That has said the same thing since they put it out. Doesn't mean they ever have a reason to use it. Even if they did, wouldn't effect anything during a buyout, haha.
I hear yeah. It's your call.
Essentially, yes. I am going to keep my thoughts to myself. But I bet many here will be selling on the move north. So, lenders will have to move this extra rough, otherwise, bringing this stock down here to convert back where they did initially, would make no sense monetarily. Only make sense when you want to run a stock and sell much higher.
I'm waiting on CFGN. That is who was on it last time.
This aint going to the numbers some of these people are talking about unless there is massive dilution. Otherwise, you sit back and let this do its thing. Wont be down here forever.
.01 over 30 days gets them to OTCQB but they need to average over .01 consecutively
Yeah. It depends on the person and if they care. I just know I am breathing those particulates in the air and its not great from my lungs. So, I will protect them for the next 36 hours. You shouldn't fret unless you already have serious respiratory issues. Than I would definitely stay inside for protection. But that is my unsolicited advice.
It does. People should be wearing masks to protect their lungs. Just my opinion. But yes, this is one of those things that air quality and the right preventative measures should be in place to filter this out.
Honestly, we shouldn't have to cheer this on. This is essentially a done deal so, the valuation will have to meet.
I know it is wrong. I used to build templated websites through wordpress, wix, drupal, etc. Just a widget. Pulling data from a non-updated website.
Dude. It's a widget in their website they added, and they typed in the quote. The quote is pulling data from a bad website. I eouldnt take stock into that. Some random website isn't going to know a RS that hasn't happened.
This is actually going CE. So suck all those shares up because we are all about to lose our shares.
$4,000,000 market cap.... hahaha
It's pulled data from an old site that doesn't update. finance shows OS at 292 mill with a MC of 192k or something. I wouldnt dwell on that too much. I am responding to you but you know what is going on.
Looks like they are updating the website. Lot of issues at the moment on my end. Everything is expanded.
If he is smart, lenders will run this and he will keep the momentum up after they are gone.
I'm long. I doubt I said to sell at .0011. I haven't sold anything because retail isn't going to be the ones to move this. Rick has been dead on about what he is doing, obviously. So, I'll be patient and make the big money. These guys have big things going on and there is a lot more to go. Again, many acquisitions coming and partnerships. I'll hold on for pennies, and dollars.
Not everyone. All the smarts still holding decent mass.
This should rip through .06 to be honest down the road.
Any major firms will want multiples so it will go higher.
Haha bud, many people in here are playing a game. They are talking about it on purpose. They are just making things up and playing hypothetical. Rick has already told some of us short term move for this stock. Retail has very little strength in this.
My guess is the conversions are getting ready. We will see.
Retail has no control, haha. Rick will do what he sees fit and he has been pretty adamant with me.
It will drop around here and move around here before surge of volume. We will see what happens.
If people are selling after what we know, then please leave. Those people will be out of stocks very soon.
Then sell
Yeah. Honestly, I don't trust a lot of people, if not, most everyone on here. Just flippers who will end up losing at the end of the day. All it takes is to get caught a couple times and you have no money left. So, I am not too worried about right now. Whether it be buy back or flippers or whatever.
It's all noise. I guess sometimes I have some down time and decide to respond to this.
Yes. In order for the uplist, they have a shareholder requirement. But I believe Nils is still playing games as in the past, he has said many things like NYSE, then went back on it and said OTCQB, than now its NQ. What I mean is I believe he is still playing games and when time comes, I think it will be easy enough to get the buzz out to increase shareholders. Just seems like Leonite has too much of their hands in this one.
He made it abundantly clear that he is not telling the truth and just making some narrative. I just showed him the same article he just posted to everyone and the paragraph that is shown right under the one he posted from an NIH publication.
It's very well known bleach based, chlorine-based, solvents when mixed have a very short shelf life in comparison to 70% ethanol or isopropyl alcohol. But they are pretty good at what they do. At the correct concentrations, they are amazing for cleaning and aren't toxic. But when you buy them, you make sure to use them.
I'm not doing anything. Not going to name brands.
