Really, six months? Funny thing the suspension that shows up on most of these concessions are dated August 16, 2012, last time I checked August was about 3 months away from November not 6 months. There are tons of July 31, 2012 entries too on these concessions in case you're wondering.
Have you called the MMR, I have and asked Armando that question yesterday, and unfortunately wasn't given a concrete answer or explanation as to the timeframe of their data entry backlog if they even had one. He could not say was pretty much his answer.
I agree that this lack of transparency doesn't sit well with me either, I must admit. I emailed IR on numerous occasions yesterday and today to provide an explanation to these PRs and to show me where these concessions in the "Minera Southridge" name can be found on the Mexican Registry website.
Take a look at this Jan 9, 2012 SRGE press release
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Southridge-Announces-Listing-iw-1537605669.html?x=0
So Michael Davies states "The listing on the SGM Website is another milestone in the long process of updating the mining registry, which is nearing completion now. Once the Mexican Mining registry update is completed and reflects the Company's current ownership interest in the Cinco Minas mineral concessions, we expect to immediately finalize and close on numerous Joint Venture and Financing proposals that have been in negotiations over the last year."
This is from the April 13, 2012 PR
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/southridge-clarifies-cinco-minas-mineral-130100069.html
"Also, the public update of the Cinco Minas mineral concession ownership being duly reflected in Southridge's name is expected at any time. However, the Company has been advised by its legal counsel that the update process typically takes considerable time to complete at the Mexican Mining Registry."
It's now November 27, 2012, please tell me why "Minera Southridge" is still not appearing to have claims to any concessions on this Mexican Mining Registry site? http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta
All I want is an explanation or clarification as to why it's taking so long.
All I'm saying is that if they want to be bought out or joint venture with a big boy start acting like one by doing the following?
1) Ungag the TA. Most pennies gag and there's also a negative reason for this in most cases such as dilution, selling shares, etc.
2) Have the decency to put out press releases that aren't open to interpretation. Yeah, they hired a new counsel, why not mention it? Are they from North Korea LOL?
3) Show undisputable proof that they own these concession on the Mexican Mining Registry site http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta
I've only found one so far 210985 that clearly indicates MINERIA SOUTHRIDGE, S.A. DE C.V as having rights to this concession. Why not the others, I feel like I and many other investors deserve an explanation for that one.
4) Clarify why Bandera Gold has pictures of Cinco Minas on their site and what Southridge intends on doing to discredit them
5) Put out a recent video of their Cinco Minas mine with proof of date, showing production, etc.
In my opinion, if they did this, we'd be at 20 cents already.
Thanks for the clarification. Since you are in such good communication terms with Tatiana and Armando could you ask them why Southridge still doesn't show up as having rights to these concessions on this government mining registry site? http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta
The question is simple, are they backlogged, is it an IT issue that where the PDF is not collecting updated information from their system?
My other issue is if you read these most of these concessions it mentions WORKPLACE AWARD FOR AUCTION (ADJUDICACIÓN POR REMATE LABORAL) occuring on July 31, 2012 and that SUSPENSIONS took place that are under management review for some obilgations (used google translate SUSPENSIÓN DEL USO, GOCE, EXPLOTACIÓN O APROVECHAMIENTO EN LA PRESENTE CONCESIÓN MINERA, MEDIANTE OFICIO SE/421.-6992 DE 16 DE AGOSTO DE 2012, DE LA DIRECCIÓN DE REVISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES.) on August 16 2012. Can you elaborate on this please?
Also, where did MoMoRapter get those docs he posted in post 30257? I have already asked him in a previous post and still waiting for an answer.
All we need is all of this uncertainty to be clarified and we'll be scott free but you have to admit, this leaves bashers open to their own interpretation as well.
Stervc, I have one more question, why is there a DISCONNECTED Mexican phone number of 52028416 on these letters in post 30257? I tried calling this number twice today and it is infact disconnected but it used to be Tatiana's direct line as per this post 67274. Try calling it, 011-52-55-52028416, it is Disconnected.
Stervc, I appreciate all your DD but could you enlighten me with your knowledge and answer these questions as I can't wrap my head around this?
