Not going to happen. It should have already happened by now.
There is strong support at .004. After March, we'll see.
Maybe by then we'll see funding and other great news.
The Friday's PR was good news.
The rearranging of the CEO is perfect. Mike has no business
experience. Tom, on the other hand, has business experience
and the know how to run this company. Have you read any of Tom's blogs? He seems to express some business sense.
Mike is a perfect fit for the development of current and future products.
I said, JMO. Makes the most sense here. We'll see soon enough.
I'll give it until the end of March.
RFMK will make it. At lease assemble and market it.
They're not making this from scratch. This was very clear from when it was decided not to use the Omicron. The time it took them to produce a sample tells me this. There is no engineering involved, no manufacturing equipment to purchase, molds to design nor heating coils to form. This product uses off the shelf parts, assembled using the best of what current technology has to offer.
What they have managed to do is take this technology and package it into a small discrete device besting all the others before them by offering a leak proof and effective product that is the cartridge. It is the cartridge that will be patented. Just like SFI* All JMO.
Release the product locally and build market share. Judah is best to market this. I feel he can succeed based on his past endeavors and current position in the Medical MJ field.
Of course, this all remains to be seen.
Cannacig will be huge.
Wonderful Website. Very nice looking and up to date.
I think the financing the PR mentioned is to fund massive distribution and marketing.
We're still on track for the Cannacig to hit shelves locally
by EO March.
We'll soon find out..
Do you have proof to your statement?
I made a mistake. I said they may be using a 3 piece design. I meant to say 2 piece design.
Thank You for that. Points well taken.
I'm done for tonight.
Go RFMK.
There are two types of ecigs. I believe RFMK is basing their Cannacig off of a super charged ecig.
Type one is a 3 piece design. Battery, Atomizer and Cartridge.
A new type is a two piece design. Battery, (Atomizer/Cartridge).
The Atomizer/Cartridge are rolled into one disposable unit called cartimizer.
I believe RFMK is using the type one.
Also, the Active ingredient (hash) requires a carrier fluid. Glycol can be used as a transport fluid to deliver the hash
to the users lungs.
It's this mixture of hash and carrier fluid(secret fluid) that will be patented.
JMO
So, do we think Monday will be green?
Why?
I don't think so. This PR is still forward looking and provides no concrete evidence that the Canncig exists.
Monday will pass just like the other post PR days.
I want this to go up too guys. But, to tell the board this will be green on Monday is woefully misleading.
Everyone has an opinion though.
Waiting for the Cannacig.
Common RFMK let's go...
I feel the cartridge will have the patent.
I really don't think much can be done with the Atomizer portion.
Who knows, it's JMHO.
I think it's the active ingredient in the Cartridge that will be patented.
Stated in the March 8 Pr.
A leading problem with small vapor devices is the stability of the active agent used. This can cause leaking while in use and when carried during travel. The second is the potency of the product and it working to deliver the proper amount of cannabis to be effective. Research and development of different active agents have been made in the search for the perfect medium to be used in the device and a final product has been approved.
I'll take the Picture and accompanying statement at face value.
No reason to doubt it's not the Cannacig.
It's hard to believe a company would risk reputation by lying to the public at this crucial time.
Stay strong, our time is near.
Yep,just replying to what Matt said.
He's just a typical shareholder grabbing those cheapies.
Oh yea, I told ya Si, neva gonna happen. Give up the Gin fizz.
Now let's move on. Good things coming to RFMK and OHM. Longs shall prevail. Prevail indeed.
The air is thick with smoke, Common Mike and Tom, let's
rock the house.
Go RFMK.
Thanks for all your DD Makingit. You've been a blessing on this board and I appreciate the info you have provided us.
We must still do our own DD and take responsibility for our investments.
Patience is a gift not everyone possesses.
I'm betting the Logo is Lil Birdy's design.
Nice Job Dude...
Can we get that big honkin Omicron Vaporizer removed from the IBOX please.
It is no longer relevant.

Congress OKs Medical Marijuana everywhere with DC rules
If one prominent attorney is right about the legal ramifications of the District of Columbia's marijuana law -- specifically, that it was approved by the U.S. Congress -- then it could be a game-changer nationwide.
D.C.'s medical marijuana law was the first time that the United States Congress had ever given its explicit assent to any state or local law that permits the medicinal use of marijuana -- and, according to a California attorney who specializes in health care compliance, that is enormously significant under the Equal Protection clause of the U.S. Constitution.
?In 2009, noting that it was "allowing" the voters of Washington, D.C., to vote on and implement that city's Legalization of Marijuana for Medical Treatment law, Congress approved medicinal cannabis in the federal District of Columbia, over which it has all governmental power.
Pappas Law Group
Matthew Pappas: "Congress has turned over the area of medical marijuana to state and local governments"
?On December 2, 2011, in anticipation of the opening of medical marijuana dispensaries and cultivation centers, the District's mayor released final rules for the program. Last month, the D.C. Council compromised on medical marijuana cultivation centers, a compromise agreement that limited the number of centers in each ward to six. The District of Columbia's medical marijuana program is now being implemented.
"States with medical marijuana programs should now be free from federal interference since Congress has allowed local control," attorney Matthew Pappas at Pappas Law Group, based in Long Beach, California, told Toke of the Town Monday afternoon. "Congress being the legislative branch of the federal sovereign and the only body that can change these laws has now done so by recognizing the voting rights of Washington, D.C., citizens."
