noone said mig was a sub of foxconn. because they were never a sub of foxconn. You are right, they were/are invested in mig, 18%, they have likely written off that investment since that is about to be cut in at least half upon completion of the merger with spcl.

just look at the links that greenmachine and I posted. The merger/acquisition section where MIG was mentioned likely means that FIH refinanced/recapitalized their investment with SPCL.
