esq10 really hit the "process" nail on the head. From past experience (not as anyone's legal counsel)I would relate esq10's commentary to what IHUB boards call "churning". It IS the process partially used to gain additional time to stir the pot, and partially used to see if anyone will flinch. IMO any legal counsel that would duck and run this early in the game would not be worth a plugged nickel.
We are now at the point (as investors) where patience is truly THE virtue. We will hear that the sky is falling...how horrible our CEO is...all the normal "board" stuff...for all of the normal reasons. But the fact remains that SFOR is a sound entity that has more potential than risk...and that is hard to find anywhere in the OTC market.
