Aren't we past these conferences in terms of trying to tell the world about the GOO? We have been testing in T1's for literally more than a year now, and the people that we need to confirm that we have the Golden Goose, already know everything about our material. Aren't we past being a scientific experiment and trying to let people know about photonics/polymers?
Is there anything that an Amazon, Intel, Apple, GF, or anyone else that needs Faster, Greener, Cheaper, that they don't already know about the GOO, that they will have an eureka moment at the next 5 conferences in Schlabookieville or anywhere else?
These are great if you are a short-term trader, but if you are a true long that will stay until we are ubiquitously accepted and in pretty much every chip, and past getting the first DEAL!! for real money, what is there to really get all excited about, the next and the next and the next conference? I want to see Dr. L signing a money contract first and foremost. Just sayin

Ok, essentially it is like betting an over/under total in a football game. The farther out the position is (expiration date), because you have more time to achieve your goal, the more premium you will pay.
Right off you need to understand that by nature of a Call (betting the stock will go over the number) and a Put (that the stock price will go under the number) 50% at least will be worthless if you wait until the designated expiration date. Say LWLG is at $10. You can buy $12 Calls or Puts. Since you are out of the Money by $2.00 the calls will be cheaper than the Puts, that are already $2.00 in the money. If you buy ones that expire in the next 30 days they will both be cheaper than if there are the same $12.00 options that expire 60 days, and even more that expire in 90 days.
Now the reason options can be very lucrative is that 1 option is equal to 100 shares of stock, but obviously stocks can be held for ever, and options are time bombs. Say you buy 10 calls of the LWLG $12 calls that expire in 2 months and we are still $2.00 out of the money we may pay $3.00. That is $1.00 of premium. For $3,000 plus commissions we will buy 10 Calls. At $10 a share we can buy only 300 shares for the $3,000. STOCK HALTED- NEWS PENDING. Apple buys us out for $100's a share. Your 300 shares are now worth $30,000. Nice profit. Our 10 $12.00 Calls are are $88.00's in the money and now at the least worth $88,000. Conversely the $12.00 Puts are worthless. 20 Calls are worth $176,000 and the 600 shares are worth $60,000.
There are many variables like if you own 50,000 shares, you can write 50 Calls of the $20.00 calls. They, if the stock is $12.00 are $8.00's out of the money so say you sell them far out timewise, for $3.00, you are getting in $15,000. If the stock gets bought out, or goes to anything higher than higher than $20.00 they can buy your stock from you at $20.00. You lose your stock, but essentially are selling your shares at $23.00 which is still much higher than what it was when you sold it ($23-$10.00= $13 or a 140% gain). Say the stock goes to $19.99 the $20.00 calls are worthless and you keep the $15,000, and your shares.
If any of my calculations are wrong, I apologize-burned out from 18 holes in near 80 degrees heat. But buying options is a great way to own the value of 100 times the shares the same money could buy, but the risk reward is gigantic. A Put is kind of like a Short of the stock, but you only can lose your initial investment. The higher LWLG or any stock goes, then they can start trading additional options at that higher strike price. We can't sell of buy LWLG options any higher than what they were when we started to trade them. That's why you will always find more strike points lower than the current share-price unless the stock soared higher and came back more than 50% from that price. There are also Options to be done on Indexes, if you think that group as a whole will move in a direction. If you sell calls, you want a stock with very little volatility, as they won't take your shares and you can really make a lot more as it's like collecting more interest than any bank will give you.
My thought is that if many of us try to buy calls, gaining greater strength of shares for ROI, we will create more demand and the market makers will build in much higher premium, and sometimes make it not worthwhile. BUT if we DO the GOO and a T1 gives us the first money DEAL, and the stock goes up 5 or 10 times which it really should, we will be dancing even more and longer if we own a lot of calls which we will convert to stock. Now if you bought 100 Calls at $12.00 strike $3.00 each, you will have to come up with $30,000 cash money, or sell the Calls for whatever the premium (share-price) over $12.00. It's sell for cash, or buy for cash and own much more stock for as long as it trades.
Hope that helps maheu86
I used to say $50 as the minimum, but now anything less than $100 would be a robbery.