Nothing is revolutionary about the solution. You brought it up and I am explaining why their costs involved are different from others on the market. Not all HOCLs are the same. Simple as that. People can either buy their product or not.
I agree man 100%. The dude is shady as hell and changes his words a lot. I'm not someone who normally cares but usually if something changes, you just come out and let investors know. But for whatever reason, he is careful about what he says to scare people out of their shares without definitively speaking about it to the shareholders.
He is playing a game with the lenders and anyone nitpicking will see that and get scared. I think the uplist is happening but they are trying to get as much retail out as possible. Nils has been playing this game for a year now.
"You are telling the truth... as you see it". So, it isn't really the truth. It's just what you think is the truth.
Sorry, this statement was just funny to read.
You think places like NIH are going to devote time into making HOCL? No. Unless they need to run highly specific experiment that require low amounts of HOCL, they aren't making bulk. So, no to that answer. I know because I work at NIH and we purchase certain large name producers of it. Especially, for the facility I work in. So, to answer you directly, no.
Also, HOCL's have a short shelf life and can only be kept for 14 - 30 days depending on IC and what it is being used for. More Institutes will only allow it for 14 days because the effectiveness of the compound degrades. Just pour bleach into water at a 1:10 ratio and keep for 3 weeks. It's potency diminishes dramatically and killing bathroom mold becomes tougher.
So, what wikipedia says is correct. And if you read further down on that article from NIH, you will see the lasting effect depending if it is sitting in sunlight verses out of sunlight increases longevity 10 days roughly.
Stability of Solution
Rossi-Fedele et al35 investigated the shelf life of HOCl by being either exposed to or protected from sunlight. When the HOCl solution was exposed to sunlight, the chlorine reduction started on day 4. When it was sheltered from sunlight, the chlorine reduction started after day 14. The half-life increases with decreasing pH owing to the decreasing ratio of OCl–to HOCl.36 The parts per million (ppm) is the concentration of the –OCl, which is the active ingredient and is known as the available free chlorine (AFC) in the solution. HOCl solutions are less stable when exposed to UV radiation, sunlight, or contact with air or when the temperature of the solution is elevated greater than 25°C. HOCl solutions should be stored in cool, dark places, and contact with air should be minimized. The water for fabrication should be water that contains organic and inorganic ion concentrations that are as small as possible.37, 38, 39, 40
Cool. I already explained it to you.
There are several key factors that go into the price point of solutions, just like why petroleum or gasoline cost different amounts at different stations.
1. Manufacturing process. The production involved electrochemical or chemical methods. Electrochemical methods are actually more expensive.
2. Purity and concentration. Like I stated before, price of HOCL can depend on the purity and concentration due to processing.
3. Brand and packaging. They could also just have a different price strategy for the company.
4. Market demand and supply. Knowing this can change the way you price your solutions.
5. Distribution and Logistics. Costs associated with distribution and logistics from their manufacturing plant.
6. Regulatory compliance. ByoPlanet holds higher standards than other companies. They set their standards to the EPA, which comes at a cost as shown below.
So, their price points most like come due to many of these reasons.
Kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.
EPA approved to kill the Covid-19 virus in 60 seconds on hard, non-porous surfaces.
EPA category IV toxicity rating (least toxic). pH-neutral. Made with only salt, water and electricity.
There are medical grade HOCL that go for $40-60 as well depending on production and PPM.

Again, you do not know its intended use and how it was developed.
Precisely.
In this case, I imagine the equipment requires a specific concentration of HOCL to be mixed to obtain the desired effects, plus to maintain the health of the equipment the solution is being used for. Too much or too little, and the solution destroys the equipment or it just underperforms and doesn't disinfect the surfaces as intended.
While HOCL isn't novel, how it is used and what it is used for in important at maintaining sterility, or disinfection, product safety, surface being sprayed on safety (not cracking material over time due to corrosivity), and more.
It would be smart of the buyer to purchase the solution for the longevity of the product/equipment and to produce the desired reaction.
Hahaha. That was the worst dialogue I have read.
This is great if they were to get it otherwise waste