1) There are pics of concession docs from posts 28067 and 30257, yet when I go enter these concession numbers here http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta Southridge is still not showing as an active participant. Please keep in mind Southridge does show up in an unrelated concession number 210985. Why are the concession numbers you provided not showing Southridge yet on this mining concession registry site?
2) What is this email in post 63604 about, and I'm assuming that the 4 concessions that Armando implies are fake are the same ones mentioned in post 30257.
3) Do you have any pics of when you or some other investor visited Tatiana at the Mexican Mining Registry posted anywhere?
All I want is NOT a verbal, but something in WRITING from the Mexican Mining Registry (not the Geological Services of Mexico as per page 5 of this doc http://portalweb.sgm.gob.mx/economia/pdf/imm/20120613e.pdf ). So a WRITTEN email from Armando or Tatiana or UPDATED information showing Southridge has title to these concessions on this site http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta is what I want to see with my own eyes.
I will not be satisfied until I see this.
Energy_Wave I am confused. Look at post 63604. Can you clarify this for me. Did Armando mention that these concessions are not owned by Southridge or am I misunderstanding this? There is also a mention of 4 fake concessions in this email, isn't this regarding the 4 docs (concessions) provided in post 30257?
This is the reason why I am ruffling feathers and asking all this, not to discredit, but to find out the truth.
I tried calling Armando three times, there were two extensions provided extension 46102, and 46104 on the internet for him. I also found him here http://www.igme.es/internet/asgmi/encuentros/Mexico2011/acta_acuerdos_seminario_legislacion_mexico2011.pdf (bottom of PDF page 5) and the number provided in this PDF also works (just another main Economia switchboard number as I called it too just to see if it worked) The first time I called his extension 46102 it was around 8PM Eastern time and it rang and rang without any voicemail picking up. Then I decided to try extension 46104 and some woman's voicemail picked up and I hung up. I decided to try 46102 one more time to see if a voicemail would pick up and to my surprise Armando answered. He seemed like he was in a hurry and even excused himself as his cel phone rang, answered it briefly, and then came back and talked to me. I am not lying and if don't believe me, give him a call tomorrow and let me know what he says. I provided his contact info in my previous post.
As for the Sticky notes, that DD by Stervc isn't good enough for me as those concession numbers that he provided in his screenshots that clearly indicate Southridge having 100% claims still DO NOT show up on the Mexican Mining Registry concession website as Southridge being owners. All I know is that he did mention he has received pictures of fake concession certs in his email in the past. Please call him tomorrow, he will confirm the same to you. I am not bashing SRGE, I actually am an investor but this is what I was told today. I am trying to figure out why the concessions listed by Stervc haven't been updated on this site http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta
Once they are updated, I will be satisfied!
I SPOKE TO DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC REGISTRY OF MINING.
At 8:25PM Eastern Time today, I had an interesting conversation with Mr. Armando Cárdenas Bravo, Director del Registro Público de Minería y Derechos Mineros (Mexican Govt, Director of Public Registry of Mining) who mentioned that he has in fact seen "parliamentary documents" (as he mentioned) circulating on the internet regarding Southridge concessions that were emailed to him in the past that were FALSE. Then I also read post 63604 and I wonder am I the only one wanting to get to the botton of this. Please note he would not divulge what Southridge owns but was well aware of who they are. I mentioned there is alot of clarification that is needed and he mentioned he would read my email and respond to me. He did mention that he could only assist and verify the information if the links I provided him fell under his department.
There are obviously some grey areas here, as Southridge is mentioned in another section of the Mexican govt (Geological Service of Mexico) on page 5 of this PDF http://portalweb.sgm.gob.mx/economia/pdf/imm/20120613e.pdf yet the concession links on the Mining Registry http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta don't show Southridge as of yet.
So my question to you MoMoRaptor, would you be willing to provide me the other 26 documents as you mentioned in post 30257 and 28067? If so, can you send me your email in a private message and I'll CC you on the email that I will send to armando.cardenas@economia.gob.mx to confirm if these documents are in fact valid. A second question I have is where did you acquire these 30 documents that you mentioned in post 30257?
Please feel free to call Mr. Armando Cárdenas Bravo at 011-52-55-57299100, press 1, then dial ext. 46102 who will confirm this same information as I have provided above.
I am not a basher but an investor who wants to be absolutely certain that there is complete transparancy here.