Likewise, Californians and citizens of the 15 other states which have legalized medicinal cannabis are equally protected and have the same voting rights in respect to medical marijuana, according to Pappas Law Group.
?"Congress has turned over the area of medical marijuana to state and local governments," said Pappas, speaking for the disabled plaintiffs in the California case Marla James v. the Cities of Costa Mesa and Lake Forest. "Through Congress's duty to equally protect everyone under the law, all patients in states with medical marijuana laws operating in full compliance with those laws should not, from now forward, be subject to previous long standing federal marijuana prohibitions."
"They're not going to be subject to the CSA [Controlled Substances Act]," Pappas confirmed to Toke of the Town in a telephone conversation. "In our country, when one group of voters has been given the right to vote on something, other voters, likewise, have the right to do so -- in this case, approve medical marijuana."
"In states where voters have not voted on it, for instance Nebraska, of course it's not going to be legal there," Pappas told us. "But patients and medical marijuana centers operating in full compliance with state laws -- through equal protection -- are not going to be subject to federal prohibition."
"Our traction in the courts is very strong on this issue," Pappas told us. "I'm very positive that at some point we're going to have a decision from the courts."
Pappas, who earned his J.D. from Western State University and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1994, is a member of the federal bars for the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the Central District of California, the Northern District of California, and the Southern District of California.
Focused in the area of health care regulatory compliance, he developed compliance systems for large health care providers including University Medical Center Southern Nevada, UNR Medical School, Pharmerica, Children's Hospital of Ohio, Banner Health System, and Molina Healthcare.

I would suggest an introductory version of the Canncig be released immediately without all the special packaging and accessories.
Get a hold on the market by getting the product out. Make some cash. I hope they realize the top of the line LTZ trim does not have to be released; the LS trim will suffice for an initial product release.
I'm pretty sure the tweet said by the end of March. Tweet was posted yesterday.
It doesn't matter, we'll see it when it's ready..
Agreed, this PR is likely to have little effect on the PPS base on previous history.
I've been saying this for months. Product and revenue
will be the catalyst here.
I did like the PR, it answered many questions and solidified management's business intentions and where we are currently lined up at.
Still no time line for product release other than a tweet from OHM stating product by end of March. I guess they decided to stop guessing when the product will actually be released.
RFMK will rock sooner rather than later...It's coming together.
Just a little more patience..
Wow, what a PR. I thought it explained what has been going on behind the scenes. This clears they way and provides some transparency to investors.
Not sure how the market will react tomorrow, other than up.
The question is, can we hold the higher level whatever that may be?
The chart looks primed and is set up better that the last run to .009.
God Bless
LOL, I'd be surprised if the first endorsement is from a rapper named Lil Fizz. The product is marketed as a medicating device. Lil fizz sticks is rather counter intuitive, do ya think.
I'm only comparing there unique potentials and what you believe RFMK may be.
For RFMK is may be 10 cents. I'm willing to be patient and see where this goes.
Who would have though Apple would be $550 especially for a company started in a garage. You never know RFMK may surprise us at .125 share. I'll take that..
Agreed, evidence is intriguing.
RFMK is coming through with it's promises.
People just aren't patient here.
Look at Apple, who would have thought they would reach above 500 billion market cap. The company almost failed in 90's but for those who hung on and saw the potential, those people are millionaires
I own apple shares, not many though. I know someone who bought Apple from 19.00 to 35.00 a share. In fact, several people in a group bought at the same time but this guy was the only one to hold on to the investment for years.
He now has 1.4 Mil in Apple with just a few thousand invested.
I wish RFMK would have the CannaCig ready to go, distribution, stock, pictures, videos, revenue and all we desire before the first PR was announced. Gee wouldn't that be a dream.
But the fact is, with many companies, it take years to develop a business plan and have it executed not to mention the money required.
Apple took years to reach a potential and I'm sure many many
who bought and sold out during the early years of the company.
RFMK is not Apple though, but the story is the same. A company has an idea. Will it succeed? how much time are you willing to invest here?
Patience is key here, take your initial investment out as soon as you can. Slowly sell as the price goes up but leave some on the table just in case this gets huge.
GLTY
If you have the ihub mobile app, you can view the picture without a twitter account; at least I can.
Bobba loo posted two pics.
We're definitely nearing launch time. I was quite impressed by the trading action today.
Bounced right of the support of .004.
Looking forward to Monday morning...
Pump is watching from above.
Yep, product on the shelves and in the hands of patients will be huge.
This device far exceeds anything else on the market. OHM said so and they are the experts in this field.
Can't wait for the fireworks...
Oh and by the way. I'm puffing on my Bionic.
I don't smoke; just like to blow vapor.
Mine set at .50
Me too, I get the same message. The problem must be IHUB.
NOT A GEN 1 FOR SURE.
It's definitely not gen 1. It's black, smaller there is no button to vaporize the juice. More like a traditional E -Cig
ysung,
Monday's Pr States "The CannaCig is being shipped and will be available on shelves in medical cannabis dispensaries throughout California beginning of March 2012."
You said the products are already shipped if I'm not mistaken.
You make it seem like the products are on the way to the dispensaries when in in fact we don't really know.
What does being shipped mean? Shipped from the supplier to Tom or shipped from Tom to dispensary.
PR is vague.
Who told you the products were shipped?
All I heard was that OHM had a "Sample"
