No reason to be questioning or wondering about Innovus, like I said it's a win win win. As you stated, I'm a wussy, which means I can't purchase anymore Innovus stock on the open market. In fact, I will have even fewer shares after the much anticipated r/s.
With a win, win here and win win there, here a win, there are win, and don't ever get tired of winning!
Let's not get bi-polar folks, this is truly a win, win, win. The good Dr.Bassam Damaj took the hyporcatic oath, "to do no harm" so, you can rest assured, he's been working hard, not vacationing and he didn't attend the investor conference, because he probably has a buy out offer in the works.
HC, the ask is .116 now, so you can buy it at a lower cost :)
F.I., great idea and thanks for doing this!
When I heard Goulding on the Mike Ballzy show, he sure sounded like something of a smooth con-artist, casually puffing on a smoke...He said the stock price is stable, lol. I thought wow, this car really is a used car salesman.
RE: Chilling; "I think they are quietly dealing with an sec investigation into their insider notes. I believe they are in big doo doo and there will one day be a very bad news story out."
Why would you think that about a drop-shipper company, that was previously, 10 different other companies, that is ran by a pack of used car salesmen, that once tried to peddle a water-less toothbrush?
What say you?
Yes F.I., those are all good points regarding valuation, let's just hope that your positive views are accurate and that the excessively high SG&A can be lowered. Along with, with not doling out shares to the BOD like candy and lower those high bonuses, salaries until we have continued profitability. Oh, and stop the dilution. If you're spending $1.50 to make $1.00, it's not going to end well. Thank you.
OK HC, that's good conservative analysis of how undervalued Innovus is.
Thanks for your answer, sometimes gut feelings are accurate, but I think you were anticipating an early Q3 update as well, which may or may not occur.
My thought is, that we won't get a preliminary Q3 estimate, but it might happen.
Yes, I agree that we are undervalued, but I think a big part of being undervalued, is due to the high SG&A.
I think we'll mostly remain undervalued, until the SG&A is lowered, along with a good, continued, sales growth, leading up to profitability, but not just profitability, but sustained, continued profitability.
As we all know, one thing that can makes us closer to profitability, is lower the excessive BOD bonuses and salary, not to mention the other items that would help, because we've all talked about it ad nauseam.
Hey Penny was, you indicated that INNV share price would be at least .19, if not .20 on Friday, October 5, 2018.
No disrespect meant here, but why did you think that and why did you post that? Was it based on a feeling, a guess, or good reason based on some facts?
I wish you we're correct and I'm long on INNV, but after thinking about this for a while, I decided that I had to ask you.
Thank you for your answer :)
CYRXorbust, no need to air out your lucky shorts, just turn them inside out and keep on wearin' em.
Hi, I know RM stands for reverse merger, but what does ABD stand for? Thanks.
Maybe POTN has been quiet due to the on-going audit?
Gotcha, I didn't realize the stop losses were in regard to shorted shares. I thought you meant, just normal shares purchased, that investor had set a stop loss on, thank you.
FI, if stop losses are triggered and shares are sold back into the market, wouldn't that cause the stock pressing to go down, due to the selling pressure?
Don't stock prices normally go up, when many shares are purchased on the open market, rather than many shares being sold back into the market.
Please forgive my ignorance, but you should be used to it by now.
Thank you.
LOL, .20 tomorrow would be nice. We hope so!
HC, I would like to see you tell Dr.Damaj your plan, for 2million of his shares. It sounds like a good, feasible plan and it was actually pretty smart of you.
It could be a reverse dilution, if the BOD bought a bunch of shares on the open market, if Damaj stopped issuing share and if the float of shares was lowered, like in a stock buy back.
Part of what you're talking about is the safe harbor act, which prevents a company from being sued if they don't reach their milestones, because those milestones were stated as projections and not stated as facts.
Ok, thanks for that. Interestingly enough, there has been a lot of volume with OVIT lately. There are still rumors of a reverse shell merger. Maybe OVIT won't remain a disaster?
Well, I agree that a buy out would make sense and that is one of my biggest hope here and it's especially possible, soon if the ANDA gets approved.
However, I would feel better if we had ANDA approval and profitability, then I would think ya a buy out could happen.
I don't think another company would buy us out, without being profitable.
I order to be profitable, we need capital and apparently the way to do that, is more dilution, which certainly hurts us, in the short to mid-term.
I wonder what type of company would be interested in buying Innovus? A pharmaceutical? A nutraceutical? They already have competing products, so would they buy out be to continue the Innovus products?
Or would a buy out to be to close Innovus down, to limit competition and protect a big pharma's sales?
Has anyone ever heard of a big pharma buying out a small pharma, with mostly natural products?
Ok people, it's time to be objective here. Innovus has a lot of potential, increased sales and the Fluticare ANDA, FDA approval. However, Innovus also has a lot going against it, high expenses, big salaries, bonuses, stock issued to the BOD and not yet profitable.
What side will win out, the negative or the positive side?
No, it was just a simple typo, what he and we really need to do is buy more Innovus products and more shares of stock :)
HC, No problem, I've got it covered, check this out...
1. The original Fluticare ANDA has, just been approved by the FDA, which will help with worldwide sales.
2. A large institutional investor has, just been secured with outstanding terms.
3. The daily stock dilution has, been stopped today and will no longer continue.
4. All salaries, bonuses and stock issuing to the BOD has just stopped today, until sustainable profitability has been reached.
5. Any potential r/s has, just been voted down for the next 3 years.
6. The new plan is to first uplist to the NYSE, based purely on organic growth.
7. As our organic growth continues, uplisting to the Nasdaq will be achieved without an r/s.
8. As strong indication in the belief of continued success for Innovus, all BOD members, will purchase 50,000 shares each, tomorrow, at the open market asking price, just weeks before the Q3 conference call.
