I live in Miami and have eaten at the restaurant many times
Thanks. It helps if one sees, tastes, feels, or at least hears first hand of offered products actually out there. This could go down a while longer from looking at financials of what is the operating stores or company as a whole.
Franchising unprofitable stores would soon become a disaster.
You are right this is a long term play. The home store should show others how to make profits and pass the model on. I'll watch a bit more here. If they make profits something good could come!!
$GRLT
It's way down because it is a scam company
look for the triple zeroes in the near future
Maybe so? Has anyone posting here tried their product of healthy food? IF SO, comments would help prospective investors decide.
Financials are not encouraging.
Are there any longs that still really believe? And if so please explain. You deserve that much floor in this venue.
Do these folks have a chance enough you could encourage or entice others to take that chance?
The business model is set to alleviate customers from the capitol expense of buying or building units. That puts the cost back to PWDY.
I like the concept of efficient power for sure. We all should. GLTA including my initial, hopefully not failed, investment.
ImRyano You are wrong. I am down over 70% in this position and don't see averaging down helping do anything but worsen my plight.
Powerdyne does have unit(s)
From 10Q "The Company has recently completed a fully operational factory Series 2 prototype"
Also "The Company plans to install and maintain, own and operate electrical power generation equipment ("gensets") intended to be installed at a client location"
Custom build =$$$$, install=$$$$, own and operate=$$$$.
How is lack of revenue unproven? It works the other way, right?
They have one demonstration unit as of Sept. 30.
Looks like a deep hole from here.
I seriously doubt it will go any lower.
" Mr. Pereira will initially be assisting Powerdyne with sales, installation and service"
Alpa Generators is already up. Powerdyne has no units, no force of maintenance people who must be trained, no infrastructure,... all of which cost $$$. So it seems, absent revenue this company will fall into toxic financing, reverse splits and all the other growing pains of new companies. Some with product may never see daylight for shareholders M$$x. What exempts PWDY from this fate?
I hope my investment is not lost and have trouble reaching deeper to average down.
Looking back at the last two years.
For "not play the bashing" trend de la trend you seem incongruously bashing. That's worse.
While exploiting your "experience" to know that filings will be late, as your main thesis, you roll into repeating history and citing recent interest will be dry without product or news which seem to conflict with recent product and news.
Hopefully you weren't in since a dime and holding. That's where we'd like to see this go in the near term. Maybe you should be more on the pump side unless you need the pps to go down.
When will ever there be revenue?
One prototype and bunches of ideas. Pr's Talk to more expenditures but no revenue since 2006. 10Q raises substantial question of this continuing as a "going concern".
Don't know I believe well enough to average down. Any help on that?
Just show me a company buyout already
Between emptybones an einrad we may have a start.
To the moon! Maybe the wrong moon?
'Should I buy another 30 mill, yes or no...'
Yes, to go with the ones you don't have already.
I'm hoping we keep going up. RSI looks high.
Looked like an approach to mac signal Nov 25. Looks like it broke Dec 5 and is up. Didn't see money between.
So Much For Charts
You said you had posted your last Nseh already! Credibility on you!
where do you see a 3mil purchase and.018?
3000000 @ .0179 at 15:56 in L2 ETPro Time and sales tool 11_19_2014.
No. It seems they go down. I'd like to leave these prices below new ones.
OK for you but all on Etrade seem to be inhibited. That's a lot of folks in pennyland that won't go here. Translates into fewer trades.
What stock are you getting these numbers from? I show current pps .0164
I haven't been watching here but am sitting in the hole here. Tried to average down and found that Etrade does not allow online ordering of this security. You have to call and tell them a price and quantity to open the position. If you want to change your order you must call again.
This limits what can be done here. Do you all or someone know why this stock is held up like that?
Getting ones painted again. Is that you or is darock at it? One dollar if shares, really?
There's been quite a bit of painting 1's here. Is that you or is darock at it? 12000 shares! Really? A dollar twenty of shares!
The nearest location for me to buy DNA Energy so far is about fifty miles away. I mostly only use it when I go to the gym, 3 to 5 times a week so a case of 12 can last me about a half month. I get two cases of various flavors so I don't have to buy 12 of a flavor to try it.
It costs me about the same in gas as paying shipping for a case. This is the only energy drink I choose to drink as I've tried many and this is my choice.
Why I would buy online is that it's the energy drink of my choice. If you haven't tried it read the review (post 17209) and see if any choice suits you before buying a case. I've called marketing and left a message to consider mixed cases but no reply.
Buy it here www.dnaenergydrink.com/DNAenergy/
DNA Energy has not advertised itself that there would be wide awareness. Their flavors are worth a grass roots effort to get suppliers to carry it but there still needs to be enough movement to keep the stores happy so it can grow.
These flavors top the Energy Drink category. They must be tried to be understood. Even if it is through a buyout I would look to find these flavors on the market. Investors do need some news for this stock to move favorably.
DNA Energy Review
Cellular Citrus is not orange, or tangerine, rather a cellular representation of a juncture of the two. This drink leaves the consumer ready to open another immediately upon the regrettably last sip. This drink is smooth all the way down and offers a good vision and ambition for great workouts if that is the attraction. This drink stands on its own flavor and offers great performance. Caveat for me is that I could drink way too much of this energy drink. It’s about too good.
Buy it. Try it.

