Good morning BIG-R...Glad we had a chance to discuss TBEV!!!! Hope today is as interesting as yesterday. Really curious about the content of the 8K. Do you think it might show yet this week or hold off until Monday next?
Best regards,
SLAM
As a rule...food and beverage companies NEVER identify their co-packer/co-bottler to the public. As an example, Brach's (candy) does not manufacture or pack virtually any of their product. But you will never see the name of the processor on the package, nor will you see it listed on their website information.

Hey STKS4LYFE...nice of you to join the party...Glad to see you here...there is product and potential...
Best regards.

"911" and "100"
TBEV needs an endorsement from a Mexican soccer star like
Javier (Chicharito) Hernandez. This would attract sales like flies on a pile of doggie poop!!!!!!!!!
NICE!!!
Some REAL DD.
Thanks for that follow-up TT
SLAM
The PR specifically states Pro Prom will use a 3rd party to produce the product...there are plenty of bottlers and co-packers in Mexico. I used to be in the co-pack business.
SLAM
I am watching their website to see an update. If nothing in a few days I will email them...in Spanish of course:)
SLAM
Pete...check the PR...

Big R...sorry to bother you...but I can't open that link...can you provide the text or a short comment?

Been watching this for several months with no position. Decided to jump in yesterday...hoping to go longish like *FOR. Hope this is half as good. I'm very smalltime but I do try and pay attention. I also like the fact that you carry your opinion on your sleeve...upfront with nothing under the table!!! I watch the posters that are blunt and to the point (whether the comments are positive or negative). That by itself allows me to limit my losses and make consistently small gains. I really enjoy the process...that is until someone goes off the deep end talking trash about others or CEOs.
I still think there is some potential with TBEV IMO even though the "charts" give it a slim chance. But since there is actual product...I will give TBEV the nod for a positive outcome.

Yep...toooooo many for a fat finger or two...seems a little heavy in comparison to the last few weeks...maybe a favorable wind says I???
I just got back in the country over the weekend and noticed the bid this morning. Trying to catch up:)
SLAM
R234...any current thoughts you would care to share regarding TBEV? Always enjoy hearing your "take".
SLAM
Good Morning. Glad to be back in the States. Does anyone have an update on the "commercial"?
Thanks,
SLAM
Yes. Forgetting all of the positive and negative posts...the trend and data supports higher PPS. Each time actual positive news is released from the company...there is a sustained uptrend. But none of those upward movements come without some dips. So IMO .25 is real potential for SFOR.

NEW CHINA DEAL LOOKS PROMISING...
NEWS OUT - CHINA DEAL
Coates International, Ltd. Received an Agreement From China-Based, Fujian Mingyan Cummins Engine and Generator Manufacturer Agreeing to Manufacture Engines and Generator Sets, Not to Include the CSRV Heads, Poppet Valves, Push Rods, Rockers, Etc. -- Coates Will Be Responsible for Integrating the Coates CSRV Patented Green Engine Heads and Spherical Valve Assembly to Complete the Manufacturing Process
WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ--(Marketwired - Aug 17, 2016) - Coates International, Ltd. (OTC PINK: COTE) (the "Company") business plan calls for manufacturing operations in both the Eastern and Western Hemispheres. Some of the larger CSRV industrial natural gas generator units to be produced will be rated for 1,000 KW = 1 M.W. and 2,000 KW = 2 M.W. and are expected to weigh 16 to 20 tons each. Long distance shipping of such large units would add substantial cost to these units. As the Company has received orders in both the Eastern and Western Hemisphere, manufacturing in China will enable fulfillment of orders in the Eastern Hemisphere without unduly driving up the distribution costs.
Company President and CEO, Mr. George J. Coates, comments: "Plans for the ramp-up of manufacturing in China, provide for production of the first 1,000 industrial natural gas CSRV generator sets. A parallel plan for U.S.-based production for distribution to the Western Hemisphere would also provide for initially manufacturing 1,000 units.
"After further negotiations, the Company declined the request from the Chinese government for a worldwide exclusive license. Instead, it has been agreed that the Chinese manufacturing company will be structured to establish Coates International, Ltd. as the majority owner. The definitive agreements for this transaction structure are being drafted and targeted to be finalized over the next few weeks. More information will be disseminated as the transaction progresses."
Thanks ZPaul...I owe you one. Glad I'm staying LOOOOOONG

Mods...sorry for the double post...this keeps happening for some reason.

esq10 really hit the "process" nail on the head. From past experience (not as anyone's legal counsel)I would relate esq10's commentary to what IHUB boards call "churning". It IS the process partially used to gain additional time to stir the pot, and partially used to see if anyone will flinch. IMO any legal counsel that would duck and run this early in the game would not be worth a plugged nickel.
We are now at the point (as investors) where patience is truly THE virtue. We will hear that the sky is falling...how horrible our CEO is...all the normal "board" stuff...for all of the normal reasons. But the fact remains that SFOR is a sound entity that has more potential than risk...and that is hard to find anywhere in the OTC market.
GLTA - Longs
SLAM
I understand the basics of "shorting". But what is "naked" shorting and how does it apply to SFOR?
Thanks,
SLAM
IMO...if I had a looooong list of potential infringement lawsuits, I would want to "build" my case history...and maximize the use of my legal counsel. After I see the outcome of the early suits I would then have a better understanding of what we did correctly and what I would want to change for future suits. It's kind of like setting up a huge domino pattern. Just my thoughts....
SLAM
R234....thanks for the time and commentary. SFOR is becoming a great learning tool for me...and you are a great asset in my process.
Best of all regards,
SLAM