Please dial Tatiana's direct number of 52028416 and you will hear a message that it is out of service. Please spend those 7 cents and call that number which will prove I am not lying. I called it twice to make sure and that number is disconnected. Now click here http://economia.gob.mx look at the phone number at the bottom right of this page 57299100, this one works and when you press 1 and Tatiana's extension of 46031 which is also valid, a voicemail stating Tatiana's full name responds. I trust the Mexican Govt website to provide a correct number and I doubt someone else would respond but Tatiana herself. Make sure you dial 011-52-55 before those numbers.
We need ABSOLUTE PROOF of Southridge's ownership in writing or a current link on the Mexican Mining Govt website showing this. Tatiana's phone number is 011-52-55-57299100, then press 1 and pressed extension 46031 and her email is tatiana.sigler@economia.gob.mx
I have done my part, emailed her twice and left her a message this afternoon to follow up. Writing a post stating you spoke to Tatiana and ownership is confirmed doesn't sit well with me and I am not a basher but a SRGE long.
I am confident Southridge does infact own these mines but we NEED this is writing to stop the bashing, don't you agree?
So I just proved that some links on the Economia website are not updated. Look at post 67274 that contains Tatiana's direct number. I tried calling it twice at 011-52-55-52028416 and automated spanish NUMBER DOESN'T EXIST message comes up. Try calling it if you don't believe me.
So whoever wrote this in post 67274 "Her phone number is 52028416 ext.46031" is INCORRECT and this error is indisputable as all you have to do is dial the number above and spend less than a dime in long distance to see that this number is no longer in service.
I did call the main Economia number of 57299100 by dialing 011-52-55-57299100, then pressed 1 and pressed extension 46031 and left Tatiana a message. Best $0.07 of long distance I've ever spent!!
See what I mean, there are links that are not updated on the Economia website and soon we will have clarification on the ownership of these mines from the Mexican Govt's horse's mouth in WRITING!
Just left Tatiana a message at:
011-52-55-57299100 press 1 and then ext 46031
BTW the direct line for her on that screenshot you provided in post 67274 is no longer in service, must be outdated or old information that they didn't update yet.
Looks like the date of suspension was August 16th, 2012 and the documents showing Southridge showing ownerhsip of concessions as per post 30257 were registered on August 28th, 2012 and signed on Sept 10, 2012. So what you are telling me is that there is no possibility that that this can be just an updating issue on their site?
So answer me this Lone Ranger, why does an SRGE director Alfonso Navarro Sanchez as per Nevada SOS http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=aAcyYO1iIpfDt%252bkO7ehU8Q%253d%253d&nt7=0 show owning 70% of these other concessions? I think it's a mere fact of updating the concession registry and the main reason why I emailed Tatiana to confirm this information. Can you admit that Alfonso Navarro Sanchez is a SRGE director?

Concession 210985 does show Southridge but is dated July 12, 2012 and this is the main reason why I asked Tatiana to confirm if the other concessions that currently show SRGE's director (ALFONSO NAVARRO SANCHEZ) owning 70% of them as to when their site http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta will be updated to show Southridge as the active participant instead of Alfonso Navarro Sanchez. The truth will come it, just a matter of time!
My emails are not fake, did you even read my emails. I just emailed her my questions seeking clarification on certain things posted on the Mexican Govt website this weekend and have yet to receive a response from Tatiana. Once she responds, I will post them here, and you can then call her at her CORRECT number and confirm its validity.
So thanks for clarifying you didn't talk to Tatiana either! Can you say with 100% certainty that these concessions are fake? Let's wait to see what Tatiana says. I have asked her to clarify all this in my 2 emails that I sent to her this weekend. You know what they say about people who assume LOL.
Before stating that the concessions are fake, wouldn't it be a good idea to ask Tatiana if the links were old on the Mexican Govt website and confirm this information? I am neither saying they are fake nor they are real but I have asked her to answer these questions as per posts 65633 and 65833. Once she replies, I will post to the board.
Did you notice most of the mining companies listed on the Mexican Govt site are from Canada (206 out of 301 mining companies listed on the spreadsheet in post 65833 are from Canada)
Last time I checked, the second official language in Canada is French not Spanish so I am pretty sure Tatiana can speak or write an email in English if she is dealing primarily with North American Mining Companies. I'm pretty sure she can "handle" my email being in English.