Caramel Macchiato is a coffee milk based drink with flavor that leaves me wishing for more at the end of the ride. This drink claims one serving for the fifteen ounce can. The 270 calorie count was much offset by the workout I pursued after the drink. The greatest regret is the last sip. Caveat see Cellular Citrus.
Molecular Melon is a drink with a subtle potentially melon overtone. There was no overwhelming watermelon, honey do, or cantaloupe flavor. This drink is a subtle (again) essence of melon to float over the back of the tongue to a molecular degree of melon. While I do not seek melon based drinks this would be an excellent choice to change up the exercise routine, if that is the focus. Quite a non-descript flavor if not identified as melon so far as I’m suited.
Vanilla Latte can be another sticking point for me. It has a smoothness akin to the Caramel Macchiato and Mocha. I had it Today (10/15/2014) before a great workout at the gym. The Vanilla Latte is nearly as worrisome as the Cellular Citrus and Caramel Macchiato for me. Caveat see Cellular Citrus. It has smoothness and finishes leaving me wanting for more.
Mocha is another coffee milk based drink with a flavor more, dark to my perception, than Macchiato. It is good and offers energy levels expected of coffee/energy drinks. It could be somewhat safer for me as I would be more inclined to overdose on (Machiato and Citrus. Now also Vanilla Latte.)
Cryo Berry is a berry drink in that it is holding to a reddish tint and has a bouquet with a tint of raspberry underwhelmed by a dilution of cranberry. This underwhelming is a healthy and natural approach to bring me into the world of berry drinks. Would that I don’t overdose on citrus or machiatio or vanilla, I would certainly include this as a choice in my armada of energy workout drinks. That is remarkable in that I do not gravitate toward any berry based drinks.
Original I had yet to try original and heard earlier of a lemon lime? I have since tried the original and it tastes quite like an energy drink. No lemon lime in the lineup.
The bottom line, there is definitely superior product consistently when measuring DNA Energy against the current leaders in the market. This competes against $60+ established stocks’ drinks with better offerings coming from DNAX. GO
DNAX!!!!.

I think you may have the wrong board!
You may need a lift. Get the best tasting energy drinks any where. I've tried them all and anyone on this site that has not tried these drinks and compared with the rest just doesn't get it. I haven't found anything competitive with DNA Cellular Citrus. The Molecular Melon and Cryo Berry are delightful and I'm somewhat hooked on the Caramel Macchiato and Vanilla Latte Coffee drinks.

You can order from the website if there is no outlet near you. Once you enjoy a DNA Energy drink along with a great workout you will believe.
I think you've got the wrong board.
Darn, was sitting on 81 all day and didn't fill. Maybe got away but news just says not much. Sorry not to pump. Might try harder if already in.
I kept 2000 shares. If this makes you rich I can be happy getting some back and some gain. GLTY
Matthew,
I watched the video! I did not buy back in and flip. Perhaps my second biggest sin with this company as today is the first event since I engaged this company it even ever did anything worth a flip.
I hope at least you got it to give you a flip.
If you're holding long GLTU.
If you've held 100K or so shares you were only feeding them $10 $20 $102 $40 and so on, as the smaller declines are more tolerable awaiting that great fortune when this fine product takes its place on the top shelves of both the stores it's in, while still seeing that pot of gold on the horizon, soon, soon, it's getting old.
Awaiting gold and watching the decline so subtlety with interspersions of "gains" coming back at you in less than flipper size measures as you forgot to double down today, you may pause and recall that Neil Young song....
I hold 2K shares and if this hits a buck, OK! I'm free! Unless this hits trip 3 before end of year I'll not worry about getting back in and will offset other gains with the losses.
I gave the management team a cut in pay. Sold 100,000 shares at a loss of over $1200. But am relieved to have saved back $450 that would have been gone as well. Still a shareholder of 2K shares. Was up 20 cents for the day to $7.80 from $9.80 a few days ago when I sold. When it hits trip ones I may see if it flips??? I could get over 4 million shares back there but it may cease to be this ticker before then.
Go Mrib!!!
Wink!
Yes they are reporting and sales have increased.
Here is what is at stake and why this company can pull it back up given just a modicum of advertising and marketing. I have tried all available flavors I know.
DNA Sampling 07/30/2014 Updated 10/15/14 after having used all flavors I know available.

Thanks Doc! I'll look for some to come. I was a late comer here enticed by the divies and hope to recover some from my high percentage loss in current "values". They may be paying fifo gradually.
Do hey show price per share or value?
I also have Etrade and two such number "symbols" that are other stocks. I had shares from 6/30, 7/16, and 9/22 and see nothing related to the WNTR divi shares. Did you take some action to make them show in your portfolio?
Where in Etrade do you see it?
So are you showing that you received shares? I don't see anything new in my ET brokerage account.
I'd like to see your theory.
I'm not so sure they haven't already succeeded, in sucking up much money from stocks. No longer sure they care to really do a big business other than take in stock money.
