I'm thinking the twitter launch is a good sign the CE will be down very soon. They didn't want to move forward until that is down and launching twitter is definitely a move forward imo. Sometime this week is plausible.

They never disseminated a date to shareholders. If you are going to take a bipolar traders word as the only one having a deadline date as gospel then I have ocean front property in Arizona for sale.

Seems odd that they would divulge a deadline for important news to one shareholder and never release that expectation to the public doesnt it? I seriously doubt adam was using sealskin as the avenue to let investors know that they were going to miss a never previously released deadline.

That would hit regardless. So if that is your hang up then I would sell and move on because it is coming whether you want it to or not. They have $148K left in convertible debt. Some of which will be due up unless they have renegotiated with the lenders and some will be due up next year. Usually in these situations they renegotiate so its not hitting as a new company is moving in.

I'm not sure what you are talking about but you couldn't be more wrong. The company has the right to divulge information. Employees without permission do not regardless of the companies situation. That is beside the point of my statement.

A supposed intracompany(not isbg) email was posted about a developing lawsuit against the "deep pockets" related to ISBG. If you want to believe that nonsense was true then disseminating that information from a likely private company would absolutely need permission to be given to the public. It is in the very least intellectual property. I'm not sure where you get your information from but you should brush up on what employees can and can't do with company information.

They also asked for shareholder patience in the same PR. Very soon can mean different things to different people depending on an expected timeframe. Seeing how they have never given a timeframe to the public we don't know what their definition of "very soon" would be. Without a timeframe to reference very soon is pointless to decipher.

I remember looking at icnb when it was trip 3. They kept going on and on about this upcoming sponsorship. I did dd, I read all about how terrible the company was and how it would never happen. Even saw a similar situation where they had a celebrity backed alcohol they had squandered. It sound just like the previous crap they had done. I moved on just to see it rocket to pennies.

Not saying it's a guarantee here but none are. I can tell you that it looks like they are getting everything in order with the trademarks which is something they didn't do previously.

In the latest PR they said "in the next several days but within the time frame originally stated on feb 9th."

It could mean 30 business days. Which next week would definitely fall within that time frame and even the next week after that. It doesn't say 30 calendar days. Which would also line up with the website launch on the 24th.

Just saying we all put arbitrary timeframes on this stuff and when it doesn't meet that, we turn incredible hulk on the company. I'm guessing next week. I for one will be holding and waiting.

I agree. This could be much bigger than anyone can predict. I mean RNDC is no joke being the number 2 distributor in the country with a national presence. In reality a national contract would be the catalyst for RNDC to up their ante as well. This could become 2 national contracts very quickly.

That shot up on a different catalyst. Nobody even knows what that government contract will be. There should be a good idea of what a national contract would be. Hell the regional deal netted 2000 cases with a reorder....a national deal could be between 50-100 thousand cases.

Nah, 1pm is an arbitrary expectation. Interest is there for sure. bid is building steadily and staying above ask. Ask is falling consistently, this will likely hit 001 without news. With news it may hit 002. I'm going with news either late in the day or AH. If not Monday AM would be perfect.

It had 53m on ask and now its down to 33m but volume didn't change so either someone removed their sell or an MM moved off. Not sure which.

20M just disappeared off the Ask. Either MM is hiding or someone figured something out and pulled their sell. Maybe news will be coming sooner than we think! I will take it as a positive sign either way.