Although we all enjoy when Dr. L. speaks at these public forums, but is there 1 CEO of a foundry, chip maker, or anything else that would not already know about Photonics and LWLG? We have been dealing with all the key T 1's for years now, so what makes anyone think we will get a DEAL sooner, because of these? We share-holders love them as they might bring in some new individual buyers of the stock, which is great if you are a trader. If you are true to the GOO long, meaning waiting for a real DEAL and financial contracts, do they really mean anything, if you believe all of the advances have been made, and we crossed the proverbial finish line?
One discussion a year or 2 ago was we need x amount of hours of testing before they know it works and will give us contracts. To those that were counting, how many hours has it been, and is that enough for every test they needed to do?
Part of how I found this stock, is that someone that I knew was that he was friends with the CEO of the company. I was researching to see if it actually had such a proven disruptive technology, that my stock broker told me about.
My broker knew that I am interested and have invested in a few stocks like that, with potential giant upside. One is LWLG, which is trying to solve Moore's Law, and after 17 years owning it, looks ready to explode. Anyhow when I ran into this person and asked if he knew about the quality of the Arctic Armor clothing, with Insultex insulation? He emphatically told me about an IVDN sweatshirt that he owned that in the coldest Winter days, he would wear it with just a tee-shirt under it, and was completely warm.
From there I learned how it was attached to a moisture barrier house-wrap, and how national home improvement retailers like Lowe's, and Home Depot were not only selling it, but how H.D. was cutting 50% of the competition leader (Tyvek) display space, for the Insultex House-wrap. Then mysteriously a law-suit by the FTC claimed that it didn't have those properties. We know how in court their "expert" witness under oath confirmed that it did.
Now after 6 years and at least 1 $Million, the company is ready to claim it's spot as the only material in the world, in multi-billions dollar industries, that will save 20%-30%+ in energy costs, while saving tons of carbon blowing into the environment. Needless to say, I jumped all in. The company is showing that step by step, some great new partners are rushing in, to be some of the first to be leaders in multi-industries. Some looking to save money in increasingly expensive fuel, while in the fashion apparel industry, always trying to make clothing less bulky, and now animal free (killing Geese and Ducks for Down) .
Think of the competitive advantage, if you are bidding on either doing a remodel, or new construction projects, when you are the only one that can guarantee the investors that by choosing your company, over the lifetime ownership, they will save thousands, or even tens of thousands on their energy costs. To me it will be a no-brainer to grow their business exponentially.
These are just 2 categories that Insultex and Insultex House-wrap will dominate. If any here have connections with these or anything else that will benefit by keeping things either warmer or colder on purpose, we should have them call the company.
And oh by the way, I have owned an Arctic Armor winter coat, and it truly is warmer that you could imagine.
If someone here has knowledge or experience, if we got an order today from an existing foundry, how long would it take to go from zero to 60? From day one, to the first GOO-chip off of the line?
Good question, but once the first can Do the GOO, and blows away the competition, who dares to be the last?
If this is live why show the share price almost $5.00 higher?
Welcome to the new posters on this MB! As far as how well it works in the cold. Both the USA and Canadian Winter Olympic teams wore the coats. Many ice fishermen have used it, and after they fell in the freezing hypothermia inducing waters, not only floated, but kept warm. Many of these amazing testimonials are on the companies 2 web-sites. There are even 2 local news channels that had their reporters jump in the water with the Arctic Armor coats on--and floated.
If you have some time, read some of our earlier posts here, as I and a few others have gone deep in the understanding of the science of not only the best House-wrap, but literally the only one in the world with an R-Value. As you all read and understand more, it literally save the builder money in building costs. If that wasn't enough, it is proven to save 20%-30%+ on energy savings. And finally, if you care about the climate and future of the world, by saving so much energy, you are spewing much less carbon pollution into the atmosphere.
This product was in Lowe's and Home Depot. One of the largest homebuilders in the US was ready to buy it, as well as others. When Home Depot was cutting 50% of the 12' Tyvek display to promote our Insultex House-wrap, there suddenly was a claim by the FTC that our material didn't have an R-Value. It was a classic case of Goliath trying to kill David.
