Well, this is not the approval of a life saving drug, so apparently know one cares about it's approval.

Instead of OncoVista, it's OncoTwista!
LOL, who said XYOSTED approval will cause ATRS to be at $10-12 per share? Approval seems to have been like, just passing a gas-fart.
LOL, ATRS, XYOSTED just got FDA approval this mornign and their share price went down.

It looks to me now, like ATRS could, or will win the lawsuit against LPCN, so what are your thought about that?
When I talked to Randy from IR, I mentioned that we retail investors think dilution, big salary, big bonuses and not having a big investor backer are problems. Randy understood, so maybe the BOD will forego their salary and bonuses and stop diluting in Q3? Hopefully Damaj's answer to dilution isn't a premature r/s. I woudl prefer no r/s and just have organic growth, uplist to the NYSE and then later, uplist organically to the NASDQ.
No problem, I understand and ya hopefully there will be some good news soon, or we'll just have to continue being patient. I'm sure its not quick or easy to create a successful business.
It appears that Innovus was founded in 2010 and that each year thereafter, has been getting closer and closer to success and profitability.
I remember when Innovus was only just a vagi-lube business...
Didn't you see my post about Randy calling me back? Maybe you have me on ignore? Anyway, yes Dr.Damaj didn't attend the conference and hopefully it's because he was working on something important.
Ya HC, I'm going to buy more Innovus products soon, it's getting close to restocking time...
I just got off the phone with Randy Berholtz, MBA/JD, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel of Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Randy quickly returned my email and gave me his office and mobile numbers. His email address can easily be found on the Innovus website. Randy indicated that he responds to all questions and emails.
Randy told me that Dr.Damaj has been working hard and traveling a lot and as such, could not attend the investor conference. However, Dr.Damaj will be transitioning some of his work as needed, to help complete important work.
Randy indicated that ANDA Fluticare approval, will provide another manufacturing source at a better cost for Innovus and that it will make it easier to market Fluticare worldwide.
Randy indicated that he appreciates his customers and retail investors and that we're all after the same goal, profitability.
The phone call was a positive experience.
I did mention that we have concerns about salaries and bonuses, prior to profitability and that we're concerned about stock dilution.
I don't know if Randy reads this message board, but if he does, thank you for the call back.
Awe crap! It got rejected, this is terrible! (A post I hope does not come true.)
Bate, do you know if Dr.Damaj went to the recent investor conference? Is it a rumor that he didn't go? I'm thinking about contact I.R. to find out and if he didn't go, I'll ask up front, why he didn't go, thanks.
What if this happened to POTN?
https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=78338098
Well, at least he's having a good time. I would like to know if he didn't attend the conference and if so, why. Or, is it a lie that he didn't go?
HC, you've golfed with Dr.Damaj before, can you find out why he didn't attend the investor conference?
It was advertised that he would attend it, so was it false advertising, or an emergency?
Hopefully he didn't decide that continued, massive, daily dilution is the answer, instead of the conference.
Wishful thinking here, but hopefully we don't need an institutional investor, possibly due to high sales and major profitability...
The international sales of Fluticare would be helpful to the bottom line. It would be great if ANDA approval was given in Q3.
Well, that sucks, is it true that Dr.D couldn't or didn't attend the investor conference? If it's true, why couldn't he attend the conference?
Well mullally, that's because Ameritrade sucks!
Someone bought 5,000 shares!
Wow! You could have just edited your post, you didn't need to repost a fix!
Good to know, so maybe GSK didn't pay off the FDA to withhold the Fluticare ANDA, OTC approval?
Maybe GSK got OTC approval faster because they created Flonase?
For a split second, you made me wonder if the Fluticare ANDA got approved...
It appears that the ANDA approval could come in the 4th Quarter of 2018, which would only be 3 years after it was originally expected, but hey, it's sure as hell better to be late, then never!
What a huge FDA/Glaxo-Smith-Kline/GSK scam it was to have them paying-off, the FDA employees to drag their feet on the approval and you know it's true...
Waiting 5 years for an OTC nasal spray, sure is proof of the deep-state, big pharma corruption of darkness.
Mynah, if you think Cl3veland is the best stock investor that you know, then you should click on his profile and click on follow, so his posts stand out to you.
Uh, oh, someone dumped 5,000 shares back into the float. Someone must know something! Maybe the reverse-shell merger fell through, if there ever was one in the works!
This could be the week! The week of the reverse shell merger! Long live Dr.Wiess!
That would be good and what if we got or get an institutional investor with good terms?
When you figure out what's next, let me know, thanks.
No, Sir. I already have many shares.
Correction, it's been 5 years since OVIT went belly up.
Yes, the scam, the pyramid stacking, poniz-scheme, of fradulations has finally been exposed!
Exposed, due o the rampant, business name changes, trying to elude the authorities, from the money-laundering.
As it turns out, Billy T-Bone was actually right, that the true value is .03, which is where it's headed!
It's a crooked insider that holds that unsavory debt note!
Wow, amazing scam!
Good advice, will do.
I was being sarcastic to Florida Investors bi-polar comment. I'm still long. I don't have a dog anymore, my 16yr old siberian husky malamute passed away 2 years ago and I didn't get a new dog, nor do I abuse animals. I'm sorry for annoying you. Have a good day.
Well, I'm glad you trust this company of ex-used-car-salesmen. POTN, has been at least 8 other companies before!
Whoo-hoo! Go Innovus! Go!
I really enjoy the big bonuses and salaries being paid out, while not profitable (at an 80% profit margin!)
I'm enjoying drowning in the continuous dilution!
I'm also really enjoying waiting 5 years + for obtaining a measly ANDA, for a freaking nasal spray!
Not to mention that I enjoy throwing mud on the wall, to get a product to stick, all the while the best sellers fluctuate!
I will even enjoy the 1000/1 reverse split, that resolves the dilution and leaves me with far, far fewer shares, albeit at a higher price, but then wait, there's more!
Much, much more! After the untimely and unfortunate r/s, the shorting will bring it back down to .01!
At this point, the Fiji islands are so far away, it's not even funny!!!
I knew I should have trusted my gut instinct and not invested in this impending doom of bankruptcy company!
Don't worry, Dr.Damage will be laughing all the way to the bank!
Florida Investor, how does that sound for bi-polar?
I'll end this post, the way I started it with a
Whoo-hoo! and add a Booh-yah as well!!!
Yes, waiting only 3-4 years or more is not long enough. I hope we get to wait even longer, thank you.
No Sir, I'm from and live in Michigan.
Has this LPCN, Tlando "illegal" Testosterone steroid been approved by the FDA yet?
The FDA is so gynocentric, it seems like they would not want to approve anything that could make a man a manly man and that they're probably falsely worried about roid rage and using that as an excuse, to screw over and to screw out the approval process.
Therefore, I hope the FDA gets a terrible patch of burning roids on their rear hinders!
Why isn't it down to $3 yet?
Hoping we will hear something this week.
