I'm not sure what you are talking about but you couldn't be more wrong. The company has the right to divulge information. Employees without permission do not regardless of the companies situation. That is beside the point of my statement.

A supposed intracompany(not isbg) email was posted about a developing lawsuit against the "deep pockets" related to ISBG. If you want to believe that nonsense was true then disseminating that information from a likely private company would absolutely need permission to be given to the public. It is in the very least intellectual property. I'm not sure where you get your information from but you should brush up on what employees can and can't do with company information.
