Another amendment?
Hmm, Prospectus. TSX or PIPE?
$4.00 by the AGM? Don't think so.
Who gets the assets of Pak-it plus 10 million shares?
Will ex-employees who hold shares be allowed to attend the AGM?
Will the AGM be videotaped? And when will it be available on the website?
Thanks for your input Justice. Wonder if Cot'n wash is aware of this.
I bought some at Target. It doesn't say Pak-it, DCL or JBI anywhere on the label.
BUT DROPPS are a Cot'n Wash retail product, Not Pak-It's.
Duh. Just pointing out that DROPPS is owned by Cot'n Wash and the patent of the product DROPPS sells shows Dicker Chemical. DCL/Pak-It/Dickler.
Dropps are a product of Cot'n wash. The patents listed on the Dropps packages list the assignees as Dickler Chemical Laboratories
Inventors: Dickler; Lawrence R. (Cherry Hill, NJ), Ruck; J. Barry (Wynnewood, PA)
Assignee: Dickler Chemical Laboratories, Inc. (Philadelphia, PA)
Maybe they license them to Cot'n Wash, makers of the Dropps products.

You can buy them at retail stores such as Target(where I bought mine) or online.
I also see on the Pak-It website a request for samples butoon.

They'll need more processors and buyers. Processors cost money. They don't have much.
More likely tape reading devices or processing devices or even pak-it devices. From what I can tell Javaco sells devices but doesn't make anything.
50% of revenue from two devices and 10% from all other devices?
What's this about? NOTE 11 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES
Commitments
One of the Company’s subsidiaries entered into a consulting service contract with a shareholder. The minimum future payment is equal to fifty percent of the operating income generated from the operations of two of the most profitable devices and 10% from all the other devices.
The Company leases facilities and equipment under leases with terms remaining of up to 20 years. The leases include Javaco, Pak-It, and the JBI recycling facility.

Why disruptive? Another poster stated it was approved. The most recent update on the application for the solid waste permit says:
In addition to the Solid Waste Permit the company has applied for an Air State Facility Permit (DEC Application No. 9-2911-00348/00002) under Article 19, 6 NYCRR Part 201.

I'm just trying to find the approved air permit. IMO it's disruptive if it causes additional delays.
Raw, I can't find the "approved air permit".

You mean the air permit that was already approved? LOL
ummmm no.
Things have a way of getting delayed. Just making sure this isn't one of those 'things'. Thank you for calling the DEC when it was was so far off the radar.
I try to not get involved in dumb stuff but,
is there some particular reason why u persist on floggin a completely dead horse topic wise?
the permit s are coming most likely before the 17th of june
the comment period of 15 days is just about the end of the chapter permit wise...
and that was told told to me by the DEC....lol
so, not sure what u think u will accomplish between now and then, by asking Qs that have been asked and answered 100s of times. But my guess is very little, other than wasting a lot of time....

This comment peroid is the absolute final leg in the permit journey according to David Denk.
He said he could foresee no legitimate complaints concerning the issuance of permits during this comment period. Someone would have to find fault with the way the DEC has conducted this and he said not highly likely.
And of course any such complaint s would have to be from the immediate vacinity and not bum .... idaho.

This is it finally.
If it was already approved, why does it state this on the solid waste permit application? Can you send me the link to the approved permit.
In addition to the Solid Waste Permit the company has applied for an Air State Facility Permit (DEC Application No. 9-2911-00348/00002) under Article 19, 6 NYCRR Part 201.
http://www.dec.ny.gov/cfmx/extapps/envapps/index.cfm?view=detail&applid=759800
The company proposes to convert scrap plastic, that does not have a reasonably available recycling market, using pyrolysis, into liquid and gaseous materials which are recovered for utilization. The liquid will be sold to the refining, fuel and polymer production markets. The gaseous materials will be used as fuel to provide heat for the process. In addition to the Solid Waste Permit the company has applied for an Air State Facility Permit (DEC Application No. 9-2911-00348/00002) under Article 19, 6 NYCRR Part 201.
Johnik. Can you help with this one?
But what about the air permit?

We don't know who the brokers in question are so it's impossible to tell how smart they are.
So June 9th is when the 90 day public comment period begins? Who determines when that ends and why?
My EXTREMELY conservative broker didn't.
Permit by September? 90 day public comment period starts 6/9 or 5/19?
Will they need additional permits?

Smurfit-Stone shall use commercially reasonable efforts, but shall have no affirmative obligation or a minimum commitment, to identify and introduce Smurfit-Stone Clients to JBI.
I'm sure SSCC will be discerning when and if they refer any of their clients.
But that wasn't the point. Why does JBI need a referral agreement if potential sites are begging to have processors installed?
