Good thinking ! The CEO is thinking of his own, first. MHO

Perhaps the CEO has an investment in Twitter and just wanted to see how good it works ! MHO

I have not seen a PR from NBRI stating that the JV with HMIT has been cancelled and as far as I'm concerned it is still active. Yes, Mr Klok, the former CEO of HMIT, has not been very straight forward in his dealings with his shareholders, but now that he is out of the way the JV just might be revived. Seven million dollars of silver reclaimed from the mining site's waste is very attractive motivator. JMHO

Rem:
HMIT just might be the one JV that makes this contribution in 2010 to NBRI's bottom line ! Call it a Silver lining .

Please, no hump and pump your choice. This is the A123 board.

NO !!!
W A Calahan
JCMoney:
Yes, it is good time to accumulate for the long run some NBRI shares at a reasonable price. I believe the softness in the PPS is the result of shareholder's determination (after reading the recent PR regarding the time frame for the up listing to the OTC exchange) that the delay would keep NBRI PPS share depressed until it occurs. Of course an important acquisition by NBRI of an operating gold mining company producing an income would put a very positive light on the Company. JMHO

All those not selling their shares are holding their breath, while those that sold are just watching for clarification by BEHL's managenent. JMHO

mkendra:
Yes ! Check these out: ALTI, ENS, HEV, XIDE, SGPEF, BYDDF, CBAK - - to name a few. Consolidation will take place, I'm sure, especially with all the Federal and State stimulant money available. The market can't support them all. JMHO
W A Calahan
mkendra:
Look for under $10/shr. World competition will become fierce as the government's financial and tax incentives disappear. And don't under estimate techological advances, too. A123 is really a Auto/Michigan creation for local jobs. JMHO
W A Calahan
Gem:
I don't think this is NBRI's style to issue PR's of little or no importance. You are, however, correct in expressing concern, and CEO Leopold should consider publishing a quarterly email Newsletter to shareholders with interesting stories about the mining business, etc to let them know they are of value. Just a suggestion for the Company to consider. JMHO

OR, we read into something what we want it to read, and that usually is the result of what will profit us the most!!

Sounds like the Democrats Health Care Plan which raises the observation that ambiguous written statements are often written to hide the facts, usually the bad ones!!! It is "Finger Crossing Time" - - a trillion $ here and a trillion $ there all add up to some real money !!! JMHO

Good luck with any speculation as to the value of HMIT shares when there are other opportunities for your investment dollars. I'm not an investment advisor, so you are on your own regarding HMIT. Perhaps Rem might be able to help you decide, or email a note to CEO Klok. JMHO
Walt Calahan
Kiwi:
I think if you ask NBRI's CEO Leopold about this JV with HMIT he would tell you to check with HMIT because he really doesn't know when the work will begin as stated in the PR you refer to. Reason ? CEO Kluk has so many deals going on outside of this one and very little money to do any of them. JMHO
W A Calahan
Rem:
No ! HMIT is at this point an empty promise that might find value in the Canadian mining agreement they have signed with NBRI. Time will tell, but it is not very hopeful. Klok has never come through on any of his past PR promises. JMHO
Walt Calahan
Because it was incorrect in an attempt to mislead. JMHO

The guy is a "CON ARTIST" ! Why expect anything else from him ? Question : Are you his alter e-go on this board ? Your continued defense of CEO Kluk seems unreal. JMHO

Put down the pipe ! This move by BEHL is of questionable value to us shareholders, and must be viewed with some skepticism. We don't know the identity of the merger partner and its share structure/assests/financials/etc. I have sold all of my shares (at a nice profit, too), and will buy back in after the merger takes place because there are to many unknowns. JMHO

All excellent questions that need to be answered. The Company's PR was poorly written, to say the least.

The stock symbol will continue to be BEHL.PK until the meger is complete. After that it will be CRAP.PK. As to the new company, the symbol will anybody's guess. JMHO

All hype !!! Hope your outlook is right, but if it isn't, watchout. The oil monopoly can play tough to protect their franchise against a liberal media charge against them based upon questionable analysis. JMHO

Yes, but not the action we saw in the early summer when Ryan and crew pumped the PPS up to .03+/shr and then a sell-off took over. Hold your shares for the gains ahead. NBRI will grow on substantiated PR's and not on poster's hype. JMHO
Walt Calahan
young turk:
To watch, yes! To buy, no ! The share structure is weak and the management weaker. A lot of hype which I'm sure is being sold into to raise Corporate funds. Be careful - - time will show these weaknesses. JMHO

You have mentioned in previous posts that the gold mining company,HMIT, has ben an investment disappoiment to you with the misleading PR's by their CEO Klok. Can't blame you for being upset, but don't let that experience sour you on NBRI.
CEO Leopold has kept us all up to date with straight forward PR's. Patience, please, or sell and move on to another opportunity. Thanks.

Agree ! Patience is the theme to follow.

Anyone here follow OSTO.PK (Original Sixteen To One Company) ? The PPS took a spectacular jump the afternoon from .0001 to .15 cents per share. OSTO is one of the oldest California gold mining companies located northeast of Sacramento, CA with a modest 12.9 million OS. I always felt that OSTO was NBRI's candidate for the buyout CEO Leopold mentioned in a PR. This is pure speculation on my part, but if it turns out to be true - - - WOW !!!! Keep you fingers, toes, eyes, etc crossed (as I am) !!!

This is your first post on the NBRI board. Are you a shareholder ? As a long term holder of NBRI shares, I'm curious as to why you feel it will be bought out by a larger mining company ? Thanks
Walt Calahan
myelnat:
No, it means that the PPS could advance to 15 to 20 times the present PPS - - 20 times .07 cents = $ 1.40/shr !

The "RFP" mentioned in the announcement about Comfort Systems (FIX) association with BEHL means "Request For Proposal", not a contract to build a Algea cultivating site. It could, and probably will, lead to a contract, but it is a few months away. JMHO
W A Calahan
Quinnradio:
All true observations, but the PBR you refer to is the initial stage in putting together a 10 acre Death Valley operation. Next comes the financing of the project and if awarded the installation and start up will take time - - be prepared for delays that will occur. It could be two or more years away before any profits are made. JMHO
Walt Calahan
Beastieboy:
This system installed at the Company's headquarters in San Juan Capistrano, CA is a "Pilot Plant" to test the setup for any anomolies so that corrections can be made before committing to a full scale production operation. The petrochemical and pharmaceutical industies employ this technique before proceeding to a full scale and costly installation. This contract with Comfort Systems (FIX on the NYSE) is to workout the final design of the ten acre Death Valley plant. This is a very positive step on the part of BEHL and FIX in the growth of this industry.
Walt Calahan
beastieboy:
Expand this problem to a 10 acre setup and the pumping requirements will grow. Would larger diameter pipes help ?
