You guys keep fighting and others will keep loading. This stock will likely be in dollars before summer.
Do your math again.
With this pps and the potential annualized revenue streams, this stock would leave sub-penny levels like a rocket. Honestly, if they FINALLY do what they have claimed to want to do for years:
1) Sell the bricks and metal
2) Coal revenues
3) Wood revenues
4) Hunting revenues
5) Office center / Train station (glass factory)
6) other acquisitions
7) Uplist to big boards
This stock would easily be in the dollars. It is a pot of gold sitting idle......
So, do you think that they are going open up a sales and service center in the US? That would be the big tell that they are getting those type of big clients....
Yup...now if they would just do some real business.
All of the potential revenue options could mean a lot of money.....
Yeah - That was me.
Lol....
I hear ya...
But it would be nice that everything was lined up for a nice pop when horses are allowed to leave the gate...
With the exception of the share structure, the company has done a nice job in its first month operating as a public company of showing that it is for real and has real operations with a growth model.
Now if they would make the share structure make sense then we could have something.
Just hope we are not going to be flooded with new shares once the stock is released from purgatory.
Dr Evil you are my new best friend!
Love those PE numbers. Did not know they were so high....
Your 10 seems like a good conservative number....still does not get us over .10 but it is a lot better than what I projected.
I think you hurt my feelings....
I am trying to get what the value of the stock is.
People are sitting on upside down shares, that is, investments that are significantly underwater. Nothing to be positive about there.
The stock price does appear to be at its correct value, perhaps even a little higher than what it should be and I am asking if anyone sees it differently.
I have said it before, the company is doing great things for itself, however, that does not necessarily mean that it translates into good decisions for the shareholders who had shares pre RS.
Nothing negative about it, however, looking at the share structure that was now reconfirmed per Donnas email and the revenue numbers we can extrapolate, the pps does not support getting into mid to upper pennies, say nothing of dollars, at this time.
Why is that being negative? If you disagree I would love to be wrong, means more money in my pocket. False hope or happiness will not conjure me profits. Especially since this company is not a P&D.
Lol.
Of course it's not zero.
I did my analysis with a multiplier of 5.
You do your math and give me what you value the pps at based on the limited information that we have
Q3 2013 revenue - $1,000,000
Coors revenue for 2014 - 1,200,000+
Um.....okay....
Great analysis...thanks for playing.
10x ????
Why would the multiplier be so high?
Year-end revenue numbers should be around $1.5 million. That is on the high-end.
Four 2014 they should be estimating at least $2-$4 million in revenues.
The new contract with Coors should bring in at least $1.2 million in revenue.
Fair enough...but either way, whatever it was, unless you got some of the new shares your average is .10 or higher....
It is going to be a long waiting game just to break even......
If your buy-in was essentially .70, you do the math as to how long it will take to get the pps up where u break even.
This stock is never seeing a dollar.
This is a loss for most if not all pre RS shareholders.....regardless when they get their shares.
This company, on a good day, is worth .025
400,000,000 shares
$2,000,000 annual sales
Glad you like the business they are building. While you lose ur investment......
I am sorry......while I appreciate the posting of the email the problem is that I don't understand the share structure.
There is no way that this stock is valued over 3 cents with 400,000,000 shares issued.
They don't answer.
They sometimes reply to emails. Info@beaconredevelopment.com
Al is the one who replies.
Well, they changed their TA, corrected their June 2013 statement.
That tells me that they are still around. I keep thinking that the company has great assets.....
They get this going operationally, get reporting, etc.
this stock could be in dollars easily with this share structure.
I sent an email to coors IR to find out if the company's announcement was true. Did anyone already do that?
Indignation gone, news none, stock activity zippo.....wow this died fast. Before it even got started...
Wow....the steam sure went out on this board.
Anyone who see it going sub_penny, and there are several of them that think that.
They, in my opinion, are coming from shareholders who got their shares but don't want to tell us.
Small volume indicates that.....
Did you see the Etrade unrestricted NVOB.....???
