Nope - CNGJ MT. Sorry
CNGL for a good short, if anyone is interested in such a naughty thing.
Gotta run over to the RGNO board, Fox, and watch the action into close. Best of luck to you with RSDS, and have a good weekend.
You may be right. I'll start loading the boat once it breaks out in big volume over $.01, with wazoo news of course.
Fox: Don't spend all your money. MM's threw up that 100 share GREEN. Think it means it's going much further below $.0001?
Okay - fess up! Who is buying all those shares at $.0011?
DFD: That's very important for me to know personally. Thanks for confirming Pirate's identical statement when I PM'ed him earlier about the company.
Eric: Yeah ... reason I loaded up here (for what funds I have available right now to trade with), IS because orders are so hard to fill.
This makes perfectly good sense that we most likely are going to fly next week.
First time I've entered the stock. Missed the big run last time. Pirate's (MakeSumGravey) DD on the CEO and O/S is good enough for me today on a impulse buy/accumulation.
Lucky
When it was $.04 ask, I put in that price for 12,000 shares.
No fill for several minutes.
They then dropped the ask to $.039, and waited at least anouther 20 minutes leaving my order at $.04 ask price. Nothing.
They then dropped the ask to $.038, and I waited about another 15 minutes - nothing.
Then I dropped my price to $.039 for several minutes while it remained on the $.038 ask price. Nothing.
Then I dropped my price to $.038 for nearly 20 minutes while it remained on the $.038 ask price. A few other small orders were filling, not mine.
I put in an A/N order, not letting them sell more small lots. The A/N order may have been my problem.
Before that I put in an order for 20,000 at the $.04 price, which was the ask price and it didn't fill, A/N.
They dropped it to $.036, and I was about to drop my buy price to $.038. Before I COULD ... the order filled at $.036!
Go figure! Not complaining ... but I've never had anything happen like this in a long, long time.
I'm a novice at this, but I'm guessing some of the posters are right. Shorts trying to cover. Make sense?
For whatever it's worth ... I'm having HARD time getting filled through Scottrade, for the last two hours. Anyone else?
FORD: RGNO moving up today, huh?
Ford oh buddy: Were YOU the one responsible for getting the stock listed on RB? I tried last year to get them to list it to no avail. What do SOMEONE do, I wonder to get it listed?
Too funny!!!!!
Ed - Pretty amazing. Impressive in fact.
Hey Ed -- could you give the SEC a quick call and ask them to observe carefully just how quickly the MM's and the Brokers can slam a penny stock? This might actually set a NEW record, and certainly the SEC wouldn't want to miss THIS day, you think?
Shorts squealing so loud you can hear them up to the Space Shuttle!
MM's in a big huddle now, confused as to how they are going to keep this from going past $.06 TODAY!
Thanks, Flats.
The second PR is posted on Bigcharts.com PRETTY AMAZING ONE TOO!
Another exciting week! Bashers - please have a good day ... if possible.
Let's set the board straight AGAIN regarding Janice Shell.
Someone on the board was talking about merger, symbol change and CUSIP # change ... that once this happens it will force the shorts to cover.
I've read Janice's take on the above with several other posters on others boards and she consistently and emphatically states it will NOT force them to cover. (Me - I'm a rookie, so I don't KNOW!)
D-Block I believe PM'd me and wanted to know what I knew about it, and stupid as I am, I PM'ed Janice and asked her if she would do me a big favor and post on the board the answer to the question, so I could bow out.
Well ... it didn't quite come across the way I had hoped, and then dialogue went back and forth that had more to do with naked shorting and the corruption in the markets than it did anything else.
To my knowledge Janice could give a rip about whether this company is a scam or isn't. I think she was telling the truth when she said she knows NOTHING about this company, or maybe it's the CEO. Too lazy to look her post up.
If you know Janice very well, there isn't an honest Pink/OTC company period ... which a person in my opinion will do well to take the same perspective! However ... that doesn't mean you can't make money playing pennies!
None of us would be here otherwise, not withstanding ole' "do-gooder Ed" of course.
So ... don't get all blown out of shape because of Janice coming to the board on Friday. I ASKED her to come; I did bad ... I told Pirate I will walk the plank at high noon for my blunder, and the sharks will live happily ever after.
But ... I asked Pirate to have mercy on me and let me make some money on this stock first before walking the plank and he is presently in committee pondering my request, sipping rum no doubt.
(P.S. I promised him a cask of the finest rum ever made and some homemade bootie beer that will turn him into a tame pussycat as it sloshes in his tummy, to delay sentence against me).
