Don't insult my powers for lame mortal magic tricks.
Yeezy taught me
OKAY HERE ME OUT
Tomorrow is Trump's birthday, June 14th. "The Illuminati" is also 14 characters (including the space). Furthermore, "June fifteenth" is also 14 characters (including the space). "To the mooooon," also 14 characters (including the space).
Some pretty convincing stuff, I know.
News coming tomorrow or the fifteenth.

wtf is happening
We do not know if SPCL owns high times. We know levin made a 70 mil investment in high times and that high times is coincidentally a magazine and that levin was part of vert that invested in pixl.
Tis lit up in hurrrr
HOT DAMN!!!
Should start getting pretty lit around here.

Quote from email with neil:
"SPCL owes our shareholders disclosures which should clarify our business objectives relatively soon."
This is probably a wise approach.
This is probably a wise approach.
soon you will have your redemption shashank
milk is not healthy to consume. there are more appropriate and easily digested sources of vitamin d and calcium
very good find. you've been on a roll lately.
Because p and d folk don't read up. I've decided to just let people think that. Pps may run to 5s off this June 15 speculation. So I'll flip it
Ehhh I don't think it will. I think we stay below 43 until news. Got my funds cleared to buy 002s on the 16th
End of month at the latest hopefully.
No way to know. Not going anywhere. Only a sooooper not good brain person would sell now
Emailed Neil about my theories. He wouldn't confirm. Claims to not know connection to pkg_m
Said business outlook will come with disclosures "relatively soon"
First time he's ever responded to me.
Well that was disappointing.
good theory. i like where your head is at
Incoming missile.
lol nailed it.
VNDM MOVED UP.
LETS GO MY LIL Bs
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. This ticker is a dangerous place to be for the time being then.
source?
it's not mentioned here: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1411730/000149315216010214/ex10-4.htm
this ticker seems like it's Vert's trash bin.
my observations are:
SPCL and PKGM are connected under Vert's umbrella.
PKGM goes dark.
PKGM has debt, a lot of it. JDF Capital gave them a loan, they also hold 5 convertible PKGM notes.
SPCL tries to dump PESA tech into LEXG.
LEXG deal goes on and off.
JDF Capital gives LEXG a loan on the SAME DAY that the PR about LEXG and SPCL was released: https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=134286548
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/lithium-exploration-group-announces-strategic-acquisition-of-solaris-power-cells-inc-pesa-energy-storage-technology-616600334.html
These are no coincidences.
Can you explain to me in black non highlighted text what you are trying to get across?
thanks
https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=134286548
mentions lithium explor group, the comp solaris tried to dumb the pesa into. what's the connection?
also who is jdf capital, why are they involved here.
noone said mig was a sub of foxconn. because they were never a sub of foxconn. You are right, they were/are invested in mig, 18%, they have likely written off that investment since that is about to be cut in at least half upon completion of the merger with spcl.
FIH was a sub of foxconn according to that bloomberg description.
You've managed to confuse yourself here. congrats.
I have no such trisomy of 21. but im older than the age of 22-23 (unlike yourself)
all you did was assume that I was referring to mig when i said SPCL absored a sub of foxconn, which makes an ass out of you.
just look at the links that greenmachine and I posted. The merger/acquisition section where MIG was mentioned likely means that FIH refinanced/recapitalized their investment with SPCL.
FIH Mobile Limited was a subsidiary of Foxconn, neither which were beneath the umbrella of mig.
And saying no clue is a euphemism.
Join the club. no one knows whats going on ha.
Appears as if SPCL absorbed a subsidiary of what was formerly known as Foxconn. Not sure what it means or if that is actually what happened.
May today bay a good day eh. Essay pay say ellay
Nah you're right super 8k is like a wrap up. But you need information before all is said in done. Hence an update
I'm so happy that you know what's going on and are thoroughly ontop of this merger from the perspective of an MIG shareholder (in all respect, not being condescending or anything, I highly value your input here.. SPCL investors should know that your opinions appear sound (according to Dwyane...and my opinions (along with Runup, Fasstkitty, Pug, Piano, LC, etc.) are well respected in the SPCL community).
I think our best bet is an SPCL 8K within the next week or so to provide MIG investors an idea of what is going to happen. I think SPCL wants to wait off on financials until after the MIG deal closes, but idk if they can do that.
My feeling is that MIG voters need to know what SPCL is in terms of rev, share structure, etc. before committing to the deal.
I think we will hear on our side first. Either tomorrow or next week, news never comes on Fridays.
So I emailed Steven last week about an update he said that he "thinks" filings this week. He said Mig had stuff to get out "shortly" and for spcl as well.
Solaris use to be a PESA battery company, before Pixel merged into it, but they havent removed the Solaris website or totally abandoned that component yet. I'm just saying that investors could play dumb and ask Steven about the batteries to incept the idea into his head that this vote wont pass without updating mig investors about what SPCL is and why they should merge into the shell when pps has been sinking like a north korean submarine for months.
Anyone who thinks this is closing June 15th should not be trading this stock. I plan on flipping the 14th, average down the 16th.
Steven's email to me last week implied disclosures this week. I think SPCL will disclose first. All you MIG holders should be intentionally asking Steven ill-informed questions like "what do batteries have to do with Migme?" etc....
I have all my funds cleared to do another big average down on June 16th.
No, that deadline has already been missed, indisputably. ASX MIG shareholders need 28 day notice prior to closure and that hasn't happened yet.
It is beyond me how people do not understand this.
