ARIA hits new 52 week high in SUCCEED trial sucess.
Adrian I’m glad you posted that. Your recent post actually clears up some of your previous accusations where you claimed the SEC was investigating Dean Janes? Read the excerpt below.
One thing the SEC will not do is tell you about any investigations they are conducting. Because they are subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, the SEC cannot disclose the existence or non-existence of an investigation and any information gathered unless made a matter of public record in proceedings brought before the SEC or in the courts. But you can find information about enforcement actions that have been made public on their Web site.
Just hit new HOD....
I predict
A large number of share holders attending the meeting. I suspect MWE will heavily censor any information to be made public.
I hope the Harv has enough funding and does not dilute again.
Somebody needs to ask? If you want an answer to your question go to the SH meeting. If you are a SH they will allow you enter and ask your questions.
Emperor JoeBari'
This coming week is: the chance for any and all to have any questions they have to get answered. The Door is Open to any question any one has. All they have to do is ask.
I suspect the most chronic advocates here will not attend the Share Holder meeting, just use any information posted by those that did: and twist the information to suite their needs!
I don’t intend to entertain the venting or bitching at this board any longer.
Posters can post about IMGG or not post at all.
Kingfisher
To Members on this board, please take advantage of this IMGG Share Holder Meeting.
You have been given prior notice of this event. Even those that are not Share Holders, this is your chance to ask your questions in public as a real person?
Please discontinue the questions and accusations in the future if you do not use this opportunity to attend the SH meeting and ask Dean Janes your questions in person. I understand that it may not be advantageous or finically sound to attend if ones owns a limited number of shares.
The Door is open to all Share Holders.
To the board
Please don’t come back to this board next week and Bitch about whatever subject, if you did not attend the SH meeting and ask you question /questions. This board has turned into a place to vent or Bash the CEO of Imaging 3. So I say, attend the SH meeting and voice our opinion or questions , or forever hold your peace!
adrian your Luke Clauson POST is ????
Your responce is crap, to state my opinion, withen the Ihub guidlines! I see no mention of the name Luke Clauson in your links anywhere? Why do you continue to twist the facts? IMGG is with not without fault, errors have been made, but to twist facts to suit your own purpose is just wrong.
I have read it 2 times. I still do not see the name Luke Clauson any where in that document? This was my orginal question adrian?
adrian
Is this the exact page you refer to below? You have changed you orginal post? Please note I included both page numbers above and below?

Currently, 3D imaging is used only for reconstructive post processing reference images. MRI, CT and ultrasound currently have this capability. The 3D images are created by multiple scans of 2D images that require a long period of time to process into a three dimensional image. The image created is then used only for reference, not real time manipulation in the body. Our 3D images will be constructed almost instantly and will be available to be used as a real time references whenever multiple frames of reference are required to perform medical procedures on or in the human body.
Proposed Production of the O-device
Currently we are not manufacturing the O-arm. We are building a prototype, which is still being developed. We have tested an initial unit with our design features and test procedures disclosed to us areas where we need to further improve the device. Our facility currently "remanufactures" or "refurbishes" c-arms and tables. This process involves disassembling a used piece of equipment to its frame, repainting and finishing the exterior covers, replacing defective mechanical, electrical and electronic parts, adjusting and calibrating integrated components and verifying the equipment complies with federal and state regulatory laws, specifically those designed to regulated x-ray use and radiation output. It is effectively an assembly line process moving from station to station for various pieces of work.
Our manufacturing process for the new product is patterned after our refurbishing process described above with the exception that there is no disassembly of old equipment. We will use our 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility for assembly of parts from suppliers. We will use about 1,500 sq. ft. of our 6,000 sq. ft. facility for our research and development of the new product.
With our prototype, we will assemble the device utilizing various outside metal fabricators and machine shops as well as performing these tasks in-house. Mechanical design and engineering is being performed by an outside consultant, Luke Clauson, through the supervision on Mr. Janes. The software and electronic components are all being developed in house by Mr. Janes. The various machine shops and metal fabricators are, Precision Waterjet in Orange, California, ALCO Technologies in North Hollywood, California, DANGAR Engineering in Newbury Park, California, Evans Industries in City of Industry, California.
This phase of development is to produce a working prototype to test in a clinical environment and in-house to refine the design. The refinement of design will determine the level of critical standards required for production, thus providing specifications to metal fabricators and machining manufactures for production quotations throughout the United States and possibly abroad. Key factors in selection of manufacturing partners will be volume capabilities, quality and of course costs.
Vendors we are currently working with for off-the-shelf products are Varian in Salt Lake City, Utah, Hamamatsu in San Diego, California, National Instruments in Austin, Texas, Thales in New Jersey, MSC Industrial Supply in California, McMaster in California, Gecko Drives in Santa Ana, California and Glentek in El Segundo, California. These vendors may also supply O-arm device parts. All needed raw materials are readily available.
We intend to construct the O-device using existing methods, similar to those being used to make C-arms. We may either join two C-devices together to create the "O" or construct a gantry system similar to that used by CT technology. Our final design will result in a smooth 360 degree scan of the patient, without jitter or bumps which might impede imaging. Also, placement of an X-ray source and image receptor will be key to the design, as well as the use of appropriate versions of these subsystems.
Real time 3D imaging will require a state-of-the-art computer system with customized software. The computer will be outfitted with customized image processing boards to capture and compute images at lK x lK resolution at 30 to 60 frames per second. The combination of software and hardware will process the image data to create a 3D image map. This map will then be displayed to the physician. The physician will be required to enter reference data to start real time imaging. Once the physician enters the data (most of which is choosing which direction and portion of the body he/she would like to work with), the O-device will be positioned and the image will be updated with any new information, as added by the physician controlling the X-ray generation. Our Technology creates an image map with three dimensions and will update that map with new information, without having to create a new image.

