Maybe they will sell them? Who cares! They need to BUY 'em first at .075 each & that money goes to GIGL for capital expenses. They likely wouldn't even exercise them until the PPS is at least .15 - .20 cents anyway. This is known as "non-toxic" fixed price, with restrictions funding.

Warrants = Good IMO