They tried to lawyer IVDN out of business with more than a $Million in legal fees. Of course the lawyers for these National accounts made the buyers halt from ordering, as it was the freaking FTC, and they must know the truth. Finally after 6 years (where sales and share-price sunk) under oath in a Federal Court, the world renown testing "Expert" for the FTC confirmed that he say it tested, with a proven measuring device and it indeed showed the R-Value. Thank goodness the CEO of the company used his own funds as well as beg, borrowed, (didn't have to steal-lol) hundreds of thousands of dollars+ to fight the truth, and kept the lights on.
What we have now, is the greatest material by far in a multi-billion dollar industry, which only a small group of us know and understand, which is why the share-price is insanely low.
Below is another web-site to visit. It is from a major Construction company that never stopped using the product, because they used and tested it apples to apples, and saw how it saved substantially on their energy costs.
Another cool thing to see on our web-site, is after a Winter snowstorm in PA. the CEO who built a room addition using the material not only on the walls, but on the roof. Well, all of the older homes had no snow on the roof's. As we know heat rises, and so does your heating costs, through the roof. This room addition still has a few inches of snow on the roof. Talk about a picture is worth a thousand words. This picture should be worth a couple of dollars higher for the stock!
There are potentially so many other uses. One of the country's largest retailers, just before the FTC, wanted to use the pure Insultex in their high-end Sleeping Bags. Thinner, lighter, and warmer. During last year's debilitating Winter weather in Texas, one person educated on the amazing properties, wrapped his water tank and pipes with it. While others froze and/or burst, his continued to work. Any and everything that would benefit from better insulation, should be using this. My catchphrase is--Anyone doing any building that uses a moisture barrier, that doesn't use the Innovative Designs Insultex House-wrap is doing---CONSTRUCTION MALPRACTICE!
https://lindusconstruction.com/insultex-house-wrap-future-home-weatherization/
Thanks for the info JJ. Nice ride!
Imagine if we could get a major city newspaper to discover and report about the best House-wrap and Apparel warming material in the world? Or other major media.
I bet the share-price would easily go to a dollar instantly. We just need to get the word out, because if you own it, they will buy. Not quite the Field of Dreams, but no less accurate.
Can't say it any plainer, but there is no product in the world that has Evacuated Cells, that creates a Tortuous Path, which diverts the heat , or cold that creates "absence of mass insulation". Due to the cells' evacuated state, their thermal conductivity approaches the value of a vacuum, which is Zero. The result is that each evacuated cell acts as a thermophysical barrier to the conduction of heat through the material. This interrupts the natural directional flow of heat.
In layman terms, instead of the heat going either in or out of the wall, once it reaches the Insultex House-wrap, it turns sideways and kind of follows a long serpentine path, through millions of microscopic bubbles, until it cools off. Again, nothing or nobody has this patented material but Innovative Designs Inc.
We are a small group that knows about this, and can still buy this stock so cheaply.
Got it, thanks. But you bring up what we should be doing to help get the train rolling. Anyone that has experience using any of the materials should post it, and forward it to the company. Even better, as I have told many friends and family about the amazing unique features of Insultex and the house-wrap, many have invested in the stock. Some that are in the building business are planning to use it in their future projects. If some here have great contacts that would benefit by using the IVDN materials, reach out to them and have them get in touch with the Corp. office. It's a win win for them and the eventually the share-holders.
That's great information windough-shopper. If possible could you get some of those that actually used it in Afghanistan to go on the record for the company, they would be tremendous testimonials! That would be as good as the video Lindus did telling how they used it on hundreds of their jobs, because it works and saves on the energy bills, once people either converted old construction or built new projects.
"Having said that, it's not clear from the press release whether IVDN is selling INSULTEX to Junior Trend, or is allowing JT to represent INSULTEX to the apparel market. If the latter, then this could be FANTASTIC news. I've repeatedly said here that I don't think Joe has the ability to sell INSULTEX. If this agreement allows an insider in the apparel market to represent INSULTEX to other apparel manufacturers, that could be a very big deal."
Unequivocally this group will be leading the sales of the pure Insultex for apparel. The President of this group has an impeccable history in the outerwear industry. This is another great move by Innovative Designs in start-kicking the engine again, after trying to be buried by the scared competition. They never got out of the apparel industry. If I am not mistaken, Canadian Tire (which some call the Wal-Mart of Canada), continues to carry the Arctic Armor line of super warm coats.
The CEO saw that the future was brighter by adding a moisture barrier to the pure Insultex, creating the best item in a multi-billion dollar industry, creating another division for the company.
