GLTA! Got in @ .0065. What are you guys burning in here to make this run like this?
I gotta get the recipe!
I tried doing a test sale at your price .165, and I finally had to cancel it because it never went through.
How strange is that?
There are some weird MM games being played here...
What do we need to build volume again...suggestions?
Or maybe he just needs to up the meds LOL....
You're getting on my nerves, dude...do you have another track you play...EVER?
Maybe you should pick up a new phrase book. That bargain bin copy you have is getting kinda old.
Oh, ignore Noosie..he's a bit cranky...maybe he better cut down on the double caffs.
That's his way of saying "good morning" LOL
Bet you're the life of the party back home
Ah, Mr. Bond has a plan, I see...
Lobster likes caves...is this a good thing for stocks, tho?
LOL...I'll look into it.
Elia, you have a good point about delayed profit taking, and one that I was thinking about over the weekend as well. We all fully expected a selloff after the shares were available to be traded(at least I did). It didn't happen on Wednesday, as expected, and you added some additional insight to why not. It was only on this board that I realized some people still didn't have converted shares as late as Thursday.
If that is the case, I would expct to see a healthy rebound this week after a possible spike down to .07, .08 as the .02 buyers cash out some winnings, and new buyers take advantage of the opportunity to pick up cheap shares.
gltu!
RU starting a board? I'll put it on watch today...thanks
Do we have additional information about the share structure, financials? Is o/s 82M, or is there another number? Why the board only now...the issue has been around a while. Are we expecting new expansion plans? Thanks!

Ronnie, VYGO may be the sleeper of the week. Can't wait for Monday!
can I quote Shakerzz here?
"WEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!"
Their loss...that's why those who put on their airtanks, and bring a flashlight to search out the murky depths, like me, usually do OK. Do your own DD, and buy before the facts are common knowledge. At that point, it will be safer, but the PPS will fully reflect the fundamentals, and the run will largely be over.
Anyone who waits for other people to "OK" their buy, usually winds up losing the good opportunities. There is always risk, even with blue chips, and many stocks are gapping down 25% and more, even on the big board. There was just an article about that on "The Street" on Friday.
To some extent, it's all a crap shoot...the downside is there everywhere now it seems. It's just that the upside is bigger in this neck of the bay, so the risk is one I'm willing to take.
Doesn't mean I'll forgo verified facts and information, however. Faith is for churches. This is an investment.
But that's just my opinion, and I'm nuts.
Everyone should just be aware that we are in the part of the beach that doesn't have a lifeguard station. Caveat Emptor. If you're a seasoned pink player, tho, this is something you already know! 'nuff said...
I take charts with a big grain of salt these days. Fundamentals sooner or later reflect in PPS. But the herd will sell on a bad chart, esp. the crowd that follows American Bulls.
I find those sites useful for predicting crowd behavior, as much as anything else...and pinpointing a nice low entry point for me to accumulate.
Call me an old cynic...LOL!
Charts are mostly useful to me for determing support and resistance levels...
gltU!
If that ain't the truth..LOL!
Excellent list of items that "prudent investors" would like to see verified.
I think I speak for several who won't go out on a limb and post here, yet read the board daily looking for facts.
It's hard to ask veteran pinkie players to go on faith alone...many have been burned and are understandably cautious.
Doesn't mean they've written off the opportunity. This wouldn't be the most read board on Ihub if they had.
Charts are part of the picture, and I pay attention to them, if for no other reason than because I know other investors place value in them.
A bad chart can, by itself, help cause a sell-off. A good chart will encourage buying.
But charts are not absolute predictors of the future. If they were, all chartists would be rich, and no longer posting on Ihub, imho.
I always pay attention to RSI, however. Overbought RSI (like 80-90) nearly always indicates a sharp sell-off sooner rather then later, in my experience. That's why I hate parabolic rises in PPS.
I have in the past wished it weren't so, but most rockets have to come back to earth.
Therefore, I don't think it is the end of the world if SLJB trades sideways for a while, and consolidates before it's next leg up. There are alot of extremes in opinions on this board, but I think the truth is somewhere in the middle.
Facts will be verified, one way or another, and the PPS will reflect reality.
Charts don't always apply to pink stocks, at least not the way they used to.
I've been in too many where the chart was beautiful, with a golden cross indicating a run, only to see the PPS fall. Other times, a run would come out of nowhere, without news or supportive chart indication. I still hold that these are a popularity contest as much as anything. Fundamentals eventually become reflected as well, but not on our timetable.
