That article and the CA*N suspension today killed the whole sector.
Agreed
They pick apart the cannavest deal and talk about bart McKay a lot. Mona, llamas, perlowin too. had pretty negative spin but I liked how perlowin spoke out and shot straight back in the end.
sorry yesterday
Did no one see the Forbes article today?
No, these are NON-brokered for one thing. And they have all been issued at or above the current pps at that time. These are not any cheaper than what any of us have been paying. If you notice, the price tends to run up to and over the price at which the private placements occur. The way these are being executed seems to have been helping us the whole way up from the bottom. IMO, they are actually are big buys that are great news every time.
Scottrade let me buy today. No problem.
Unlimited A/S? Anyone understand this?

Can anyone tell me the real implications of this?

Seems like it could help but I thought naked shorting was already disallowed.
CBD tea?
Dollars easy on this. So many still haven't caught on to Abattis.
I hear you but food for thought.
I can't dig up the link this minute but look at tweed in Canada, as well as NXT*F. Granted, they are Canadian, but they still trade here on the pinks. As far as SEC goes, first ask, why march 18th? No more shorting on 14th, sanjay gupta airs weed 2 on the 11th, and several apps and announcements for other companies are all scheduled for the same week. Something is up for the whole sector after sanjay airs weed 2. All IMO. will try to get link asap.
Not the first by far. Go back and re-read my last post.
Not the first ticker to be frozen. You just haven't been watching the northern companies. Its a very very good sign to me.
It's just confirmation of the merger. The freak outs will feel pretty foolish for jumping out here. AEGY and SKt* are merging and AVN* is frozen until the 18th. What is so scary about that? Has happened with several other companies in this sector before/during game changing events.
I think AVE* is frozen because of a big announcement. Exact same thing happened with tweed and ATT*F. A lot is rotating around the middle of march for a lot of these companies.
Wrong website
this is right one

Also, Q1's in may. Alaska votes for recreational in august. November elections. And California has one last recreational ballot initiative that could make it into November voting if they get enough sigs by mid april. Oh yeah...and New York senate could vote in mmj anytime before the end of march.
MM's pushing it down so a blip can fill the gap at .0028 which occurred between Friday 1/24 and Monday 1/27. check chart. once filled for even a blip, this is a rocket. being held back by gap IMO.
Cards make sense until mj is rescheduled. Banks opted out for now.
Then the machine could be used for alcohol too. good temps, liquor id software.
More mj coverage coming up on CNBC. MJ all day, on and off.
Totally Agreed. This is not last year. Open market now for real.
Somebody just picked up 20,000,000 at .0071. Nice!!
Big MJ coverage on CNBC right now!
No prob. More MJ on CNBC right now too. Talking about crazy tax revenue. Two shops in Pueblo, CO racked up 400k in tax revenue in their first month. They are talking about weedmaps and O.pen. Washington is overwhelmed with demand for spaces already as well.
RSI only 44 on 9 day period. Crazy room to run when we switch directions.
In a fast growth market like this sector, a larger A/S can help to protect from hostile takeovers and allow for acquisitions of more companies.