Your astute observation about the almost endless new categories, that the world needs the energy savings, will in time drive unprecedented sales/earnings. I heard a story that when the crazy winter storm that literally shut down most of Texas, one person that was familiar with the IVDN insulation, had previously wrapped his heating tank and pipes with our material. When everyone else's pipes froze and burst, they still had water flowing. I hope if there is not already a testimonial on the web-site, it should be added.
Anything that either has liquids flowing, or generates heat, or cold, would be enhanced with the Insultex materials. As fellow shareholders, let's help save the planet, while making us rich or richer, by thinking about where this product is needed. If you have connections, in anything that would be better and more efficient with the Insultex and or house-wrap, let them know, and have them call the company. Another example that I was told about, is one of the largest retailers in North America was ready to do a deal, to use the pure I for their high end Sleeping Bags. It would make them much lighter and warmer. Of course then the phony FTC lawsuit scared their lawyers, which stopped the deal.
Anybody know anyone in the Winter Boots business? How about the Blanket industry? Know any Roofing companies that would sell more by showing the picture or the only house that has snow on its roof, because of the I H-W? I mean this material should be the leader in dozens and dozens of categories.
I'm honestly surprised that these last 2 sales teams announcements hasn't driven the share-price back to at least a dollar, but the truth is, we are part of a very small esoteric group that is fully informed of the greatest material in the world, (and sorry to repeat it but needs to be said) proven not only in independent labs, but also under oath in US Federal Court, by the Testing Expert of the Federal Trade Commission.
It is world changing disruptive technology that is 100% proven. Catch-phrase of the company?--Anyone that
does any building that uses a moisture barrier that doesn't use the Insultex House-wrap is doing---CONSTRUCTION MALPRACTICE.
Thanks Walter. If you're ok with it then so am I. I just thought if they used the opportunity to do a raise when the stock was much higher, they would have made more money for the same amount of shares, etc. Just smart business.
Def I'm nicely in the green but not any more than if I put 6 figures in conservative stocks or funds for almost 2 decades. I'm kind of blind to anything but the GOO, after years of telling friends and families that we will solve the technological disaster of Moore's Law. I still wake up every morning, and turn on the financial sites looking for the news we true longs want to read. Just a little worn out from years of experts telling us things that they are just guessing on as facts, which over time and time again, was either hype, or incompetence of the science.
I appreciate the handful that do know and educate us, and laugh at some here that act like this board is a secret club that they are sworn allegiance to, and must fall on a sword if anyone challenges or isn't a puppet.
How many times were we told from "experts" here that once we are on NASDAQ we will never need a Lincoln again?
Until we get our first financial deal, we have nothing, unless you trade and short like th and x. It goes up, it goes down. Wish I was smart enough to time it right, but I'm still long (17 years soon) and waiting for the only news that matters.
But I thought it was DEAL TIME!!! And it is, just with Lincoln
Smart financial leadership at many other companies that had big price increases, know to do offerings if additional finances were needed. They should have done some at least at $14 or higher, and this would have been a non-factor. Dealing with this financing company is not what big-boy companies do.
Honest dilemma question. This soon to be run by China company offers us $150 a share in a buyout, and the other offer is Intel at $75. The board has the votes to do either deal. Knowing that China will take over the GOO, do you sell and double your wealth, or take a moral stand? Everybody multiply your shares by each, before answering. What would Gordon Gekko do?
Almost every retailer/manufacturers, and their related stock are being affected by this increase in shipping. Even Dollar Tree is now going $1.00 $3.00, $5.00. Do you think IVDN is the only one affected, but since we have no true real apple to apple competition, we can raise our prices, and still save customers money
My next worry is that IVDN essentially has one product right now: house wrap. WRONG-STILL IN Apparel
So our fortunes are all ultimately tied to the housing market in the United States. House-wrap Just a multi-Billion Dollar industry.
If IVDN can deliver house wrap product from that inventory and use the cash to immediately source new product and get it in stock before current stock runs out, they could indeed be on their way to an excellent recovery. Hopefully that's what they're doing with the cash they recently raised from stock sales.--Of course that's why they raised money
(INSULTEX is not a product that is applied to existing homes.) --Really have you ever heard of the home improvement (Tin Men) industry? "Would you like new siding that will not only make your house more beautiful, but also will pay for itself with your every savings?"
