Dropps are a product of Cot'n wash. The patents listed on the Dropps packages list the assignees as Dickler Chemical Laboratories

Inventors: Dickler; Lawrence R. (Cherry Hill, NJ), Ruck; J. Barry (Wynnewood, PA)
Assignee: Dickler Chemical Laboratories, Inc. (Philadelphia, PA)

Maybe they license them to Cot'n Wash, makers of the Dropps products.
