The only thing I "want" is a decent return on my investment so I can retire. P/E of 25 has never shown that to be the case in history. P/E of 10 would be welcome. So SPY 100 sounds like a bargain.
And if earning grow 5% next year, I'd even be willing to pay $105.
In my experience, the best moves come on "no news" and the biggest declines happen on industry news. It varies, though.
Start counting to 90 million from 30 million, and let us know when you're done.
They have a year to finish. Plenty of time to sell into rallies and make even more money.
Same as Thursday, except he didn't get filled on Friday. I picked up almost a million on the ask after I saw his first one get filled. Was buying all day.
I figure a fund is seeing potential, and opening a position before the other funds see it.
Volume was real thin for most of the time. As soon as trading picked up, they were able to sell them quickly.
I like your idea. If they have the cash from the ship sales, pay it off.
Great plan. I hope they do something like that. I loaded up. Just fed some money back in from last week and kept some dry.
Sounds like this deal has potential, regardless how they spend the money.
It's also their main source of expenditures.
The company put in their reports that they expect to buy and sell the ships. It's a supplementary part of the business model. Why would that bother anyone?
All I could do was buy. They didn't let me flip at all. Very depressing. Yesterday they let me flip a few. It's just not fair, I tell ya.
It was way too easy to grab a milly the past two days. I doubt I'll be adding like that very often.
At least a limbo break. Trades down to a test point. Might not be a trend reversal yet.
If the current move is a head fake, and then it takes out 218.08, look out.
I have to be right eventually. I feel lucky today.
Thanks, but I'll stay perma short, and assure I have economic freedom when the house of cards falls.
That's one where you don't have to save anything to supplement the government check, and still live comfortably.
And they are keeping interest rates so low, that retirement for the working man isn't an option. Socialist retirement programs are required. No Blue Collar can afford to save enough to gain income at 2.2%
Ok. I see VXX, but I don't have ADX. What's it doing now?
Big buys means that someone had to sell. Still comes out as down volume into the gap we just filled.
I heard it was Leavem, High, and Dry.
I don't know what you would do, but if I was about to take 2 weeks in the Hamptons, I would pump at the open, and sell all afternoon.
You might want to wait on the confirmation. VXX would be a nice indicator of it.
Gap filled, now kill it.
They're probably too busy booking their rooms in the Hamptons to trade today. It's getting late in August. No more trading until vaction is over.
The question isn't really if. It is when. Maybe 10 days in the future? Kyros doesn't need to lower the VWAP again for 21 days.
Only the closest bid and ask shows for each MM. Have you ever seen an MM with two different bids or two different asks? The rest are "hidden" until the close one executes.
OTOH, maybe my account is flagged as an "accredited investor" and that's why my executions are so slow. They have to find an accredited bidder when I sell? Or maybe the MM's are just crooks, IDK?
Review my posts. "Kyros is God" EOM.
My eyes aren't so good. I'm damn near blind, but I can see it.
They can't convert if they own more than 4.99% of the shares. Trust me, they sell to keep the number of shares under that.
Right. So if it the stock doesn't fall below .0130 for the next 19 days, what would the number be?
You see? Every sale they make before the 21 day expiration is a 200% gain. The shares might not trade 200% above .0087 in 19 day.
About 2 1/2 cents, BTW.
They only have a 21 day window. It's day to day until the VWAP rises, and then it goes to the next 21 day VWAP. So far, we have five or six days above the old VWAP basis.
Kyros is being paid well to offer the cheap shares. You just have to figure out "how cheap" they are giving them up, from one day to the next, and guess whether they will offer more when the shares are gone.
Is that a condition of Rule 144 that can be "disregarded" according to the sentence I quoted and repeated for all English speaking readers?
Yeah, that's what I said. They have not been an affiliate of the company.
You just quoted it word for word:
Kyros is not, has never been and never will be "an affiliate" and:
Kyros is not an affiliate of the company. How can law about affiliates be applied? Don't you love loopholes?
Looks like you timed it pretty well. Tomorrow, a gap down could hurt.
I heard from a certain authority that it can stay irrational longer than I can stay solvent.