Innovative Designs Adds New House Wrap Distributor
Innovative Designs Inc.
Thu, September 30, 2021, 7:00 AM
Pittsburgh, Pa., Sept. 30, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- Innovative Designs Inc. (OTCPK: IVDN) has received a signed distributorship agreement from Construction Component Sales Inc, to represent its Insultex House Wrap. Construction Component Sales, Inc. (CCSI) is an independent sales agency, representing building products manufacturers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. It was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas. Their services include product marketing, sales support, technical and installation training, and supply chain consulting to all participants in each product’s custody chain. They currently have business relationships with the following list of companies: Homasote, Tytan Professional, Backyard Elements, E-Z Gutter Guard, Nichiha, Indital, Sagiper PVC Siding, Wall/Ceiling, Magtech, Therma Wood Technologies, Perma R Products, Getzner Sound Proofing, Cox Contemporary Barn Doors, CMT Orange Tools and Ultra Aluminum Fencing & Railing.
Chris Strong, President of Construction Component Sales, Inc, commented, “We entered into this distributorship agreement because of the amazing technology this product has to offer. Before we decided to represent this product, we introduced it to our key accounts. The response has been extremely positive. The efficiencies of this product compared to other insulation outweighs all the others. This long-term relationship we are entering into with Innovative Design is a great match. We only represent world class companies. We expect Insultex House Wrap to become a top tier product with us very quickly.”
Innovative Designs Inc CEO Joseph Riccelli stated, “We are pleased to have brought on Construction Component Sales, Inc as a distributor covering Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. They are a highly respected company who have been involved in the building industry since 2004. We look forward to supplying product to their extensive list of companies with whom they do business.”
Well stated. As I said, I look at this as a new company although with a proven product.
It's now up to the company to make some noise. I would assume that new companies, once educated about the Insultex/and Insultex House-wrap, will be signing up to try to control different geographical areas. I mean when the demand ramps up again, and you can be the only one they buy it from in say multiple states, that will be like a license to print money. I expect we will start seeing new and old customers being announced soon.
Anyone doing any building that requires a moisture barrier and doesn't use the Insultex House-wrap will be doing CONSTRUCTION MALPRACTICE, to the investors of those projects.
You can keep looking backwards while the FTC lawsuit tried to put them out of business. I look at what they were doing before it (Home Depot and Lowes) and since that time 6 years ago, how the world is much more concerned about Climate change, let alone how high the energy costs are. Sell yours at your own risk.
Essentially I look at this as a new company with the only product in the world that can do what it does. Let's see how hard it will be to crank up sales again in the next few months?
My pleasure Markus. I see very similar aspects as there are many long-term shareholders in this company waiting to get rich. If you have a chance read some of my previous posts here chronicling the history of this company.
It was originally an apparel company using this amazing thin material that channels the heat/cold through a I believed it's called a "tortuous path". What that means is this incredible thin clothlike material, which is about 1/3 the width of a nickel coin, will take the energy from the outside and instead of going straight through to the inside, does a serpentine motion internally through millions of evacuated cells.
The apparel is amazingly warm and used in some of the coldest environments. It worked so well that the USA and Canadian Winter Olympic teams wore their coats. All because the Insultex material made the costs thinner and warmer. Because of those evacuated cells, that essentially create a vacuum, the material will float. It literally saved the lives of at least a couple ice fishermen that fell in the water.
The CEO got a little tired of exclusively being a clothing manufacturer, dealing with individual buyers, and all of the changing trendy colors, etc. had an epiphany and attached the Insultex to a moisture barrier to create the Insultex House-wrap. This breathable unique product, cost the builder less than the competition, and reduces the energy costs. This caught the eye of Lowes and Home Depot, who after doing their due diligence, sold it. A major home builder Ryan Homes, and other home improvement retailers were ready to join, when strings were pulled, and the FTC said they didn't have this R-value insulation, which in Federal Court was confirmed that it indeed did have an R-Value.
The sales and stock price got killed as their lawyers said if the FTC says it doesn't work, we must wait to see. That is all over and now the stock that was I believe around $2.00 and rising, which got crushed to under a quarter is about to fly. If you are spending money building something that needs a moisture barrier if you are not using this, you are throwing lots of money through your walls and roof, as the energy you want to stay in, is going out at a very expensive rate.
