Read latest investor relations info. I read their (unaudited) financial statement, and it is UGLY. They are leveraged to the hilt, and, can't even afford to pay their employees. They have a LONG history of legal judgments against them for not paying their bills, or, their employees. They are a holding company with 2 subsidiaries, and, none of the segments have a REAL office. They ALL work from home. Working from home is not a bad thing, but, you would expect a REAL office, at least for the headquarters. Neither go the two segments can generate a PROFIT, which is SAD considers they ha BIG clients, like Hewlett Packard. But, they have borrowed money, in excess of 8 TIMES their TOTAL revenues. To compensate, they issued. MORE shares.
They cite their lack of faith in the company's ability to survive much longer, as a Going Concern. But, the REAL kicker is that they have NO forward looking statements, or, PLANS to remedy their current downside.
Now, I ask you, would you WANT to risk your money on a company that doesn't even think they will still be here 2 years from now, maybe LESS?
