XNRG - Does XNRG have existing business contacts that may be interested in going public?
Better than a reverse split. Easier to hit that .50 too.
XNRG - Reverse merger/ merger would make my summer.

The SEC should be revoking the Registration on this P&D ATM for Jerry and Tina, if they would actually do their job!!!
RVDO - The Company is actively pursuing an increase in its asset base through the generation and
the acquisition of low risk, high yield oil and gas objectives, at a very low cost basis. The
Company has presented a plan for capitalization to accelerate its acquisition program and
fund its prospect generation activities. Beginning in the First Quarter 2014, the Company
will present its RVDO 2014-1 Program (“Program”) to be capitalized for a total funding of
Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000). The Company will offer 1,250,000 shares of
stock to result in the total funding. The Company will be offering 200 units in the Program
at $2,500 per unit. Each unit of participation will receive 5,000 shares of RVDO stock
(1,000,000 shares at 100% funding). The remaining 250,000 shares will be distributed to
marketing and management as compensation for their services in the Program.
The Company will receive 25% of the net revenue distributed from the Program. It is
anticipated that the Program will participate in 5 or more drilling participation, interest
acquisition, and production interest acquisition. The initiative for the RVDO 2014-1
Program resulted from a test case, where the Company purchased a 1.667% carried
working interest, 1.25% net revenue interest in the Lampley #1R well for $10,000, to be
drilled during 2012. The first production revenue was in August, 2012. During the last 5
month period of 2012, the Company received distributions totaling $2,235.79. Despite the
low revenue, based on its ownership interest and cost of interest, the Company posted a
22.4% return on investment during that 5 month period, with an annualized projected
return of 53.7%. It is anticipated that the Program will allow for larger interest ownership
in individual prospects and projects.

Graystone must get this stock at .01 (a penny) within 10 days or we will be downgraded to the pink sheets.
XNRG - My thought is that the dilution was a necessary evil. My opinion is CEO is in his own world and has now gotten to the point where shareholders are now an after thought to his own agendas. Smooth when answering usual questions...scripted repeated cliche answers and stutters/ pauses when answering questions he wouldn't think you would broach. Hhhmmm.
I see him as prideful, serious risk taker/ self belief, opportunistic and a bit off centered with a bit of " you know what you got yourself into" delusion. There is shadiness to him. Understandably so, he is a business man.
He has had past success and XNRG has an opportunity here. I do not like the lack of follow through and silence. Monthly and weekly charts are telling. GL
XNRG -
The expiration of the permits was a concern of many shareholders who voiced their opinions on the company forum, long before they actually expired. The end of April is upon us for the "NEW" permits to be issued. 60days from Feb.4th is next week. And we are well past 60days from Jan.18th, when the process was "initiated", according to the President, so I guess we are in the "or longer" phase now?
XNRG -
From latest 10Q "On February 4, 2014, four of the five drilling permits on the Rice lease expired. The Operator, VEP, initiated the process to renew the four expired permits. The process for obtaining permits may take 60 days or longer to obtain from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection"
XNRG - After applying for a new permit what is the approval or denied timeline? Thanks for the link.
XNRG - 889 Million vs 287 Million.
XNRG - What do you think about Pennsylvania wells? Can we get new leases?
XNRG - Are you not interested in whats going to happen with XNRG ? You were a part of the company and now you are not. Yet you are still posting here and not over at TSRI. Why is that?
I think if your time would be better off volunteering at a soup kitchen or at an inner city school than trying to stop a bunch of folks with $$ signs in their eyes and money to burn from buying this stock.
XNRG - I dont believe XNRG did close on that property on North Drive in Melbourne. Shareholders need updates concerning property leases, equipment, and financing.
XNRG weekly accumulation is reset at 0. CCI at sub -100. MACD went positive 9/13.