This little company in Pittsburgh Pa. has the only material in the world, in a multi-billion dollar industry. Once they get going again and advertise, how can a giant like DuPont or Kimberly Clark, not want to own such a disruptive product?
My catch phrase is; Anyone doing any building that uses a moisture barrier and does not use the Insultex House-wrap is doing CONSTRUCTION MALPRACTICE.
The very few of us that know about this little gen before the rest of the world does, will look back when it was selling for about 35 cents, will smile, but may also think, should I have bought more? There are certainly no sure things in the stock market, as we all know, but I'll take my chances here. Good luck to all!
That is a good company. We are waiting for this disruptive technology that the world needs to be approved by just 1 T1 company and then the rest must follow or go the way of horse buggies vs. the new fangled automobiles. Another disruptive tech that has already been proven in labs and in a court of law by the FTC's expert in testing is IVDN. This is like buying LWLG 10 years ago pricewise.
Another case where Goliath tried to kill David. 6 years later they are ready to fly. Disruptive technology must always win for the sake of humanity. Let's go Dr. L. get that first deal!
We will wake up one morning and get the news of a deal when they release it to the public, not before.
Good call Richard that after 20+ years of progress we are close to the first money deal ever, Every morning anticipating seeing; LWLG stock halted--NEWS PENDING, and we all become much richer
Which means of course up till now there never was a $ deal. Hmmm someone is 0 for 2,988. Quite a losing streak.
Mr. PS to my understanding this big quarterly increase was predominately from Lindus Construction. They are a company that is not only an official Distributor for Innovative Designs, but really more are a major contractor that uses this amazing material on all of their construction projects. Why? Because their company principals used the materials for themselves and saw that when they compared their Energy cost, apple to apple they saw major savings in their bills.
So even though the FTC claimed it didn't have an R-Value, (representing the worried competition) Lindus never flinched or stopped using it, and continued to get more and more business, once they showed new builders/homeowners their proof.
Once we get the word out with PR's, if you are in competition to build a new project, and the other player is using Insultex House-wrap and you aren't, well I know which one I would use. Please see their web-site below. Unlike 6 years ago, there are now major contractors, Architects, Governments, and other groups that are looking for close as possible to zero emission buildings. If you know any or all of these, TELL THEM about this!
So I think we will starting to get some new eyes on this MB, so for them let me state that this little company, with a dirt cheap stock price has the only House-wrap (moisture barrier) in the world with an R-value of 6. What this means is if the requirements in your City/State/Province/Country for construction is an R-20, you now will only need to pay for an additional R-14. But it's much more than that. Using this incredible disruptive technology (that not only has been proven in independent labs, but the testing expert for the freaking Federal Trade Commission, under oath confirmed it), has been proven to save 20%-30% on the building's Energy bills! Think about if you build a new home and live there for 20 years, what the savings could be? And by the way, if you actually believe in Climate Change think of all of the carbon pollution this product will be reducing in the environment.
Folks, we literally have more knowledge of this stock than most Wall St. Analysts do on stocks they cover. We actually aren't even covered by any yet. If this was inside information that you heard about, it would be mind boggling. But this is publicly known "inside information" that just us few that follow the stock are aware of!
Before the Lawsuit, testing from their own due diligence, the buyers at both Lowes and Home Depot were selling and reordering this material. That perhaps caught the eye of the leaders in this multi Billion Dollar industry, and they tried to put us down with $1,000,000+ in legal fees. Thank goodness, the CEO who I believe has not taken a salary increase, or given more stock in many years, did everything to keep the lights on. Thank you Mr. Riccelli for keeping the business going, and giving us this opportunity to potentially make a lot of profit on this stock!!
https://lindusconstruction.com/insultex-house-wrap-future-home-weatherization/
IVDN should have their last financial report released today, so all brokerage firms should start trading it again. There should be much increased volume and increase in the share-price. They could be releasing pretty positive PR's over the next few weeks. There are no sure things but I honestly believe this will at least double in the short term and once the big National, and new accounts come back on this will fly. Within a couple/few years one of the major House-wrap companies will beg to buy this unequivocally independently proven disruptive technology. JMHO
You ain't seen nothing yet!
