Good, "multi-nickels" it is then!
2 cents intraday Friday is "multi-pennies", isn't it? Aim higher?
I use TDA & actually have an open bid for 36,000 shares from a partial fill at .005
I just checked & it's still open?
2 sells at .006 & 1 at .0075, maybe someone "fat fingered" a couple GTC's meant to be .06 & .075?
The MJ Delivery truck news must have leaked!
On a serious note, I've never seen a post speculating how much the MCV acquisition might cost? How much is a $2 million dollar company worth?
I realize we have absolutely nothing to go on, like costs, profit, etc, but how far does $40k (now $60k) go towards the purchase? Sounds like enough for the filing & legal fees to me?
The only hope we have is the closing happens real fast & we get "real details", like an 8k, so I'm not holding my breath.
I heard they are raising funds to retrofit truck bodies for the safe delivery of fresh, legal, California marijuana!
Among the options are reinforced steel bodies, bullet proof glass, and 50 caliber machine guns to defend against potential mj attacks.
They have millions in orders lined up for the new marijuana delivery trucks. The new model for the mj trucks will be "SCAM'D". Secure Comfortable Affordable Marijuana Delivery
Please use the words "marijuana", weed, cannabis, mj, etc in any responses to this post just in case people are looking for those type of opportunities!
By the way, I heard that rumor from the voices in my head so it might be real, right?
Up 36% just a few minutes before the close. I think we need a few more people questioning RVUE / Roche's motives...
Yup. I'm too lazy to go back to the beginning and confirm his avg but I think the early shares he bought were way over .01 so his avg might be somewhat higher?
PPS could climb now due to anticipation the plan will be revealed soon. They basically no longer have funding & no real revenue that we know of so something needs to happen soon. (Great reasons for pps to rise, right! lol) I saw a "deadline date of February 15" in something I read today?
The whole play is "what is the play?" Of course if mid February comes and not a peep, well...
I'm not afraid to say I don't think I'm smart enough to have figured all the possibilities here, but...
Even though it sucks Roche got $200k worth of shares for .0026 instead of .0144, he has millions more way over a penny. I lost track of his average but even after this I'll guess it's right around 1 Penny.
Now add the "family members", legal & other fees already paid, effort, and how long? a year or 2 so far, & whatever else I forgot. I seriously doubt he'll just try to dump his shares for a loss & walk away! He has something else in mind for RVUE...
In today's filing, they are already adding the converted shares to his total. Up to 226 million ish, not counting iVue & some other connections.
AS is/will be raised to 500 million.
I don't think anyone didn't expect the loan to be converted to shares, right? It's just the factor that had a BIG change.
Also looks like warrants will be exercised which is the "last known" method for funding operations since the $200k should be gone based on previous needs.
I suspect unless they plan to go "real quiet" for a "long time" we will know much more by mid to late February.
A/S likely maxed now?
Maybe they had to file since it is a "correction" to something that was filed before they went dark?
With all the money Roche already put in here, I never suspected BK.
Does this ahem, "correction" not confirm Roche will be receiving about 75 million shares for his $200k instead of about 13.5 million? Obviously I won't care if he ultimately turns this into what we hope he will!
I are confused? I see:
1) The purpose of the filing was to "correct" the conversion price from "80% of .018" to ".0026"!
2) The liquidation option has been removed.
The number of shares owned of 143 million is the same in the September 15 form 4's.
I have a real nasty head cold & taking high doses of cold meds (really) but I don't see where this is "good"? Is it me?
I'm only a "wee bit" bummed that we didn't close in the .90's but that's because I'm greedy.
I'll get over it...
Based on the balance sheet in the Q, they paid an additional $20k toward the acquisition. "Other Assets" went from $40k to $60k.
They also provided some details regarding cash that went to the queasy promissory note.
So they only left out some "minor details", like why the delay, reassurance it will close, the actual cost, stuff like that...
At this rate, this could be the next OWCP...
Apology accepted & acknowledgement of "multiple Weiss's" is appreciated.
FWIW, the poster you relied on for having "good dd" actually had links to pics in his own post of the 2 clearly different Adam's "he" was claiming to be the same!
From my quick DD work it appears as if they are not the same Adam Weiss
No, nobody has. "I" posted a reply to Momo regarding a hint I saw. The hint was a regular leaf in a light bulb the company put in their BRAND NEW logo that can be found on the OTC Markets site.
From that, some people started pretending it was a mj leaf, when it clearly is NOT.
Go ahead & show me the proof or post.
Then you ARE a monkey's uncle since it is NOT an mj leaf logo!
