I feel the cartridge will have the patent.

I really don't think much can be done with the Atomizer portion.
Who knows, it's JMHO.

I think it's the active ingredient in the Cartridge that will be patented.

A leading problem with small vapor devices is the stability of the active agent used. This can cause leaking while in use and when carried during travel. The second is the potency of the product and it working to deliver the proper amount of cannabis to be effective. Research and development of different active agents have been made in the search for the perfect medium to be used in the device and a final product has been approved.