Considering that they updated the OS/AS data I would guess that shares are coming to everyone next week...
Let's see what they say after the shares are available.
At the end of the day, the issue here, from a shareholder perspective, is that the 407,000,000 put against the approximate $2m (probably less) in 2013 sales will not support a high pps. Sales need to be much higher.
A question - does NVOB make money on annual maintenance of their units? That would be good to know as that as annualized revs we can count on for each deal. Would hope they make more than just implementation/ purchase costs....
I figure they will sell 100,000,000 shares which would given them a few million dollars to grow the business to support new contracts.
Good business move, but not so good in the short run for shareholders.
Would like them to clarify the 5,000,000,000 number.
My bad. Appreciate the correction...
I went by memory...
First of all, thank you for sharing the information.
That being said, I take issue that she emailed you this statement versus putting out a PR or at least posting the statement on their website.
I am sure that she has heard it from several shareholders so responding to one or a few is not appropriate.....
That being said, this is some what a difference than what another person posted regarding a discussion with Etrade in which Etrade person stated that the DTC issue would likely be resolved in a few weeks.
Either way, the MOMO from yesterday's PR will be LONG GONE.
Hope they have other substantive statements coming after the DTC chill is removed.....
Sub-penny or dollar? Which will happen first???
How can any of this be good for the company???
But yet, tomorrow this will possibly be trading under .05 and potentially flirt with sub-penny.
Too many people are seeing their investments disappear. Hard to imagine a dollar world with what is happening today...
http://www.dtceligibility.org/dtceligibility.html
The site was built to help companies through the process.
LE2: My understanding is about the same as yours, although I thought it was slightly cheaper than $10K.
Either way, if you add in 3rd party legal fees, who cannot be shareholders, my guess is that NVOB will need to pay $10-20K to be able to get this done.
Where is the cash going to come from? Hopefully they got the AR under control and some of their customers paid them.....
Thanks.
Not a lot of activity......well...DTC Eligibility
Whether at the point of initial offering or when the terms of an already eligible security are amended in a corporate action, DTC’s underwriting department may require the issuer to execute and deliver related documentation including but not limited to the following:
• An offering document
• A completed eligibility questionnaire signed by a Participant
• For Book-Entry-Only (“BEO”) securities, in addition to the 2 documents above, an Issuer must provide a DTC Letter of Representation among the Issuer, its transfer agent and DTC. The Letter of Representation may be a blanket letter, which is Issuer specific and covers all securities by that Issuer or an Issuer Letter of Representation which is used for one time only issuances.
• Book-Entry-Only (“BEO”) securities are securities for which no physical certificates are made available and all securities are maintained by DTC in a “Cede & Co” account. Transactions are made through the FAST program. Most OTC Issuer securities are not BEO.
• DTC may request a rider, which is usually only required for REG S or non-U.S. issuers.
Potential Reasons For Rejection
The following points are potential issues that can hinder DTC approval:
(DTC has accepted issuers with these issues below. DTC eligibility is granted on a case by case basis.)
• The issuer should be an SEC reporting company with no history of late filings.
• The issuer should have a minimal history of name changes and/or reverse splits in the last five years prior to the eligibility application.
• The issuer should have no persons associated directly or indirectly (stock promoters, layers, accountants) with the company that have ever been under investigation by the SEC.
• DTC will notify the participant if a legal opinion of counsel will be required. The legal opinion should be written by a licensed securities attorney, in good standing with his bar and engaged in an independent private practice. Opinions of in-house counsel will not be relied upon by DTC.
• DTC requires that the securities lawyer writing the opinion NOT be a shareholder of the issuer.
• DTC reserves the right to approve counsel whose opinion DTC is being asked to rely.
• The issuer should have no record of being involved in a spam campaign, pump and dump scheme or any history of fraudulent activity throughout its corporate history.
• Affiliates of the issuer should have no record of unregistered re-sales at any brokerage firm
Anyone have an L2? Just curious what it looks like...
4,300 shares traded.....$387 value.
