Thank you for a great post!
I see this as potential revenue stream for licensing to companies whose research is not directly in competition to RGBP.
There is the one source which I'm sure you're aware of.
I prefer to check instead with the official websites of both AUYRN and MDMN. At least published material carries some credence.
Speaking of, mention was made elsewhere of changes in the language of MDMN’s home page. Just how should we interpret the following?
“In January 2015, MMC completed an Option Agreement proposing a purchase of Compañia NUOCO Mining Chile S.C.M. shares. The NUOCO properties comprise the Las dos Marias, Los Amigos, Columbo and Mambo claim groups covering in excess of 2,400+ hectares. This proposal was presented by AURYN to MMC in order to consolidate and streamline their entire property package that includes the adjacent Altos de Lipangue properties . Pursuant to the option contract being exercised by Auryn, then MMC would earn a 15% Free Carried Share Interest in the entire project.”
Is this confirmation of an answer to the long-awaited question of whether the Joint Venture Option Agreement for the entire ADL does indeed include a 15% FCI? That would be extremely good news. Unfortunately, the language is a little slippery here.
At any rate, the fact that completion of the airborne high-resolution magnetometer survey is still being mentioned on the website bodes very well for continued progress.
Claro getting millions of shares for worthless dirt?
In any case, my regrets on the "misspeak", but I stand 100% behind my message irrespective of syntax
Yes, 1.35 o/s.
I'm waiting for Beth to give me a link to the 1.5 Billion share figure that she provided.
Last published data shows 1.35 billion shares outstanding with a float of 748 million. http://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/MDMN/stock-price
Can you point me to current market stats on the float for MDMN? I’m getting n/a on float data past 12/31/2013. I’ve been to WSJ, OTC markets, Yahoo Finance, etc.
Perhaps the Stock Issuance Share Cap Agreement with AURYN Mining Chile has been confusing:
http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20140807005858/en/Medinah-Minerals-Announces-Stock-Issuance-Share-Cap#.VXXKr8LbIps
Recall that the "The float is the number of shares actually available for trading. Float is calculated by subtracting closely held shares -- owned by insiders, employees, the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan or other major long-term shareholders -- from the total shares outstanding."
Not discounting your information, just not seeing it. TIA!
I believe he meant that it was not "a surprise." Of course it's good. Have a good feeling about part 2 of the prediction too!
Thank you for the frank admission. As regards LP, I can appreciate the disdain you show for people like this.
People have reacted to the disappointing price performance of this stock in varying ways. Some want to root out the decay while others just hope for the best. I prefer to focus on the geology and not the pathological liars or occasional Pollyanna that find their way in as subjects of these discussions.
To that end I am simply looking for clues that will show us direction and timing on the part of AUYRN in consolidating all properties on the ADL so that further exploration and development might continue at a faster pace.
As far as AUYRN, goes, thank God they put a stop to the dilution that was ruining our stock. For that alone they deserve praise (as BE has indicated).
I believe the disconnect in your thinking is the belief that somehow there is validity to the "mountain".
It is not possible for me to tolerate the Medinah universe without a healthy sense of humor.
We're years, if not decades away from digging. We don't want to get hasty here.
Perhaps another green day? Decent volume the first hour of trading. Is this baby being slowly discovered?
Yes, many questions indeed, BB.
Sure would like a tidbit of news from the Toronto meeting. Something. Anything.
Optimistic 'til then. Additional news concerning the exploitation of the shallow high grade "Caren" gold vein could just be the kickstarter we need!
Yes, development of Eltoprazine, MSPrecise and Lympro will take time. However, with today's news, a corner is turned and this could be the start of a sustained run.
We must bear in mind that this is an investment and not a short term trade.
Las Vegas Sands (LVS) Stock Soaring as Casino Sector Rallies
www.thestreet.com/story/13175851/1/las-vegas-sands-lvs-stock-soaring-as-casino-sector-rallies.html
All aboard!
What has been the nature of the exploration work done by Volcan and others at the privately held Caren claim over the last four decades?
Just wondering if important information from this claim has been gleaned that is not privy to MDMN investors or other outsiders.
I'm thinking information that is perhaps compelling enough for AUYRN to want to buy the whole enchilada.
Hopefully some light will be shed on this unknown component of the ADL puzzle.
Thank you for posting this comparative look at share structures, share prices, and valuations in this sector of biotech.
Best to all BMSN/ENTB/RGBP investors!
Positive results should catapult the stock to a new 52 week high.

I'm pleased as punch! This has been a long term keeper.
Of course, Bubba.
The time for due diligence is before sinking one's hard-earned money in a stock, not after the fact.
The exception to this applies to short term technical based trading.
It has been stated elsewhere that the Caren claim proper has been under private ownership since 1974 and that the owner has freely allowed Volcan to do exploration work on this property which lies directly north of the LDM.
It has also been stated that part of the high grade “Caren” vein runs through a portion of the existing claims held by MDMN.
The fact that the land contiguous to the LDM has not been secured entirely under single ownership may be one of the last stumbling blocks in AUYRN getting complete control of the ADL plateau.
Perhaps we will learn of an exciting new development concerning the eventual unification of all ADL properties.
I’m optimistic.
Yes, today is what counts.
I’m counting on the bulk sampling of the high grade “Caren” vein to be the ticket to provide some newsworthy assays that just might put MDMN on the map!
Sure.
"a statement that is obviously true and says nothing new or interesting."
Excellent and logical conclusions.
We're hoping that the meetings will result in developments that will help break the current stalemate. It's doubtful that a vacation at a five star resort in Toronto is what's really happening here.
I've owned that particular stock for several years. Within 18 months post split, it began it's relentless climb into the 20's. Yes, there was about a year of doldrums with a trading range of between 2 to 3 dollars per share, but once news hit the stock soared. Glad I held. I'd be glad to endure the same scenario with AMBS.
News may result from this meeting between AUYRN and Company representatives taking place tomorrow through Wednesday, May 28, 2015 in Toronto.
www.medinah-minerals.com/?page_id=96
Been long since October 2012. I will welcome the new share structure and subsequent uplisting as AMBS's introduction into the broader investing world.
AUYRN is eyeing the LDM and Fortuna sites for trenching and drilling next. The LDM in particular is at a low enough elevation relative to the rest of the plateau that inclement winter weather should not be a factor in slowing down drilling.
Of course, I mention this as it is my long held belief that the best chance of finding a porphyritic cu/au deposit with the least amount of drilling expense lies with the LDM.
Those not taking advantage of these low prices will be chasing later...
Those not taking advantage of these historically low prices will be chasing very soon.
Thank you for posting. The promise of MANF is beginning to be felt with this successful U.K. administration to the porcine brain.
MANF and AMBS...
Sometime this year. Some expect soon.
No Doubt. Start of something big.
Per the last paragraph in your post, the aeromagnetic survey should have taken place by now. Not sure what the status of that is.
The ADL is a large area and one would think finding good target areas for drilling would be AURYN's top priority. Perhaps they are thinking of setting up at the known "hot spots" at the LDM and Fortuna sites.
Positive phase 3 results could propel this stock:

I'm holding for the good news...
Thank you for offering a great summation.
This post is required reading for anyone needing a dose of common sense.
Advaxis receives a strong vote of confidence from its largest institutional shareholder:

A lot of questions, that's for sure..
You'd think that the longer AUYRN stalls, the more nervous they might become about outside interest coming to our "undiscovered gem."