GT: Thanks for the confidence, but if I was a CEO, I would NEVER take a company public. Why let sharks rip it to shreads?
Roger Riney of Scottrade is probably a lot wiser than what a lot of people realize.
Pirate - slave lady just brought out a squal of berbequed chicken wit tators n' grabey and corn, so arv got to go get some nuraskepment for "trimmin ER sail" ... ba gully fun time!
Keep the boat movin to the booty, Cap-in!
Can we talk about this over a cask of rum, Pirate? I have some soap you might be interested in obtaining to greeze the mighty ship's plank.
Hain't nuttin betta den watchin a trayter sliep of de plank before 'e reaches de' end ... yarrr - yarrr!
Sails at full mask!
As I wait for my barbeque chicken to cook in the oven ... my brain goes back to MOBL. Held about 2,000,000 plus at the time. Bought shares well under a cent.
Talked to my older brother who is an Electrical Engineer, which I am at total opposites of. (I'm a stock dabbler - retarded; dangerous). Asked him what he thought about MOBL's supposed technology at the time.
He convincingly told me to exit the stock because the technology was nothing but smoke and mirrors (which only CONFIRMED my personal thoughts). I did. I took my double and ran, smiling. That was under $.01.
Watched that stock go over $.20 and then higher and higher, and I wanted to politely choke my brother. When I told him about how much profit I COULD have had by listening to his advice ... he said, "It's STILL a scam!"
What caused it to pull out of "scam status" into believable status was a change of CEO's in the final hour. A new CEO knew HOW to play the PR game, and that is the most important quality a CEO can have in penny land, bar none. Really, the most important quality ANY CEO can have - believability.
Our RSDS CEO has yet to show any brillance that I can see. He's either trying to learn how to get it ... isn't capable of learning it no matter what ... or so wise that he's trying to downplay it right now.
Being able to buy shares at under $.002 ... I can afford to see what his true qualities really are.
Uranium is HOT!!!! If this CEO has two ounces of brains ... he'll start communicating some of his brillance before long, or be pegged a GREEDY embicle that he may really be ... when all is said and done.
A (P.S.) to this rambling: Our CEO is probaly the genius here, not you and I, "Joe retail." Afterall ... being a CEO of a Pinkchit company enables one to sell lots of shares to idiots like you and I and never have to go to jail as long as they don't publicly call you and I idiots. And best of ALL ... never have to walk into a uranium pit!
Be we have our "dignity" ... right?
Mercy
Time to lean back and reflect ...
All have a great weekend, and stay WERM!
MG: You are one baddddddddddddddddddddd Pirate. Let me know which sea you are sailing on so I can take an alternate route!
This stock is VERY HEALTHY (CEO and COMPANY are very healthy, actually), and anyone slamming this stock this weekend sold near the close today and wants back in cheaper Monday morning. My guess is that they'll pay more, and have to buy into a gap.
No mystery at all.
I'm personally glad Desmond didn't issue the PR today after the close, because if you think you're going to read doom and gloom as it WILL mount ... it would have been TWICE as intense had the PR been released during trading, or even after the close.
This way, no matter how much posters try to shed doubt, fear, lies - doom and gloom ... shrewd investors will smile BIG once the signed letter of the merger is announced, knowing this stock is going to keep moving higher and higher.
Maybe its a wonderful thing that IHUB will be down much of the weekend. Bashers won't have as much time to bash that they normally would.
Rare do you find a Pinky like this one. There's a time to trade, and a time to pass trading up. Selling today was not the time to sell IMO. We'll see what happens next week.
All have a good weekend.
Lucky
FORD: If you have any pull with this wonderful company, may I suggest you name-drop a NEW CEO by the name of Charles Bitters? He can be found by going to the AMEP board.
Charles knows how to get heavy earl out of the ground. His HOA-800 has nearly siphoned Texas DRY of heavy earl!
Charles is a modest man however and he keeps very tight- lipped about his "magical heavy-earl extraction potion."
P.S. I REALLY thought KSWJ might be buying HOA-800 from Charles and trying to see if they could sneak in a patend on it before Charles could get one, but that is only conjecture on my part, certainly.
Please keep us updated on the board about future develops of KSWJ though. I personally think YOU would make a very good CEO as well. You certaintly have the necessary optimism a Pinksheet CEO needs to excell.
Lucky
MM's grinning from ear to ear as well. Them getting cheaper shares for next week to sell much higher always makes for a better weekend.
