FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
New York, NY - November 6, 2006 - Pink Sheets, LLC today announced the introduction of new categories for the companies traded on the Pink Sheets Electronic Interdealer Quotation and Trading System. The decision to start categorizing each security traded on the Pink Sheets is a move to provide more transparency to investors on the ability and willingness of issuers to provide adequate public disclosure in a credible and timely manner. Pink Sheets is a quotation and trading venue that does not have minimum disclosure standards. Trading is driven by OTC market demand rather than the traditional exchange listing process. Therefore, categorizing securities by their level of disclosure will greatly enhance the capital formation process. The categories are based on the level, quality and timeliness of a company's disclosure. The initiative is similar to the various markets that NASDAQ uses to classify companies as well as the identifiers that NASDAQ and NYSE use to label companies that are late or delinquent in disclosure. Pink Sheets will implement the new categories on May 1, 2007.
Companies that have substantial operating businesses and provide credible disclosure to the public qualify for the premium tier OTCQX, which commences trading on January 2007. For more information on OTCQX, please see our website at www.otcqx.com. Approximately 20% of the current Pink Sheets or OTC Bulletin Board traded companies could qualify for an OTCQX listing. All Pink Sheets quoted securities of issuers that are not able or willing to meet the high standards of OTCQX will be placed in one of the following categories and labeled as such on www.pinksheets.com effective May 1, 2007:
Emerging Equities List represents companies that provide credible disclosure, including GAAP audited financials, but may not have sufficient business operations to qualify for OTCQX. To qualify for this category, companies are required to provide a letter from an attorney regarding the quality of their disclosure. These companies will have an Emerging Equity List logo next to their symbol.
SEC Current indicates that the companies are SEC reporting and current in their financial reporting. Pink Sheets will track filings made through the SEC's EDGAR system and automatically categorize a company based on their filing status.
Adequate Current Information indicates companies that conform to Pink Sheets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information. An audit is not required, but a letter from an attorney regarding the completeness of disclosure is required. Federal or state regulated banks, insurance companies and companies listed on non-U.S. stock exchanges will only need to supply the information they file with their primary regulator in English and will not be required to provide an attorney letter.
Limited Information Available applies to companies with some information posted in the last six months, either through the SEC's EDGAR system or the Pink Sheets News Service, but may not be current or complete. A yield sign will be displayed next to the symbol.
Public Interest Concern is for stocks with unsolicited spam, questionable promotion or other public-interest concerns. A Skull and Crossbones icon will be displayed next to the symbol. If there is no current information available for a company that is the subject of unsolicited spam, their quotes will also be blocked on pinksheets.com.
No Information is for all other Pink Sheets stocks. A stop sign will be displayed next to the symbol.
The companies that wish to be designated as OTCQX or Emerging Equities List companies are required to submit an application as they will be agreeing to provide a minimum level of disclosure. Adequate Current Information and Limited Information Available require non-SEC-reporting issuers to subscribe to the Pink Sheets News Service to make the information publicly available.
"The creation of the OTCQX and the forthcoming Pink Sheets categories are the next step in our continuing efforts to improve the Pink Sheets trading environment," commented Cromwell Coulson, Chairman and CEO of Pink Sheets. "We have transformed the Pink Sheets from a nearly dormant paper-based quotation service to a fully integrated electronic quotation, trading and disclosure system with almost $25 billion in volume of trading in the first quarter of this year and market maker participation from 200 of the largest securities firms in the world. Because of our highly efficient trading platform, over 90% of inter-dealer trading in OTC Bulletin Board securities now trades through our systems. In addition, we have given issuers the ability to communicate with the investment public through our website, pinksheets.com, which registers over 100 million page views from investors each month."
Additional efforts to enhance transparency and investor confidence include successfully persuading the NASD to require its members to include Pink Sheets and OTC Bulletin Board securities in the monthly short-interest reports. Pink Sheets has also petitioned the SEC to create rules that would expose illegal promotion activities such as spam e-mails that can tarnish the reputation of good companies and diminish the price of their stock.
"Companies are known by the company they keep, and we hope that in providing these new categories, companies that provide disclosure to the public will clearly stand apart from those companies that are of lesser quality," concluded Mr. Coulson.
Goal of a Publicly Traded Company: The Company founders set a goal of becoming a publicly traded company, facilitated by a reverse merger, then eventually elevating it to a full reporting bulletin board. Attaining this goal will add tremendous value and asset. We believe this goal, and our marketing & promotion strategies, will derive a sustainable income stream and potentially attract some of biggest acts in the world to the label.
This was taken from the www.nashvillerecords.com website.
To me it means their "GOAL" is to "elevate" or move UP to the OTC BB by becoming a fully reporting company.
Check this out! Brooke Morton.

