Agree with your assumptions except for one thing, the fundamentals. The business fundamentals are same as before, no issue but one thing might have changed a little bit, which i am not quite sure of the numbers. From time to time, i check the o/s share numbers, don't have the previous number recorded but have a feeling, the previous numbers were in 1 billions, not in 2s. Do you have any info about it? I think this has something to do with this much falling.

It depends what we individually, think the starting point was. So both of us are right and wrong. Anyway, little upset seeing it going back this much but not selling a single share.

Thought it’s a goldmine and that’s why bought a lot. Retracing and consolidation is normal after a run but falling back to this level that fast is not.

Anyway, still thinking if there is nothing wrong, it should go back up over a penny soon.

Curious to know what triggered this massive sell off? Is it typical penny stock thing or something else? It cannot be retracement or consolidation because it started the run from this level and came back to the same. If it were consolidating around 1c, one thing, it's now in pre-run level.

This is management’s greed. As soon as we started moving up, they started their thing, freaking greedy penny stock owners, no wonder they remain sub penny ever!

Hope so. I wish they would include and disclose Yuen’s web lab.io as a partner in coin project. That guy and his company seem more genuine than ghost SBC or SBDC.

While I am holding my position for a big move due to news and rumors, I am still not convinced that JT assembled whole bunch of good people and companies. I looked into every partner and every deal and my analysis shows, where a partner is real and reputable (like Yuen Wong and SBC), we don’t have any partnerships with them. The partners we have partnerships with so far are either new or a small investment (like VirtuaBroker) or unknown companies (like SBDC. For me SBDC is a fake news by SBC). Also in all these partnerships, NSAV seems to have no role to play for future development other than just paying for its investment by Pref shares. This is not a business, this is a kind of investment, which has no short term returns.

NSAV is now a shell company and with all these small little investment buying here and there keeps it still a shell, no business by its own.

As for up listing, we qualified long before and JT knew and said that he will get it done long before but he did not do a thing even to apply for.

May be my analysis is too deep but if you dig deeper, everything looks hollow. But because it’s OTC, rumors can take it to 5/10c, which I am hoping for once. Good luck to all of us.

Other stocks in the sector with same or similar potential, currently, trading 25c+. This one should not be trading below a penny, just a matter of time it will come at par.

Out of curiosity, bought a reasonably large position at .98c and since then, I am stuck. Thought of averaging down but not sure if it’s a good idea. Those are long here, what do you think, is it going back up again over a dollar anytime soon? Don’t see anything real credible!

Funny story: I was stuck for last few days with a large position at an avg $0.33c. Suddenly around noon time, I saw it was 0.395 and 0.398 bid and ask, I couldn’t believe my eyes, thought for a sec, put whole damn thing at 0.395 and in a matter of seconds, everything sold and man, I was so happy and relieved. Later on I saw it came back to 25c again, lol. Lucky me. Not buying this ever again. No complain. Good luck to you all.

I thought JT said higher than 5% (much higher), so I put 5%+. I didn’t see 40% unless I missed it.

Well, as I said 25% here, 20% there and now 5%+ Riper, these make good news, PR and Tweets but they won’t do anything for NSAV. It’s like us buying 1m share here, 2m there, does not make us a businessman.

He has to acquire something in full or establish something in-house. This is not an investing company and buying few percent here and there doesn’t do anything for any business. Those understand this technical things, they know SBC and JT playing a funny game with us.