It is CLEARLY a "plain leaf", likely symbolic of "green energy", solar, etc. There are TONS of images available online of bulbs/lights with mj leafs in them and this is NOT one of them.
People keep posting "mj" because they want it to be mj. Imagine the disappointment if Tuesday the company announces "an exciting green energy opportunity". People will run for the exits because "they" said it would be mj & it isn't...
Good one...
I'm totally cool with the recent conversation here and mean no offence to anyone, but I guess this is what happens when a company goes dark! We talk about trucks! Kind of difficult to discuss "current company events" when you don't know what they are?
Hey everyone, what's your favorite animal?
Good weekend to all...
I've had a GTC order in at 0013 for 200k for about a week that didn't get touched today. No fair!
I know. I saw a "clue" today of a recent change they made. I'm sticking with my hunch...
"New direction" will be a "Green Energy" related play. (Not the kind you smoke/vape)
IMO
Hopefully "he's in it"...
Thanks, since they say "...expect to close" in 6 months, I doubt they could be held to it?
Also, Q says O/S at 1/10/17 was 271,505,515 but an email I received today says 281,646,862. Looks like another f up?
Can you elaborate on the "47 days"?
TIA
Quote:
Bob has 47 days to get that deal done.
"Stuff happens". The example you provide may be acceptable.
*Why didn't MCV complete?
*Why were we never told it "DID NOT" close?
*Did 6 months pass (& counting) without a reason for the delay with getc?
*Are you saying MCV might not close?
It's the lack of disclosure here that is NOT "acceptable".
I would be excited at .0005
My first buy here was back in October around .19 cents. Some were saying .19 was ok since it would hit .30 cents. It's been almost 3 months and still isn't at .30, what's the hold up?
PS, yes, I averaged down & the complaint is sarcasm...
Hey, give the guy a break, he's pushing 90 years old so he probably just forgot to tell us about the loan! Just like he "forgot" to tell us he really DIDN'T CLOSE the acquisition even though he said they did back in JULY. I mean he only took 3 1/2 months to file the 10K & stuff happens. If that's not criminal, nothing is.
On a serious note, how tough would it have been to add ONE SENTENCE stating "the loan omitted is intended to complete the MCV acquisition"? Instead we are left to "assume" the loan is for MCV...
No, I don't think it really matters. Someone else on this board has posted many times that since CA raised the cigarette tax by $2 a pack we would benefit in a big way. (lol!) Apparently they didn't read the details...
And yes, the bill already passed over a month ago on election day.
Did anyone actually think "The People's Republic of California" would raise taxes on cigarettes without doing the same to e-cigs, vapes, juice, etc.?
Prop 56 added about a 70% tax to vapor related products. It is said that it will be cheaper for vapers to go back to smoking and that thousands of shops will close & the new tax will likely kill the entire Vape industry in CA...
Can we make it a diamond mine? I've held GLD shares for years and I'm still down 25%...
I expected criticism & maybe debate from my post, guess I should have expected a personal attack too (applies more to MasterB8er) but:
I found no explanation or "excuse" in the report for how they issued a PR in July stating they "completed the acquisition" and are now only saying that they expect to close within 6 months. Maybe this does not concern you? Did I miss something?
The July PR:
VILLA PARK, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 21, 2016 / Service Team, Inc. (OTC Pink: SVTE, "Service Team") is pleased to announce the filing of its quarterly report for the period ending May 31, 2016.

Therefore, as of August 31, 2016, the amount is included within other currents assets as the Company expects that the closing will occur within six months.

Revenue:
FY 2016 (From actual filings)
Q1 11/30/2015 $925,103
Q2 2/29/2016 $781,390
Q3 5/31/2016 $940,796 (figure differs slightly from the PR)
Q4 8/31/2016 $383,445
TOTAL: $3,030,734 Q3 to Q4 DECREASE = 59.2% (sorry, I said 60%)
FY 2015 Q4, $781,291 2015 Q4 to 2016 Q4 DECREASE = 50.9%
How'd I do?
BTW, "I do" also own millions of shares...
At the risk of shooting myself in the foot...
Why no real details regarding MCV? In May they announced an agreement with an expected close in 30 days.
In July, about 60 days later they PR'ed that they "completed" the acquisition, not "almost completed", or "should complete", or "about to complete", but COMPLETED.
So now 5 MONTHS LATER, he tells us they made a "down payment" and should complete the deal within SIX MONTHS. WTF happened? Am I the only one who cares?
I'd also like to hear an excuse why Q4 sales were down about 60% from Q3 & down 50% from Q4 2015 but whatever...
Technically, the 10k is DUE by 5:00PM EST on Wed, 12/14.
Excellent plan, if it doesn't work out, they can always drive Bob's trucks...