XNRG - $400 Million in estimated earnings?
20th of Aug, 2013 by Admin
XNRG Files $400 Million Earnings Estimate w/ SEC
From: Earnings Desk <newsletter@bestsmtp.us>
August Earnings Report: Xun Energy (XNRG)
Xun Energy - (XNRG) Could Xun Energy be heading soon for nearly $400
million in earnings? Xun Energy projects earnings to rise from 2 cents to
$1.01 per share, $7.75 million to $388 million, in just five years.
Too busy. Print the world famouos Allrich Report and take it with you:
http://bestsmtp.us/phil/link.php?M=883931&N=17&L=3&F=T
Don't just take our word for it. These estimates are filed with the SEC.
See the filing at http://bestsmtp.us/phil/link.php?M=883931&N=17&L=1&F=T
Could XNRG be the next Exxon?
Why not? A little more than 50 years ago there was an oil company down in
Texas called Humble Oil. It might have started out humble, but in 1960
everything changed when it was bought out. Today, that humble little oil
company from Texas is called Exxon, the largest company in the world.
Today Exxon has a market cap of over $400 billion. So what's the
connection between Xun Energy (OTC: XNRG), a small oil & gas company, and
Humble Oil 50 years ago? Well, if projections are right for Xun, according
to the SEC filings that would give XNRG nearly $400 million in earnings in
just five years. Guess what the value of Humble Oil was back 50 years ago
just before it became Exxon? That's right, $400 million. Exxon now has a
value one thousand times that.
We'd all like to have a time machine and go back and buy that stock. To all
our investors out there we say today, we have found that time machine, and
its name is Xun Energy.

Xun Energy - (OTC: XNRG) SEC filings project earnings to rise from 2 cents
to $1.01 per share, $7.75 million to $388 million, in just five years.
http://bestsmtp.us/phil/link.php?M=883931&N=17&L=1&F=T
That's right. From documents filed with the SEC itself, Xun Energy is
projecting huge earnings increases over the next few years. It all makes
sense, though. As an up and coming player in the $4 trillion a year oil &
gas industry, XNRG looks to grow by leaps and bounds. As an investor, the
best news for you is that the company's meteoric rise is just beginning.
With a current market cap of $545.33K, XNRG is still a ground-floor
opportunity for investors.
Projections of earnings from $0.02 to $1.01 are Best Case scenario, but
even at worst case the company is projecting earnings to rise from $0.001
first year to $0.55 fifth year. For the second year alone earnings
projections are $0.02 per share. Netback projections (50 percent after
overhead) go to almost $400 million in year five alone.
The Pennsylvania Oil Fields & the Rice Lease
Pennsylvania is not just one of the largest oil and gas producing states in
the country, it's a major player in the new shale industry and the site of
the very first oil strike in the history of the world, the Drake Well back
in 1859. In filings with the SEC, XNRG projects it could have as many as
25, 000 barrels pumping from the oil fields of North America in just 5
years, from just 500 in year one. Current data from the Rice Lease alone
shows an average of 15, 650 barrels per acre. Multiply that by 54.58
acres.
XNRG President Interviewed on CEO Live
Xun Energy President and CEO Jerry Mikolajczykw was the special guest on
CEO LIVE in which he laid out the company's plans for the future. He spoke
of the oil fields in Pennsylvania in particular and the company's
partnership with Vencedor Energy. He also gave great insight in to where
he sees share value heading in both the short and the long term. Check out
the interview here.

Xun Energy Inc., a Portland, Ore.-based company, proposes opening a
308-employee operatio in Melbourne, Florida. The company’s product lines
include advanced technology that could be used to store electricity for the
utility grid.
In documents filed with Brevard County, Xun said, if it moves operations to
Melbourne, it would hire 308 employees from 2014 through 2017 at an average
annual salary of $86, 832, creating an annual payroll of $26.7 million. The
company said 50 of those jobs would have an annual salary of $180, 000 or
higher.
Xun said it would make a capital investment of $22 million.
An analysis by the Economic Development Commission found that if Xun moved
here, it could lead to 282 spinoff jobs, creating a total wage impact from
the combined 590 jobs of $38.9 million a year.
Xun President and Chief Executive Officer Jerry Mikolajczyk said his
company also is considering three sites in Texas and one in San Jose,
Calif., for the operation, and is seeking packages of financial incentives
from each of the communities.
He said he could not discuss Xun’s plans further for competitive
reasons.
In its filing, the company said it could do $600 million a year in business
“after ramp-up to three shifts of manufacturing.”
