For me, the point I makes is that the patent is a few years old, the tests were a few years old, yet the company has not had significant growth. $1M+ sales, if true, is admirable, but if the product is revolutionary and such a benefit, what has been the barrier to entry? My guess is capital, which is reinforced by them having $812 in cash at the end of Q3.
So, that then has me concerned that they are going to sell massive shares and/or use discounted shares to acquire services which will only smash the pps.

They do it now, get enough fuel to grow the company and then do an RS to take the grown-up company to the big boards. That would leave all of us with nothing to show for our "loyalty".

Put it this way, the company, at the end of Q3, did not even have enough cash to buy the shares traded today!!!
