That is 100% untrue because NONE of the videos have been seen by the public yet. I know because I have been in contact with them waiting on the videos.
Go SHMP!
I hope all of the doubters get to sell at 03-05 for a multibagger and walk away happy.
Then I hope it dips to 01 again so they can laugh at us foolish longs. Then I hopes it goes to 50 overnight.
What? Holy crap I better sell all of my shares!
NOT! thhppttt
I think anyone not already holding shares should have to buy above a dime. Maybe we can get some events to make that a reality soon
I think I will trust the company on this and not trust other sources.
Go SHMP!
None of the financials will mean anything until they start selling shrimp this fall/winter and then the next set of filings which includes that data. Everything until then is the same old thing they have been producing in all the years of r&d.
Any idea when? We talking this summer? Fall? Winter?
Awesome. I hope you didn't make them listen to too much 3 Dog Night. lol
Congrats! You may be right in that she just wants to keep you busy.
That's right. That's what we have all been waiting for since February.
Once that hits, kabang!
Spot on! MLR_Lite supports UNVC 100%
Very simple. Believe and buy/ hold. Or sell. Holding and taking cheap shots is uncool.
No. True.
Sweet! Thanks for posting that
These arguments are cyclical in nature. Meaning they keep coming around and there is never proof NS promised a report.
SHMP is going to be wildly successful. The competition is scared to death for a very good reason.
Of course not. Just another topic of misinformation. I would encourage shareholders to NOT be distracted by things that are obvious trivialities.
Keep your eyes on the prize. The competition is scared to death. Deals for SHMP are getting close based on the CEO's interview comments as well as some rumors from posters in the know.
Do not be fooled or distracted by anything besides success!
The same was admitted by TooFrank.
rt1127 did the same research I did in all old posts in 2018 and agreed with us.
This is one very dead pulpy blood stained horse.
I am still waiting on bad news from an actual reliable source. Such does not exist as far as I can see.
SHMP!
That is completely untrue. Everyone has been urgently waiting for JV partners and now that is a new conspiracy theory.
Partnerships and/or favorable financing will make SHMP wildly successful.
Wow. Shmp should consider coming here for business advice.
Whether it is admitted or not, the change in the S1A from 60 million to 17 million shares is a VAST improvement. They also very recently went to an investors conference to look for financing. Plus they are courting partners and have been for months based on barramundi and other tests.
All of these things are undeniable progress and the financial picture will only get better.
Not getting my shares. Ask again at $1.
SHMP is happily growing both shrimp and their LaCoste footprint. Remodeling for full production with new tanks and EC units. Still courting potential partners.
You would almost think they don't have a care in the world. That is all I need to know about any truth to rumors of SEC, fraud, any other made up things that may appear on the twitter pool hall bathroom wall. It is all untrue and SHMP has NO WORRIES.
NO WORRIES. SHMP is going to being unphased by all of the smoke and mirrors that may come its way. They are untouchable. They are successful. They are a great investment. Makes me happy to own shares.
So whenever you hear something about a California lawsuit related to Bill Delgado, remember that it was filed by a company whose symbol was revoked, a company that has been sued countless times, a company's whose auditor has had SEC issues and State of California issues, a company whose CEO has been sued somewhere between 10-20 times and a company whose CEO has been sentenced to a jail sentence.
Bill Delgado:
CFO of NaturalShrimp
Chairman and CEO of Global Digital Solutions
Chairman and CEO of Falcon Technologies
Better yet, I will provide the reminders that have been posted before...
Gerald Easterling is 70 years old. You can't find one bad thing about him. He has been with the company basically since day one.
Bill Williams is over 80 years old. You can't find one bad thing about him. He has been with the company basically since day one.
Tom Untermeyer. You can't find one bad thing about him. He has been with the company basically since day one.
Bill Delgado has been with the company about 5 years. People look back to 2012 to find something. A civil suit, big deal !!!He is 60 years old. Oh and I forgot. He was sued by a company called MyECheck. A few words about the company that sued Bill Delgado .