Desmond grinning from ear to ear because flippers haven't a clue WHEN to spot a TRUE pot of gold from a pot of wooden nickles.
I can see Desmond grinning from ear to ear at these sellers.
Thanks, Janice.
My guess is that news will be posted shortly after market close, or early Monday morning. Either way, time to be BUYING, certaintly not selling.
D-Block: Janice will be dropping in soon. Ask her intelligent questions about merger, CUSIP # change, Symbol change ... as to it affecting shorts.
(This way I don't lose something in the translation).
Lucky
What a blessing to be able to be in an investment like ECFL when just about everything else is in the crapper, huh?!!!!
All those of you posting periodically on the RB NIZ board are to be greatly thanked.
"THANKS!"
When a feeding frenzy starts ... one can never fully know just how many OTHER fish will swarm to the action. As long as there are minnows to feed on ... every fish in the ocean may join the fray. (This CEO appears to have limitless minnows right now).
Your shares of ECFL could be worth more than $1.00 sooner than you can imagine ... as the market on the whole is sliding ... and new cash is looking for a better return that a couple of percentage points in treasuries or short-term bombs. (Bonds; excuse my type).
Need I say ANYMORE?!
Phil: Your question is beyond my area of wisdom. I'm a rookie, unfortunately. "Pirate" seems to have much more insight into these things than I do, and from his staying power here today ... I would say HE doesn't seem to think it's that big of a deal.
Remember though ... MM's can put endless naked shorts on a Pinky and no one will be the wiser. I'm fully confident that if they want this stock to go to $.01, they can easily get it there if buyers start drying up. I'm betting buyers aren't going to dry up.
That's why I posted late afternoon that if we could get more posters here posting on Ragingbull's NIZ board ... it could only help. I'm kind of a one-man-show over there today, which looks a bit hookey.
I believe we have a very lucrative play here right now. Normally I would NOT enter a stock like ECFL like I did - today, after a four day run. Haven't been in it before.
BUT ... I see the wisdom and tenacity that this CEO has about using news FULLY to his advantage. Shorts are not use to such a tactic. They are used to one or two or three PR's, and then the PR's stop, and then the share price tumbles, until the next PR blitz, which can be months away.
This CEO isn't going to stop with one, or two, or three, or 30 PR's ... until shorts get the message loud and clear that they need to jump on another Pinky that doesn't have news to PR like this company has.
This company has a magical mix right now that is putting shivers in shorts, I can tell you that. MM's aren't going to try to take him on. Too much to lose. They don't KNOW exactly WHO and WHAT they are having to deal with here, because of the promise of more and more PR's and the QUALITY of those PR's ... (yet never letting out enough information to give the shorts the edge, until its advantageous to do so for upward momentum).
I've been at these pennies long enough to know that we have a "one-of-a-kind" here that cannot be underestimated IMO.
I know this sounds like a pump, but it really isn't. I think MakeSumGravy hit it right on the head when he says we have a RGNO here as long as people don't start unloading shares and new investors keep putting money down on the table. This stock could go past $.20 so quickly we would all go into shock - seriously.
See ... the CEO holds a LOT of ace cards here, and that is what makes shorts cover faster than anything.
Once shorts cover ... and big pockets jump on this stock ... NONE of us fully know how high this can run in the weeks ahead, simply because WE do not know the news that is going to get released - not yet anyway. Neither do the shorts.
Lucky, so far.
Janice Shell was nice enough to answer my PM a bit ago. She assured me that the only way a company can force any possible shorts to cover is issue a CASH dividend.
Most of you don't know who she is, but ... I trust her answer. She doesn't answer when she isn't sure of herself.
FORD: Sometimes I think you REALLY believe you'll make out on your KSWJ shares. You almost come across to me as the type of person I would LOVE to see make out on your shares ... but please correct me if I wrong here.
KSWJ was a Pinkchit company. We NEVER had a clue how many shares was REALLY outstanding while this was trading, other than we could safely assume the company was dilluting like no tomorrow.
If a Albert Einstein Russian engineer was allowing George Anderson to market his technology on Pinkchits, and is STILL willing to try to let another "George Anderson" attempt to market his earth-shattering techonology ... wouldn't you THINK that someone will pop about a bazillion-to-one reverse stock split ... dry up all the many shares of KSWJ before they would start trading again?
Ain't (Isn't - for those who hate improper English) anyone in their right mind who would pick KSWJ shares up will all the unknown outstanding shares issued ... seems obvious to me. Got to dry them UP first, THEN start the game all over.
Correct me, please, if you think I'm blowing in the wind, okay?
