the production of Monosilane and Coretec has mentioned in an article a while back that CHS could be a replacement for monosilane and other silanes. Monosilane and these others listed in these articles below were and I assume are still today big revenue generators . If CHS replaces these silanes I'm hoping that Coretec can bring in big revenues .In what areas of technology and what applications are monosilane and these others used ?
CHS is a more benign liquid phase alternative to gaseous silane (SiH4) and corrosive trichlorosilane (HSiCl3), tetrachloride (SiCl4), or dichlorosilane (SiH2Cl2) commonly used for manufacturing silicon devices ......CHS has a number of advantages over commonly used monosilane, according to Doug Freitag, vice president of technology and business development at 3DIcon. The first is that CHS packs more silicon per molecule than monosilane does.
Agree!!