The only thing, sadly, that becomes reflected immediately is bad news.
Someone in Penny's BB wrote this the other day, and I largely agree:

"Anyone Else Realise Chart Reading is Failing?
Ive analyzed many charts lately and stock performance based on them. things seem to have changed. Meaning stocks dont trade against charts like they did in the past. Before a stock would bounce off say 50dma or barely touch 30rsi and turn back up for a nice bounce swing. These days stocks are sinking through 200 DMAs or sub 30 rsi's and not bouncing, even though good fundamentals exist in the company. Why is this?
I think MMs have noticed this trend of Penny Stock investors becoming more technical savy traders or chartists versus speculators, news players, momentum traders or cheap price buyers. So they are bending the stocks out of shape more than usual to confuse investors who have found the technical route to investing in pennystocks/otc's. What kind of bending? Driving stocks under 200dma's...below 30rsi's, stopping runs after a few white candles and 50 rsi, when in the past 2 or 3 white candles and a 50+rsi meant buy buy buy. Those signals arent materialising into runs anymore. I understand the markets have gone to shits lately but I think there is more to it.
Personally I think Ihub investors rely too much on technicals on their investment desicions, which have slowed down the ammount of trades going in and out of otc's, because people like to wait for the technicals to "look good." Which is smart but it has totally changed the terrain of the otc market. MMs make money off stocks moving up big believe it or not, and they make money of them moving down big. Either way they like volatility and volume, and this super cautious "technicals look good" type trading is taking that out. So It seems as MMs are shaking up that system people are relying on and trying to herd us back into more general speculative investment strategies, through making people realise relying on technicals wont save you.
GLTA and Happy Investing!"

I've Been Saying The Charts Don't Matter For Some Time Now...But There Seems To Be Nothing To Do About It... News, No News It Doesn't Matter...There are A Couple Of Really Pretty Charts Out THere But When You Think It Should Run ... Nada...It Seems UBSS& Nite Are Keeping lots Of Stock Boxed up... They'll Allow 3-6 Ticks Sometime And Then They start to Work The Stock Down... But What can You do about It... Again Nada!!! So It Seems All we can do Is Take a Profit When You've Got One and Not Try To Take The Big Winnings Off Any ONE Stock...e.g. ATWT Today... I Saw $1250 Profit And I Took It, Even Thoudh Everyones Screamin "Its Going To A Penny!"... Give ME A Break!

Basically, charts are part of the picture, and it is important to realize that other people may place alot of value in them. But they are not absolute predictors of the future. If they were, all chartists would be rich, and no longer posting on Ihub.
D&B is useful. Thank you.
Nice! Thank you...
RR would say "Trust, but verify..."
True, and I haven't wasted a moment of their time pushing for data.
The stock will do what it's going to do, and the company will move on the timetable that works for them, not us.
If someone has more of a position than they feel comfortable with, perhaps reducing to a smaller position that would allow them to wait without worrying, would be a wise move.
Patience will be rewarded here, imo, but probably towards the end of August will be the next round of fireworks.
If it happens sooner, I'll be pleasantly surprised.
Unrealistic expectations will only lead to panic selling.
The stock has made tremendous moves, and it's natural for it to consolidate before another move up.
When the third party auditor releases full financials, it will make a big difference, imho. Otherwise, it is asking investors to go on faith. Penny players buy on faith, we wouldn't be here if we weren't willing to go on a hunch.
But the "prudent investors" who push a stock higher, who are not flippers, need reassurances.
I have had long email discussions about this with several who have large positions in this stock, and that was the nearly unanimous refrain...fyi.
In my experience when people are told "either have faith or move on", they will take the second option. Why present such ultimatums? No one likes a hard sell.
.50-.80 pps is supported by the numbers in the current financials, as reported posted on the SLJB website. That should be good news, as those numbers do not begin to reflect new revenue. In other words, .50 -.80 should be easily attainable and supportable.
When those numbers from the .pdf are released in an AUDITED financials form, the market will soon support a higher PPS, I suspect
It is difficult to defend farther out prices for $4.00+, especially when the stock is fighting to a hold a dime.
Nevertheless, when projected earnings are released in a format the market acknowledges, there is nothing to rule those prices out.
I am a realist, and I never argue with Mr. Market. Right now the market needs confirmation in a form it can believe in, and Mr. Market is always of a bit of a skeptic, from my experience. Remember as well, that the greater market often takes several weeks to digest good news, and for that news to be reflect in price per share.
