if 1 understands the steps 1 has to go through in order to have the "restricted" legend removed from an entitys stock, 1 would know that the people operating the entity, as well as the TA and Corp. Attorney, had full knowledge far in advance that the restriction was coming off those shares

So what you are saying is that the company and TA know the share structure and restriction dates.......