Sent another email to Tatiana at Mexico Govt. I will report once she responds.

Subject: Clarification needed about Southridge Minerals
Hi Tatiana,
I have one last clarification that I would like answered regarding Southridge Minerals and the way they are presented on your website that is causing confusion. Please look at this link:
http://www.economia.gob.mx/files/comunidad_negocios/informacion_sectorial/mineria/ProyectosMinerosCompaniasCapitalExtranjero-2012.pdf Why is Southridge Minerals NOT listed on this PDF list?
Yet, Southridge is listed on this excel list (excel row 259) http://www.economia.gob.mx/files/comunidad_negocios/informacion_sectorial/mineria/EmpresasconCapitalExtranjero.xls
Is the excel list more current than the PDF list? Which list is current and correct?
Also Southridge Minerals is listed on page 4 in Production Projects for Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera as per this section of your website. http://portalweb.sgm.gob.mx/economia/en/mexico-mining/project-by-name/336-proyectos-mineros-por-etapa-y-nombre.html and Bandera Gold Ltd is listed on page 6 of the Exploration Projects for Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera. Is this information current and correct? Can you explain how two different companies can be in the same Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera mining project?
As you can see, there is alot of information that is confusing and requires clarification as many investors are acquiring this information from your website.
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
When is the final judgement expected? Is it no later than Dec 7th? Can someone explain to me what is happening on December 7th in laymans terms as per one of the Pacer updates listed below?

Subject: Minera Southridge
Good morning,
I have two questions regarding the concessions listed below on your website: http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta
I have attached a sample letter for concession 224768 dated Sept 10, 2012 in JPG (screenshot from post 30257) that has your name and signature.
My two questions are:
1) Is the copy of the letter I provided in PDF for concession 224768 true and valid? Did you actually sign this letter?
2) If this letter is true and valid, when will these concessions listed below be updated on this site http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta to reflect the changes that took place in September 2012 to show Minera Southridge as the current participant. As of right now, these concessions were last updated in July 2012 and do not show Minera Southridge as a participant.

Thank you for taking the time to look into this.
One easy question we need to ask the Mexican Government regarding the concessions is the following:
When is the Mexican Mining Registry going to be updated to show Southridge since the documents were signed in Sept 2012 as per post 30257?
As of right now if you look up these concessions on the Mexican Govt website listed below, one of the SRGE's directors (Navarro) is listed as a 70% participant in most if not all of these concessions on the govt site listed below and if you look up the Nevada filings http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=aAcyYO1iIpfDt%252bkO7ehU8Q%253d%253d&nt7=0 Navarro is confirmed as a director of SRGE.
http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta
Once we get a confirmation from the Mexican Govt that they will update these concessions to show Southridge, will this finally put an end to those bashers saying SRGE doesn't own anything? Can we use our resources, call them on Monday and find out when the update will take place?

Southridge Listed in Production (pg 4), and Bandera listed in Exploration (pg 6) for Cinco Minas & Gran Cabrera mining projects in Mexico.
http://portalweb.sgm.gob.mx/economia/en/mexico-mining/project-by-name/336-proyectos-mineros-por-etapa-y-nombre.html
Interesting, as the 2012 list provided in post 65174 only lists Bandera as a Development project.
Look what I found on the Mexican Govt website. This lists the Directory of Companies with Foreign Capital. Look at excel row 259 Bammo Southridge is listed!!
http://www.economia.gob.mx/files/comunidad_negocios/informacion_sectorial/mineria/EmpresasconCapitalExtranjero.xls
Now if SRGE was a scam, why would they be on this list?
Now look here at the Production Projects on page 4.
http://portalweb.sgm.gob.mx/economia/en/mexico-mining/project-by-name/336-proyectos-mineros-por-etapa-y-nombre.html
Southridge is listed and Bandera is not listed...hmmmmm... this is production people!
I just received the dividend! The IRS withheld 15% of the dividend since I'm Canadian (non-resident withholding tax).

How do you know they are going current, do you have an email or proof of this?
Why haven't they filed their last Quarterly report for the 2nd quarter? What's the delay?
I'm new to this board, so what's happening on Dec 6?
Approx 38 minutes left for new SRGE buyers to get that dividend as it goes ex-dividend tomorrow.