We here are penny players, and wild west believers, and we have a tendency to believe on a hunch, and make quick decisions to buy. That's where we either make great money, or wind up holding the bag. But the majority of "prudent investors", the kind needed to push the price higher, are more cautious.
I hope Sulja & Company soon provide those more risk-averse souls with the data they need to confirm a buying decision. The next two weeks will tell, imho.
Exactly. Let Mat handle it if there is an validity to the claim.
Otherwise, it is off topic.
Let's get back to SLJB..is that possible?
That would be great, as I have friends whom I encouraged to buy this stock last week, and I hate their first experience to be a 40% drop.
Still, I am preparing them for the possibility of a retracement...better for them to have a pleasant surprise, than to have unreasonable expectations shattered.
I think more panic selling is caused by unrealistic expectations of a parabolic price rise, than anything else.
On a Due Dilligence board, all courteous debate should be welcome. Intelligent investors come to these boards precisely to debate the merits of a company and the performance of it's stock.
I, for one, expect educated adults to keep personal attacks out of their responses, and I deeply resent anyone attempting to crush dissent or silence those with a different opinion.
I'm here to research and unearth details that I may not have been able to locate just on my own. Boards, at their best, provide an excellent meeting of minds where all can share what they have located to date, and hopefully analyze without bias.
I may not agree with everything you or anyone else on this board has to say, but I am very glad you are saying it.
I have enough intellectual independence to verify any claim made, both positive or negative, and I'll make my own judgments based on reason and research. I don't need anyone protecting me from "negative opinions".
The market is dynamic, facts change, and new information arises all the time, both positive and negative, that will affect the stock price. I want to know all of it, because the truth will emerge sooner than later, and the market, in it's wisdom, will always reflect the reality of any given situation.
If I wanted only press releases, I would contact the company, and no doubt they would be glad to supply me with a glossy stack of brochures and pictures.
I am assuming this is still a Due Dilligence board...
Yes, the 10k needs to be filed, and the earnings posted on the website in .pdf, need to be confirmed by an auditor.
I live with an analyst, and I know how they think. Conservative pesky bunch.
There is plenty of upside here, and I am very bullish in the long run. It's just that nothing happens instantaneously.
However, patience is usually rewarded.
Agreed..2-3 weeks horizontal trading is a realistic scenario.
$.50-$1.00 by the end of August can't be ruled out either. This one is volatile.
PRs, as we've seen, won't necessarily move price. I expect the audited financials to be released before the end of August, and that will change the scenario.
No, because that it not yet confirmed in the official numbers. We can come up with a speculative PPS, but the numbers he presented are based on the .PDF financials from the Sulja website, given the shares OS as currently understood.
Most analysts I know are conservative in their estimates. In addition, those numbers reflect past performance.
If there are additional financials which reflect those future projects, as well as projected earnings, please forward them to me. That would be helpful in gaining a clearer picture of future price targets, and I will ask him to re-evaluate the ratios.
Personally, I found his target numbers very encouraging. If the audited financials are released within 2-3 weeks, the market could well push the PPS to reflect those p/es within days.
While the $2- $4 price remains a possibility on the farther horizon, we are looking at at targets, based on the numbers given by Sulja Brothers right now....
Besides, who here would be upset with a minimum 500% increase from today's average????
Good point, SOX has definitely slowed down the entire process, which was hardly a cakewalk to begin with.
I expect audited financials to take 2-3 weeks, minimum.
At this point, people must make a long term hold decision based on faith in the picture presented so far. I don't blame any pinkie player for being skeptical, as faith has been sorely tried in the past for people in other companies.
However, I have made the personal decision that the preliminary picture is very promising, and as you said, provides bargain entry points. I bought last week on faith, and was rewarded with nearly a 100% profit for a few days wait while the reorganization reflected in my account.
When people look for 100% confirmation, they also miss opportunity. This is a risk/reward tradeoff that each must make for themselves.
IMHO, I happen to think the reward potential is worth the risk...I cannot speak for others, or blame them for waiting.
My sense is that once the numbers are confirmed, there will be stronger buyers, ironically at higher prices.
If I look at this short term, yes, I think we'll see a retracement next week. But the bigger picture definitely has much more upside, IMHO
It's just that the numbers in the preliminary financials need to be supported with an audited version for many on the sideline to jump on board, or jump back...as the case may be.
For a while, perhaps, but volume and momentum will tell the final story. If news is digested and volume picks up, and a new market is established, the MMs cannot hold back the price.
I don't give the market makers that much power...many good companies, and good stocks have succeeded despite the games.