Several of her songs can be heard here. I really like "You Are", great lyrics and properly promoted this could become a top hit.
I didn't get my shares so I will see what happens on Mon. Might even save a few $$ if I can make the last minute buy to keep or get us green.
Great close for Friday the 13th!
Nothing wrong with old. In fact old to me means these artists are already well known in the CM business. They don't have to spend $$$$$ promoting them. Old means experienced and they know what they are doing.
I won't mind if they signed up old Garth Brooks, Dolly Parton, or even old Willie!
I had an order in for 50,000 shares @.08 and never got them either. Were the MMs too busy somewhere else??
Welcome to our discussion board. And yes Sibbett hinted that they have held back news waiting for everything to get settled.
A Nashville Records concert featuring all their artists would be awsome.
Just added another 3000 HMGP but NVMG had to get a share of my funds too. Both a steal at these prices.
Have not checked ETrade but NSHV showed up in my Choicetrade account so I can buy online there. Would expect ETrade to be up to date today too.
I should have not responded to your post but just an open post aimed at those who did not bother and are now looking for someone else to blame.
Hey, I got taken eons ago by some "wellness" stock that turned out to be totally bogus. Got lucky and got out with a small loss but had friends who got scalped. Like 5 years later, then got a pittance after the lawyers took their cut.
Could not buy online today - Not in Etrade or Choicetrade, tried both symbols and get "invalid symbol" error message so I called them. No problem placing a phone order.
If you bothered to read the IBOX, you would have known how risky this was.
Here's what we know:
In a nutshell, here's the situation. BHUB was a dormant(since 2000) Florida shell corporation. http://tinyurl.com/2aac3v Recently a bad actor registered a Florida corporation (2005) of the same name http://tinyurl.com/2p43bn They then just recently used these corporate documents to have millions, maybe billions of unregistered shares printed and sold into the market. The brokers(as of yet unknown) who sold the paper into the market are now on the hook to cover the unregistered shares they most probably unwittingly sold into the market.
They "may" say you knowingly purchased shares that you were already aware were unregistered. In that case those bagholders will have very little or nor recourse. They will simply say you purchased paper that you were aware was worthless. Kinda like buying stolen goods out of the back of a truck.
Remember, the only ones who usually win in these cases are the lawyers.
Good luck
Nashville Records(TM) Announces Name & Ticker Symbol Change
Nashville Records, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NSHV) is proud to announce the official name change and new ticker symbol change. The new ticker symbol is: NSHV.
Nashville Records, Inc. President, Gene Sibbett, says, "We were hoping for a great symbol that would represent Nashville Records and the first thing that came to my mind upon receiving the email from the NASDAQ was 'it can't get much better than this.'"
The Company has held off on some of its news and plans until several items could be established; namely the symbol change and further contracts to completion. Sibbett commented that the changes make the company feel less encumbered and the communication to the Investor Relations will open up more, which in turn will result in better communication to the investors. He did however caution that there are numerous negotiations with artists, production firms, movie companies, joint ventures, and industry executives, and that the company will only release the information as these items come to complete fruition.
Sibbett claims there are literally hundreds of independent labels who know that marketing and distribution is 99% of their challenge yet they rarely crack it. He says these labels would love to get their hands on Nashville Records' distribution and marketing deals. Sibbett says these strategies will never be disclosed and encourages all investors to not recommend nor discuss Nashville Records' plans. "We get emails every day from someone wishing to know our strategy... They AIN'T gettin' it," he says.
Nashville Records, Inc. is a Nashville-based record label located in the heart of Music Row. The key management and advisors were industry-retired individuals that were dissatisfied with the direction in which the music industry was headed. In the past, this combined management team is credited with sales of well into the billions of dollars and has been responsible for hundreds of charted hits.