The final one should be done and reported by Tuesday and then the stock will start to rise.
Now that all of the fake lawsuit is over, and in addition to the independent lab proving an R-Value, we have the FTC's testing expert under oath also confirming it. So why wouldn't anyone that bought it in the past again sign up? And now with the world looking to save the environment, and we can deliver 25%-30% or higher energy savings, once we get the word out, well the share-price now will look like buying Apple a dozen years ago.
We will control the multi-billion dollar house-wrap industry because---(trademark pitcook) Anyone doing any building that uses a house-wrap and doesn't use the Insultex House-wrap is doing CONSTRUCTION MALPRCATICE.
I feel for all the long-term shareholders that have been waiting for the train to get back on the track, but get ready for the next ride to be fast and furious.
I went through the same with LWLG trying to prove a totally new disruptive technology, and it finally after 16 years could take over the computer chip world. Well we have a stock here that has already proven the science. Once we start to take back the old and get new National and Regional retailers, we must be bought out because if DP or KC own this technology with their adv budgets they will own the world's sales. I'm really not a stock hyper, but I can't see how this isn't a no-brainer for success.
Let me introduce to you the one and only Billy Sheers...
Thanks ProfitScout, but I'm pretty sure that it's actually 90 days after the ruling. If you or anyone else knows that law, please advise.
Agree, and it all must be done by sometime next week.
I would anticipate that once that and I believe we still have a couple of weeks for the FTC to appeal to the Supreme Court (which the odds of them taking this case are minuscule) the company will come out with a bunch of news hopefully with sales and perhaps new distributors.
I mean now that it was confirmed in labs and in court, that we have the greatest material in the world, for construction, while saving at least 30% in energy costs, why wouldn't everyone that used it in the past (Home Depot, Lowes) and newly informed builders/developers etc. not want to use it? Otherwise anyone building any property that uses a house-wrap moisture barrier, that doesn't use the Innovative Design Insultex House-Wrap, is doing CONSTRUCTION MALPRACTICE.
The truth is other than a couple of handful of us that know about and follow this disruptive technology, and invested in the stock, understand now that the bogus lawsuit is over, this might be the greatest legal public knowledge inside kind of information about a stock that is selling IMHO for pennies on the dollar. If the progress continues the way it was before the FTC with National retailers using it, and PR's from the company telling the world, how can a DuPont or Kimberly Clark or a foreign company, not buy us out. Imagine with their millions of dollar advertising budgets, how they would completely own this multi-billion dollar industry.
Tell your friends and family (with the caveat that there are no 100% sure things) about the greatest product on the market and their cheap stock, before they put out PR's and Wall St. discovers IVDN. They will love you even more than they do now. Also if you know anyone that is in the home improvement or building industry, tell them. You will be doing them a selling favor. If they are in competition for a job and they are the only ones that can offer the investor such great energy savings, that should close the deal for them
I prefer to keep silent and let the shorts lose a lot of money.
Honestly, you are right, why do some spend so much time wasted on this MB worrying about shorts? Some here talk to them trying to convince them not to do it, as if they care what a MB poster writes. If indeed there is a serious short of this or any stock, that is a full time business model for some who probably in the long run have profited, or else they would not be doing it.
Secondly I hope there are a lot of shorts here because when the company signs its first ever $ DEAL!!! the share-price will go up incredibly fast and high, and oh by the way, if we have a lot of shorts, it will go up faster and higher, so that is a win win.
Don't fear the shorters (only the manipulating agenda driven traders do) we will consume them once the GOO is Through.
If that's the definition of a true long, than neither is our mayorx who has told us many times over the years that he sold the stock. I guess that is what you would call a trader. At least he was honest enough to tell us that he was rooting many many times for the share-price to go lower.
Personally I never want the s-p to go lower, why would any true long? "Games will be played, and we will be bought out very early."
This was a very good week for true longs. Who cares about shorters? They won't stop the rocket from taking off, if/when we get our first $-DEAL.
Nothing till everything, unless trading.
Thanks $00.02 for your input. Goo smells even better than Napalm, and how Sweet He Was that Ralph Kramden, and Gretzky sure could score, but the Greatest Great One of all was;

I would rather they release key info incrementally rather than all at once. Let the investing public digest 1 at a time. More bang for the buck.