LOL, OK HC, It's a deal! Our first order of business is to destroy the stock share printing, dilution machine? If all agreed, vote YA!
HC, both could be correct, n the mid-term, the stock price could go down, but in the long run, stock price could go up (not referring to an r/s.)
Also, the long-term investor you mentioned who likes to buy at .10 and under, may have changed their mind amount the direction of Innovus going. I say this, because at the time, dilution was not such an issue and now, dilution is a big issue.
At this point in time, that guy CasinoKid who claims to be shorting is possibly doing the right thing at the right time.
I'm not a shorter, nor will I ever be. I'm long by choice, but I'm admittedly so far underwater now, that I'm forced to hang on.
I guess my plan, other than going bankrupt is to hold on for a couple more years and hope for profitability and/or that INNV is bought out.
Otherwise, I'll wait until after the r/s and when shorters short after the r/s and it's down a lot, buy a boat-load more and hope for it to go back up...
It could also be that the BOD who were recently issued shares, without any cost basis or restriction, possibly as a means of pay, or just as another bonus perk have immediately dump/sold their shares at the bid price, thereby driving the stock price down even further. I really hope we don't have an r/s, before profitability. In fact, I'm hoping we never have an r/s, but if we do, hopefully it will be at the right time, after at least a couple of profitable Q's, when the stock price is at least at $1 minimum. I think an r/s/ at this point of no profitability, not even at a break even, and at .10 per share, would cause us to lose every penny.
Awe, c'mon, think bigger! Just 5k more worth of shares at this low, low price and when it pops on Q3 results, higher profits and lowered costs, you'll win!
Well, it could be a win win win! Welcome to the stinky pinks. Better get some more cheap shares!
What would you do, if Dr.Damaj created a website with a live video cam of his hand, cranking around the handle of the dilution machine, round and round, printing off an endless supply of shares, like a counterfeit money machine? With his other hand, waving at investors as he happily smiles. I'm only down 45% on my investment now :)
Agreed, the r/s will come when the pps falls to .01, which will resolve the dilution issue, there will be far fewer shares for a much higher price, then an uplist to the Nasdaq, then laughing all the way to the bank.
Except, we won't be laughing, we'll be losing it all again, but at least we'll get the satisfaction of knowing we gave money to make INNV and Dr.Damaj successful.
Please, don't strain yourself with such a detailed answer.
Maybe it never pops?
Price tanks after FDA approval, LOL you FOOLS! Don't ya know, this drug won't save lives and people don't like needles and that there is already a T-Nasal spray, LOL!
So you're saying Dr.Damaj ran Apricus into the ground with big bills, big salaries, big bonuses and big, big dilution and then did an r/s and got fired?
So, all Dr.D knows how to do is take big pay, dilute, r/s and scoot, dilute and scoot?
Do you think Innovus is going to go out of business?
What happened to the days of DrugDoctor and Florida investor posting, "I thank God that everyday, I am invested in Innovus?"
How does it feel to be here at this point, when the Nasdaq is at a record high and the DOW is way up?
When will DrugDoctor and Florida investor chime in?
Oh, true that, thanks. What do you think of the languishing share price today for ATRS on approval day?
Do you think even if LPCN got Tlando approval, it could be a do nothing for the share price?
Will Lipocene win the lawsuit against Clarus?
When do you think it's time to bale out and take the extreme losses? Or, are you ok with losing it all? Do you think Innovus will ever make it, or do you think this is a scheme?
Yes and that's possibly why Damaj didn't attend the investors conference, because his answer to not having any institutional investors, is to just dilute and then dilute some more...
It's funny with the continued dilution, that Damaj actually comes out and says lines like this in his Qcalls, "to increase share holder value, etc." and "Shorts will get burned."
Maybe he actually means that the shorts we wear are getting burned, due to all of the money we've lost?
I wish Damaj's plan for a successful business wasn't to keep the dilution machine spitting out additional shares 24/7/365.
I wish Damaj's plan for a successful business wasn't to keep dishing out high salaries and even bigger bonuses before, reaching profitability. The salaries and bonuses are preventing a profitable outcome.
The writings on the wall hear, folks...We're through the lookign glass...
Damaj's plan is to r/s in Q4, which we're in now, to screw us out of and gains and to "solve" the dilution problem.
Damaj might not even announce the r/s, he might just do it, but rest assured if he does an r/s, that he'll say...
I've implemented an r/s "to increase share-holder value."
The least he could do is give us retail investors some free glide lube...
A quick story of FDA approval and the impact thereof;
Anteres Pharma (ARTS) just received FDA approval for their Testosterone booster, XYOSTED and retail investors were expecting it to go from $3.39 to $10-12 per share, but all it did is went to 3.4o per share.
The FDA approval just seemed to be like the passing of some fart-gas.
Since this was not the approval of a life saving drug, apparently know one cares about it.
I remember when Innovus had an article/link that the FDA approval of the Lipocene (LPCN) Tbooster, TLando could be a catalyst to boost INNV, due to Innovus having its own, OTC TBooster...LPCN got a CRL letter from the FDA and hasn't gotten approval yet.
It just goes to prove 2 things. If FDA approval for a non-life saving drug is relieved, it might not boost the share price at all and if a pharma receives drug approval, it won't boost the share price of another pharma with a similar product...
Therefore I'm predicting that if INNV receives the ANDA Fluticare approval right, it won't have any effect on the share price at all, except that it might go down a bit, because the market realizes that it will take more money to prep for overseas sales, so initially the effect could be negative, rather than the market looking at the huge increase in sales opportunities.