But Uncle Sam takes 39% so you have to get up over 50% to make any $$$$ and then subtract the commissions. Tough to do!
The article continues, "The home, where the Cashes lived until their deaths in 2003, was in the final stages of renovation by its new owner, former BeeGees member, Barry Gibb, who bought the home in January, 2006.
He was going to move in the summer, country singer T.G. Sheppard said at the scene."
So it appears that T.G. Sheppard also lives nearby.
OT - sorta - Devastating fire destroys Cashes lakeside home. Location - Hendersonville, Tenn. This is the same town where Gene Sibbett and Brooke Morton live so it must be a community where a lot of wealthy people live.
Anita Cochran was born Feb. 6, 1967, in Pontiac, Mich. Her parents named her after Anita Carter of the Carter Family. Her parents were originally from Kentucky but moved to Michigan to work in the auto industry. Her father was also a local country
performer who took Anita to countless country music festivals, and she began playing guitar at the age of 4. Although she spent time working for an insurance firm as an adult, she continued to perform in bands and as a solo act.
She caught her first break when hired to manage a local recording studio. She sang backing vocals and engineered many sessions, recording on her own when she had time. Although she lacked confidence in her abilities, Cochran and her manager sent off several demos to the Warner Bros. label. In 1995, Warner Bros. chief Jim Ed Norman heard a tape and was impressed with her singing, writing and playing. He offered her a contract.
For her debut album, 1997's Back to You, Cochran wrote or co-wrote all but one song and played guitar, Dobro, banjo and mandolin on the sessions. The first two singles barely scraped the chart, but her duet with Steve Wariner, "What If I Said," climbed to No. 1. However, her 2000 follow-up, Anita, failed to produce a hit. In 2004, she released the single "Cheatin' Song," which used bits and pieces of Conway Twitty's past recorded performances, stitched together to "sing" a duet part.
Here is the link to her home page.

Anita Cochran - A beautiful and talented artist, Anita Cochran began playing the guitar at only four years of age. As a young adult she performed in bands and also as a solo act. While under contract with Warner Brothers, Anita, in her 1997 debut album, Back to You, wrote or co-wrote all but one song and played guitar, dobro, banjo, and mandolin. This album spawned four country chart entries, including, "What If I Said," a duet with Steve Wariner, which climbed to #1.
In 2004, she released the single "Cheatin' Song," a "duet" with Conway Twitty, created by using bits and pieces of his past recorded performances.
T. G. Sheppard added to Nashville website...........
T.G. Sheppard - T.G. Sheppard has enjoyed 17 #1 hits and is considered one of the most popular live performers in country music today. With a show teeming with chart-topping hits such as "Last Cheater's Waltz", "I Loved 'Em Every One", and "Do You Wanna Go To Heaven", T.G. has developed a solid reputation as an engaging and talented performer who is enthusiastically embraced by audiences of all ages in venues throughout the world.
Named "Best New Male Artist" in 1976 by CASH BOX, T.G. signed a contract with Warner Brothers, one of the leading record producers in the music industry. Since then, his career skyrocketed as he scored 10 consecutive #1 hits, including such classics as "Only One You", "Party Time", and "War Is Hell (On The Homefront)". In 1982, following this impressive debut, T.G. was honored as Music City News' "Most Promising Male Vocalist".
ETRD got someone to sell him 10,000 at .05 and he dropped his bid down to .04. ETRD still not on the ask so maybe he needed to cover a short position.
Level II showing bid .05 ask .055 with ETRD wanting to buy some shares. He is not on the ask so appears he has none to sell.
Sure is a lot better than the .04 x .06 we have seen lately.
NASHVILLE, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/10/07 -- Nashville Records, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NPYC) would like to announce that it has signed guitar virtuoso and Grand Ole Opry star Roy Clark as the latest artist for its upcoming Christmas compilation album. As previously announced, the album will be distributed to major retail outlets throughout the U.S. and will be broadcast on 2,000 radio stations including Billboard channels. The signing of Clark adds another accomplished artist to a growing list of performers -- both new and established -- on the Nashville Records label.
In the 1970s, Roy Clark symbolized country music in the U.S. and abroad. Between guest hosting for Johnny Carson on "The Tonight Show" and performing to packed houses in the Soviet Union, Clark brought country music into homes across the world. His string of country hits included numerous Top Ten singles such as "I Never Picked Cotton," "Thank God and Greyhound," "Come Live With Me," "Somewhere Between Love and Tomorrow," "Honeymoon Feelin,'" "Yesterday When I Was Young" and "If I Had It to Do All Over Again." His superb banjo and guitar playing brought a string of awards including Guitar Player of the Year from the Academy of Country Music, Musician of the Year from the Country Music Association and a Grammy for Best Country Instrumental Performance. Clark has also co-starred on the silver screen with Mel Tillis, in the comedy "Uphill All the Way."
As one of the hosts of TV's popular show "Hee Haw" for more than 20 years, Clark picked and sang and offered his unique country humor to over 30 million viewers a week. A superb entertainer, Clark has always drawn crowds at venues as diverse as Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and the "Opry." Nashville Records President Gene Sibbett observed that "Clark's middle-of-the-road approach has filled a national void, with this super-picker offering country music that is harder-edged than Kenny Rogers but softer and more accessible than Waylon Jennings."
A list of Roy Clark's accomplishments and audio clips can be read and heard at the Company's website. www.nashvillerecords.com