Click on this link
http://www.eldoradocourt.org/caseindex/case_index.aspx
Click on civil index and type in the word Starrs in the name field. All court cases linked to Edward Starrs is MyECheck's CEO. Want more proof the guy is a dirt bag
Click on this link:
http://main.edcgov.us/CGI/WWB012/WWM501/R
Type in Starrs Edward
Edward Starrs is the CEO of the company that sued Bill Delgado
Want more proof.
Mr. Starrs was just sentenced to jail in California after he violated probation and broke multiple laws. I will post the judgment later today!!!!!
Want more proof?
Mr. Starrs and the company that sued Bill Delgado have been sued by most companies he has ever does business with
Typenex sued him and won. TCA Global sued him and won. Tangiers sued him and won.
This is perhaps the greatest. Read this which is the company led by Edward Starrs

It is quite interesting that a 2012 civil case is relevant to NaturalShrimp in 2019.
Here is the SEC going after their auditor:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2016/34-79364.pdf
Here is the State of California going after their auditor.

When people examine the entire management team, they can't find a bad thing about Bill Williams, a bad thing about Gerald Easterling, a bad thing about Tom Untermeyer. So the word on Bill Delgado from a 2012 civil case and a BS lawsuit coordinated by a public company whose symbol was revoked by the SEC and who has been sued no less than 20 times in 10 years.
NaturalShrimp is a high quality company that has the best of class technology in the world.
BTW, each and every one of the management team of SHMP could pass an FBI background check with flying colors.
I do that a lot for these 2 reasons
Manipulation of a security's price or volume
and
False or misleading statements about a company
Go UNVC!
Thanks for that. Not worried about greedy outfits like that.
Interesting that sometimes lines from the filings are taken verbatim, sometimes taken out of context, and other times lines excluded and denied.
Go SHMP!
They do take some salary. But I don't consider it to be a huge amount for what they do and are putting together. It is in the 10k
Just because the exuberance has worn off does not mean the company is doing any less than they said they would. I think they are completely on par with the guidance they have been giving for the last few months. They are constantly refitting the 1st building with newer, better, larger equipment. They will have 2 more EC units VERY soon and they stock monthly just as they said they would. I would suggest a calmer look at what is going on without listening to the Delgado hate club that exists on other sites on the internet. SHMP is going to be fine and all money that has been invested will make a profit IMO.
I agree today's filing doesn't mean much. It is just a required legal exercise.
It certainly does not negate the recent CEO interview saying that they expect deals soon. When those deals hit everything that you THINK you know about SHMP goes out the window.
If we had 20 facilities we would be worth a LOT more than $1.
Something bad wrong with that math.
As if the current state is a level playing field? Everyone knows better than that.
I rest easy knowing that anyone who owns share will be very happy with the outcome.
A JV that would allow SHMP to expand across the US and sell 10-100X the shrimp that they currently plan to do would certainly NOT have a dilutive affect on the share price. There would be some profit sharing between the partners but the increased exposure would make the stock SOAR. I find the reasoning to the contrary way off course.
It must have been confusing having the first line say "new post from Paul knopick"
For those among us who think gulf shrimp are perfectly fine...
https://www.cnn.com/2019/06/29/us/taylor-oil-spill-trnd/index.html
"A new federal study estimates that each day, about 380 to 4,500 gallons of oil are flowing at the site where a company's oil platform was damaged after a hurricane. That's about a hundred to a thousand times worse than the company's initial estimate, which put the amount of oil flowing into the ocean at less than three gallons a day."
And how about the fish/shrimp for Thailand and Vietnam?
https://asiafoundation.org/2018/03/28/southeast-asias-fisheries-near-collapse-overfishing/
"As competition for remaining fish stocks grows fiercer, some experts warn that the region’s entire fisheries industry will soon collapse. Estimates suggest that in order to prevent this, all countries fishing in the region would need to cease all destructive fishing practices and reduce harvest by nearly 50 percent."
