It's very well known bleach based, chlorine-based, solvents when mixed have a very short shelf life in comparison to 70% ethanol or isopropyl alcohol. But they are pretty good at what they do. At the correct concentrations, they are amazing for cleaning and aren't toxic. But when you buy them, you make sure to use them.