Need volume to climb up to the dollars, if/when that happens.
You are right....totally agree.
Thank you LE2. I appreciate that you can post pro-NVOB and also understand viable concerns.
Some gamble more...some have gambled enough.
I can imagine for those that bought in at .001-.0006 amd dare I say higher, they know that their break even is $1- 60 cents. Maybe leveraging down is a smart play, but the problem in that with the new pps, the downside has a LOT farther to drop.
Just because a company has news, new sales, does it mean that the value of the company has increased.
That is the fundamental issue, right now, with this company. For those who want to flip, news and shares is enough. But that won't get the pps to 60 cents or a $1...... At least not anytime soon...
Fundamentals, proven and validated, are needed for this comany to see a strong pps that will get pre-RS shareholders in the black.
So enjoy the news, and maybe the stock will blow up, but it doesn't happen like that too often, especially for real companies as real companies like nice growth, low stock volatily......
News is great.
But, and this is th company's own fault.
Clearly they knew the deal was impending last year and figured to have everything in order to announce this deal with a fully trading company...oops that did not happen.
Then comes the problem that as a public company, even with trading issues, they need to announce this matieral event.
Now we have news, but we have:
1) no shares to trade so no new investors can get in
2) no defined OS/AS so investors know what the heck the valuation is/should be
3) no audited financials to validate the ONE quarter's worth of data that they have provided
Yes, there is/was a potential of a run, but this company is unfortunately still getting its legs under it.
Unless the shares are released tomorrow, this news will be forgotten by Monday. How many pending deals do they have??
And I am sorry, but they have got to better explain their cash position. How are they going to finance their business growth without cash? Lines of credit? Or dilution? Real company or not, there is going to be dilution...new investors will want to know just how much dilution they CAN do....
As much as I challenge the information, I hope everyone does well including the company. Just seen "real" companies with product and patents, etc., (with products in walmart and target) do this whole thing and end up burning the shareholders.
GLTA
Another thing to watch...in the florida sunbiz filing in December they added 5 voting shares. We know of 3 directors...who are the other 2? What is their piece of the pie?
Good news but remember the shareholders concern....the PPS.
Re-reading the news, the near term revenue is $300k on top of current revenue is $1.5m approximately. The $900k is POTENTIAL sales....
Now, what is the actual AS and OS? Then we know what the PPS is/should be.
Add in how much they will need to dilute as they have over a $1m in existing debts and, barring new information, are very cash poor.
Then we can reasonably map pps,
I still struggle how this pps is going up significantly. Only way it does is if the the OS and AS are very tight, but that would mean no dilution which makes no sense for the company.
Something has to give.....just think the near term value is not as bright as long term....
Good news indeed....still would be better if shares were in hand and their cash position was better....
But definitely a step in the right direction. This contract, which I assume will take at least 6 months to a year to implement, would ostensibly double revenue numbers.
So now it is a $2m company with a share structure of what? That is what is also confusing to me.
If It is 5 billion as defined in the company's filing in florida then the valuation is .002 if my math is correct.
If it is 2 billion, it is .005. Neither are good.
Even at 200,000,000, valuation is .05. Not a bad value but hardly going to make anyone money here based on original buy-in value pre-split.
All I am trying to see here is how this gets to $1 which is equal to .001 pre-split which is hardly going to make anyone who was here pre-split a lot of money.
All this other talk we have had is fun but pointless.
For me, the point I makes is that the patent is a few years old, the tests were a few years old, yet the company has not had significant growth. $1M+ sales, if true, is admirable, but if the product is revolutionary and such a benefit, what has been the barrier to entry? My guess is capital, which is reinforced by them having $812 in cash at the end of Q3.
So, that then has me concerned that they are going to sell massive shares and/or use discounted shares to acquire services which will only smash the pps.
They do it now, get enough fuel to grow the company and then do an RS to take the grown-up company to the big boards. That would leave all of us with nothing to show for our "loyalty".
Put it this way, the company, at the end of Q3, did not even have enough cash to buy the shares traded today!!!
