With an extension approved by the SEC, the filing is not "untimely".

If u file an extension, u use the time. Same with an IRS extension, u don't file 3 days after the extension. Like u said, patience.

If developments weren't progressing AMBS wouldn't be bringing on new key mgmt positions to move on those developments. Announcements will come.

A year ago, when the pps soared to .19 I was in Hawaii, on Oahu. Tomorrow I leave for 10 days on Maui.
AMBS will soar again during this time.
Why? Because everything is set to deprive me of sleep. The market opens at 4:30 Hawaii time. I know I'll have my iPhone on under the covers.

So, be prepared. Don't panic sell because it will soar at least until the 18th.

Guessing 1 to 2 months before IPO Pricing and Date set for opening day. SEC moves slow.

The main problem seems to be that the company does not weant to make any timelines for development of a product. period.

They feel they cannot reveal that kind of information, although most companies do, without giving away vital information. That Multicell gives absolutely no timeline, leaves the shareholders without loyalty to the company, only watchers of the pps.

Buying more near the close, then i'm putting a car cover on my portfolio and storing it for the summer.

An FDA PR will be tied to Regen and BMSN, both will benefit from the news, but Regen isn't ready yet. After the IPO, FDA news to boost both. Good news related to Regen shares will have a wasted impact since no shares can be traded.

I tweeted the CEO yesterday asking about the previous gold deal, he said they are still looking at quality issues so he might update about that
