The fact this note is due dec 27, with books starting to flow the first week in nov, leads me to believe the terms will be net 30. The money will begin to flow in beginning of December, and after that it's gravy.

Over the course of the next few days , I'm going to be sitting down with a CPA , to go over the filings. On numberous occasions I've heard you and others state that you couldn't find where the money was going . And as this gentleman does forensic accounting for good ol" Uncle Sam, I'm sure he will be able to find out where it is.

Now his statement to me today , is that it may not have been the sec forcing the company to amend these reports but the firm themselves covering their asses in case something happens.

I've become so personally invested in this, (not very much financially) that I'm trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can from you and every other member of this board. We all bring a little something different to the table , so I do what I can.
