Produce Safety and Security International Introduces Jim Graney as the New National Sales Manager of Its Subsidiary, Atomic X Hydration Company
Produce Safety CEO, Karney, Welcomes Graney to Atomic X and Is Pleased With, Already Profitable, Subsidiary's Progress
Produce Safety and Security International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PDSC), an ozone and chemical sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the food and medical industries, introduces Jim Graney as Atomic X(TM) Hydration Company, a division of PDSC, national sales manager.
Tim Meyer, Atomic X President and COO, announced the appointment of Graney, who has over 25 years of experience in the beverage industry. Graney developed distribution networks for several other brands including Snapple, Arizona Tea, Shasta Beverages, Everfresh Jucies and most recently Bacchus Energy Drink of America.
Sam Perricone, CEO of Atomic X, stated, "Jim's relationships with chain accounts and prominent distributors nation wide will provide a major impact on current sales volume and increase market presence."
Clarence W. Karney, CEO of Produce Safety and Security International, added, "Atomic X has performed up to our high expectations; it's already profitable and I believe the addition of Jim Graney as the Atomic X national sales manager will increase the rapid revenue growth rate as it gains additional energy drink industry market share."
Over the past four years, Atomic X has focused exclusively upon the development, manufacture and marketing of four significant, non-alcoholic beverage product lines. Its first product line, AtomicX(TM) Energy beverages, is primarily geared to teenagers, college students and young adults. The product comes in both regular and sugar free selections and is considered by many to be the very best tasting energy drink on the market today. Currently, it is the leading non-carbonated beverage in the fast-growing energy drink segment of the non-alcoholic beverage industry. The absence of carbonation allows the drink's energy producing ingredients to work more effectively and eliminates the bloated feeling associated with carbonated beverages. With these differentiating characteristics, the management team believes this product line presents a better marketing position for rapid penetration and success against its competitors.
The Company's second product line is an innovative, sugar-free sports drink designed exclusively for women. The rollout of this particular product line in 2006 is expected to generate exceptional publicity and penetration among health conscious female consumers, one of the fastest growing market segments in the health segment of the beverage industry. Packaged in a unique manner resembling a woman's physique, this product contains various isotonic, nutritious & vitamin-enriched characteristics and will be available in five delicious flavors.

OK, Answer me this.
I as well as about 10,000 others have a vested stake in this stock and we are all really excited.. I mean REALLY excited about the possible outcome. BUT!!!!!!!!!! The only way anyone gets rich is if they sell at whatever pps this thing ends up at.....NO?
So.... if we all sell and get rich how does this thing stay afloat?? NOT, and I repeat NOT bashing, just a little curious as to the answers I may get.
GLTA and I MEAN IT!!!!!
Well, just take a look NOW!!!!!!!!
Got mine too. They are ALL TROUBLE!!!!<wink>
Meanwhile...back at the stable...CSHD finds herself...
Let's see how the story unfolds. Hmmm???
After the RS and the pps set at $6 (now at 3.75x4.25) my account is down (or should I say missing!)about 11k.
I'm just curious, should't that be showing as an itemized gross profit in the filing??? LOL!
ANYONE watching L2????
I think if everyone would look at the money flow index we can agree that there is a definitive upswing in play excactly opposite of the pps.
"AFTER the halt the next day"
That means the halt can occur at any time idiot!!!
I've paid for my education here and PAVC. But it takes work and diligence to overcome!
6 years to get a 4 year degree. But at this point I'm sitting on a pretty nice nest egg.
Time is all it takes to see your reward!!!
GLTA
Hmmm.......
As an engineer who has for the past 17 years working on gov't back contracts for the rail industry (I am in electronics mind you, and also one of the few analog designers left ;}..;} ) I agree whole heartedly with your assesment of the situation. It takes patience and understanding of the components involved in the process. Some have negative coefficients/some positive. Finding the ballance takes time and savvy.
This here is an awesome example of the above.
To all longs here on this board:
Stick to your guns and in the end you will have success !!! Just do not expect it to all come together at once. Not possible in the real world. Physics prevails, just not when you wish it too....but when the components are in place according to the laws that dictate to reaction.
JMHO.
Agreed!!!!
Agreed!! This is one hell of a play and ain't no one shakin me out!!
Long and STRONG!
DAMN...I REALLY wanted to see that Ask at at least .02 at the close
Last big shake before the run IMHO.
Hope no gap cause they always get filled and I don't want to see a red close!!
LMAOROTF!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Holding them of course)
Look for it right now.
EOD prediction .0195 x .0205
Shoulda seen MY tears!!! LOL
Doin MUCH better now tho.
No risk no GAIN!!!!!!!!
Ya I learned that one last Tuesday diving off the piers across the docks. Damn right test1cle nearly 3x normal size.
Best back flip I ever had though!!!! 25 feet of shear fear!
ICE! I need more ICE!!!
That was my 50000 @.0195!!!
WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Excellent analysis IMO!
WOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!ME TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually, the money rolled in around 6/5 and has pretty much stayed even steven. the price fluctuations have slowly rung down and the bollies ar pretty damn tight.
I'm expecting another big move here.
$.001 per share??? can anyone explain this to a novice?
"Pursuant to the Merger Agreement, at the effective time of the Merger, each issued and outstanding share of common stock of Conversion Solutions, Inc. will be converted into the right to receive 1 shares of FHAL common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "Exchange Ratio"), and each issued, outstanding, unexpired and unexercised CVSU stock option will be converted into FHAL stock options using the Exchange Ratio."
Looks like some expenditures to me, Transactions of some sort? I dunno. Maybe or maybe not.
Along for a nice roller coaster though. Huh?
Keep the solid posistion and flip the trades as they com IMHO.
G-nite all!!
GLTA
How about we all take a small chill pill and just say "Bumbebee a few times to ourselves. Funny word...."Bum-Bel-Bee" Hmmmm????
Peace!
John
Hmmmm... Just a lot of hot air fom everyone. No news as I can see either.
Good or Bad???
I've read your other posts. Why would you tell me not to worry when you've been betting on $3 or lower? I make my own decisions with my own money, just looking for legitimate insight with facts to back them up.
Claims of "No need to worry shorts have to cover..." etc... does not provide me anything more than a comment out of the blue. Same with some of Serf's comments... but they have some merit IMO in that #'s analysis is formed as a basis to support some of those opinions.
I've seen a lot of comments about short covering and squeezes, but have yet to see them play out with huge pps increases. Only sideways trading for +/- 10% moves then the PLUMMET afterwards as the dumb money pours in with the hopes of the BIG SQUEEZE.
Forgive my lack of savvy.. but we all must learn at some point. I'm at that point now. Smart money or dumb, I at least am comfortable enough to risk the $$ without hurting my personal finances.
Again TIA
I am ions
Scuba! You don't happen to know ScubaJoe, do you? Met him in Jamaica last year. (Just been wondering)
I've still been wondering if Harris's recommdation to call in for certs makes sense. I felt it would only hold up my ability to trade after the symbol change...obviously not due to the delay in issuing the new ones. Did they do this to make up for those of us who did not call certs?? I don't know, just asking.
I DO however, wonder if we should still be considering the call for CSHD certs. Just wondering,
Long and strong
TIA
and thanks to all for a great education .. (And I thought college was expensive!)
So, are we all talking about callin in for our certs of PAIV (80,000 shares) or PAVC (400 shares)??
Either way I seem to be down by about $10,000 and NOT VERY OPTIMISTIC about this whole fiasco,JMHO.
TIA
Thanks guys, but why did they both show as buys?
Last msg today :(
WHOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There was another at 1.43. Novice buyers w/o a limit IMO