Can you supply just a little more information than a name and an opinion? What about the path; of where you came across this info? Heck, just give us a clue of where your coming from?
I read your post 35442 about the law suites. From what I read many have bees setteled and most stemmed from the fire at the IMGG building? Why do you try to spin this into something other than a single event?
Gbwsf
I have checked the data bases! I found a different owner of the address for the IMGG building in Burbank CA? It was not Dean Janes ! If one digs deep in the records, they will find the same thing I did. Yes, I paid several fees to obtain this information. Anyone else that is interested in the truth about the ownership of the property can follow the path of property sales and property taxes.

It looks as this guy Bogdan is a typical "slip & fall" lawyer. I may not know the law, but it looks stupid to file lawsuit at this point. IMGG is not finished with the FDA, yes, we got a temporary setback, but with the new 510K submission coming our chances of approval will be better than before. The current value of Bogdan's investment could be down, but the only way to guarantee a loss is to sell now.

Dean Janes Don't worry about this, it is completely without merit and it isn't real until I receive it via process service. I'm no lawyer but it seems to be counter productive to release this via the same site he has been bashing me on!! Kind of defeats the purpose don't you think? Maybe he should sue himself for bashing the stock and creating negativity, which could be harming his own position.

Something new at the FDA.
http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/InteractiveMedia/ucm226596.htm
I quess they could just go ahead and submitt a new 510K but I can't see how that could be advantageous.\\
I disagree with this statement. Either the FDA accepts the application on their terms or denies it. They are the deciding factor in what category it will be accepted if at all.
The FDA was not happy with the 510K filing back in 2008. They had issues with the device's classification and predicates. That is the same time that the company asked for permission to do an IDE. I believe if they did not ask for that IDE they would had received an NSE letter then. If the FDA felt that an IDE was not necessary then they would have told them they did not have to do one, but they granted permission instead. This had to put the submission on hold while the FDA waited for the IDE results that never came. In January the FDA gave them one last chance to have a radiologist test the device and give their opinions. But instead, Dean did the testing in private and then had the radiologist give opinions of the images and did not send the financial info on how much they paid them. His patented technology has no predicate, the FDA has spoken. Imaging3 (IMGG) Stock Trading Info
Mugs I understand your point of view and respect it.
With that said, do you think there is any way the FDA will accept a new application at this time "since the NSE" you are aware they can deny an application? If what you have stated in your above post is true? I think they would deny a new application? I guess this is what you think will occur? Time will tell.
I believe the FDA is evolving and much of the propaganda they have put in the press is very outdated at this time. IMO.
Sano has waited for the FOIA NSE for at least 40 days or more ? The FDA must only use increments of 90 days or more.
Mr. Sano
Something is brewing...its a pattern that I seen before with IMGG I think it may be much larger than you give credit for?
I agree Mr. Sano. I have noticed over the last 30+ days something very different. There seems to be a standing order for any share sold at .15 UNLIMITED BUYS. Have you noticed this. I can only speculate. I think the institutional investors have seen the machine. Even you said there are things that occur that we common share holders are unaware of? I would think any person or institution that invested 1 MILLION DOLLARS did some serious investigation prior to doing so.
Several here have tested the market also. I also have a rough estimate of how many shares have been purchased at this price of .15. IMO only an institutional investor could have enough cash to accomplish this. I think many common share holders here were accumulating shares at .152 I could not get them any lower than .152 and I tried many times.
There is going to be an uptrend soon, from the trading actions I have seen over the past 30+ days!.
Keep in mind this is IMO only.
Based on the profiles of the MWE attorneys it could also be Paul Radensky M.D.
Mugs, I agree. Over a month ago I went through all MWE attorneys profiles Here.It took some time, MWE has depth.
http://www.mwe.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/bios.home/index.cfm
I noted Radensky also. My best hypothesis in the end was Cohen. Who knows, they both could be working for Imaging3. Cohen’s experience in high level FDA positions is why I think he is the one if we only have one? I seriously doubt he is not involved with this resume below?
http://www.mwe.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/bios.detail/object_id/ed54780f-24a3-4a38-81b9-937f38f543f4.cfm
For the rest of the board here is Radnesky’s Resume http://www.mwe.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/bios.detail/object_id/0c2f0ea0-5da3-47c7-bf58-c504dd37ed9d.cfm
Sano
It seems to me that you are using today’s movement in price per share breakout point to justify your post? You are correct about the attorneys having clout. Just take a look at Dr, Cohen"s resume, anyone that can read has to admit its stellar:

Sano, it’s time to realize that Imang3 has hired the best.
It amazes me that some here post; they purchased 50K shares at .152 and still are griping with the uptic today? I think most here can run those numbers $1650.00 profit if they could pull the trigger? LOL that is the crux of the problem I suspect. On the buy or sell??? Lots of BS posted here lately IMO.
Some men just can’t be reached! Some just like to see there words on the www.....

Obviously you are invested here. With you position well stated how are you preparing as an investor for the upcoming events? Are you holding, hedging with puts, calls. You must have a straggly. I do enjoy the debates you undertake, as well as those that take the opposing position. This is a Great Board. Everyone is Civil and have viable discussions of the company. You did call the Harv move with the last dilution!

Thank you for pointing out the links that the company has discontinued, I edited those that did not link from the I Box.
It's been some time since I read the I Box in such detail as I did tonight. I would like to commend King Shaka on his excellent Due Diligence of the I Box Construction of IMGG.I can not take any credit for any of his labors of work on the IMGG I Box. Excellent Due Diligence, King Shaka. The labors of your work speak for itself.

All I can say is: Gentleman place your bets. One of two things will happen. We all know what those can be. Collect your gains now and sell, or hold your shares and roll the dice on some serious gains. This is the short term play for 1ST quarter. More to come………
Sano "Yes they will approve it because the CEO wants it and shareholders or at least most of them are keen on giving Dean full reign."
You would not think it reading this board, but there are only a very few left that read this board, for obvious reasons.
Did you call MWE and ask what the fees are? or is this another speculation?
What day are you on with the FDA timeline on the NSE information?
Do you think the shareholders will approve the new shares? This is an Unknown. I tend to think not at this time. Reality, to a degree. They are using cash and have little or no income, I will agree to that. I would have to check the numbers to be sure of the rate if it still the same? We have no idea what MWE fees are. I don’t rule out the strike price for the warrants by a long shot. Many speculated that the Institutional investors would sell immediately for a profit. I did not see that in the volume numbers and I’m sure they did not sell at a loss. I think they still hold every share from the original purchase, but that is just my opinion. IMGG has always been a “maverick” as far as the stock price goes. I could see this PPS reaching the strike price and higher depending on what news IMGG has in the future very easily. As another poster stated “there is a lot of speculation here.”
Nothing illogical about it. Have you forgotten about the 3 mill in warrants? Do you think that’s off the plate? I think these will come into play in the future, prior to IMGG spending the initial 1 million from the initial buy. Those funds will go directly into the company account.
I disagree. I think submission will be less than 45 days away, probably late January IMO. As far as your comment on dilution, that’s nothing but pure speculation. I think the next info we receive from Dean will be the package has been submitted. I do not consider that fluff. I feel the professionals that IMGG has hired are working diligently on getting this package ready for a timely submission. They hired some of the best for reason!

I dont expect to here anything from IMGG until after New Years Day. I feel at the FDA and attorneys office many will be on vacation. I think this price movement is because most think that when we get the update, it will be the new package has been submitted. Some of the PPS run will already be baked in at that point. IMO