Nashville Records signs Music Legend Roy Clark
Not very much happening with the stock either. Seem to be stuck in the subpenny range and I like all of you continue to wait for positive news that will get this over a penny for good.
Here is the PUMP
Intraday Report
Brought To You By BoonMarket.com
The fact that HMXG closed up 69% at $.22 on Thursday is really throwing people off in my opinion.
If you look at the chart above, it's clear as day that HMXG was trading in the $.10-$.13 range all throughout last week.
Suddenly, a single trade towards the end of the day on Thursday sent HMXG up to $.22
Volume was pretty average on Thursday and other than the sudden spike up, nothing unusual had taken place.
However, investors are confused today because HMXG looks like it's down 50% when in actuality, I believe HMXG should have started near this $.10-$.11 range that we are seeing right now.
If HMXG would have closed around $.10 on Thursday, I have no doubts that we would be much much much higher right now, but since HMXG closed at $.22 on Thursday, people are seeing "-50%" and aren't realizing what a bargain HMXG is at $.10
Hopefully things will settle and we'll see HMXG take off from here.
I call it as I see it, and I hope you can appreciate that.
Today's action has absolutely nothing to do with HMXG being a bad play.
It's acting how I said it probably would, and HMXG is still a phenomenal company with phenomenal products that I believe will revolutionize the healthcare industry.

Lucas Hoge - Lucas Hoge has as much talent and potential as any artist and Nashville Records™ says the hits are about to follow.
After moving to Nashville from the small town of Hubbell Nebraska, Lucas was playing at the world famous Bluebird Cafe. Since then he has performed in the round at Douglas Corner, Hotel Preston, the Broken Spoke, Hall of Fame Lounge, the Alabama Grill, Tootsies Orchid Lounge and in numerous other venues.
In 2002 Lucas released his debut CD "In My Dreams". He got his first major television cut on the television smash hit and syndicated show "Smallville" on the WB with the song "If Only 1 Could" that he performed and co-wrote with Corey Barker and Brent Anderson.
After releasing "DIRT" Lucas made the top 5 most requested songs coming in at number 3. "DIRT" is also currently hanging on in the top 20 Independent Country songs in Europe.
Lucas was nominated for "Male Country Singer/Songwriter of the Year" for "Dirt" and twice for "Male Contemporary Christian Singer/Songwriter of the Year" with "Reign Over Me" and "Get The Door", he was also nominated for "Country Album of the Year for "DIRT" in the 16th Annual LA Music Awards 2006. Lucas walked away winning: "Country Album Of The Year" and "Male Contemporary Christian Singer/Songwriter of the Year for "Get The Door ".
HBO asked Lucas to score a 13 episode series that will air on HBO/Cinemax, HBO Spanish and International on DVD. Four of the episodes have been delivered to HBO in New York and the reviews on the music is: "This is the best music we've had on any show, we are so impressed with the quality and diversity" - Bob Conte - HBO.

I have been watching NPYC on Level II for several weeks now. The MMs play lots of games with this. As you know, each pinkie stock is supposed to be a buy/sell or a matched trade. Often they match up but the MMs have been posting their sell first and then their buy so it always shows the lower price. This time they showed only the sell. They may be short shares and were just covering. Who knows when they do their manipulations?
Level II shows the .04 shows the .04 was an MM buy with the current bid/ask at .04 x .06.
Thanks for the update, I had not had time to check the website.
His last prediction! Whoops! WAVX closed yesterday at $2.90, probably headed for the low $3s. WAVX went from $2.40 to $2.90.

Country has become a surprise profit center for the music business, drawing new labels and artists to town, says Fortune's Tim Arango.
http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortune/fortune_archive/2007/01/22/8397980/index.htm
Part of the allure is country's lower cost base, which brings fatter margins to the table - a fact that country executives say has earned them respect from their bicoastal bosses at a time of industry penny-pinching. According to estimates from one label executive, the average country album costs $300,000 to $350,000 to record, compared with $500,000 to $1.5 million for a pop record. To market an album in country costs about $500,000 to $1 million, about half what a pop album runs.
While record companies don't break out financials for their Nashville divisions, one major country label is poised to earn roughly $40 million on revenue of close to $120 million this year, or a hefty 33 percent profit margin, according to a source familiar with the label's finances. By contrast, this source said, a rock label would be "thrilled" to earn a 15 percent margin.
Future talent for Nashville? A bit OT but take a look while we are waiting for our next announcement.
