Now that we have promising lab results back on on the Noble Metal Kings transaction, we’ve been anxiously working toward getting some new terms on paper in the form of a letter of intent.

I will be working all day on this and hope to have something done today. If we can come to terms today before close of business, I will issue a press release today. If it pushes into this evening, I’ll issue a press release tomorrow morning.

They don't have to, but since they first mentioned it in the last 10K, you'd think they would add updated info on the next.

The last 10k gave reference to the Rutgers deal falling through, but at that time, no resolution occured. Next 10K will probably address it, meaning the stent is poing nowhere, unless they strike a deal with someone else to test and commercialize it, which I doubt.

Anyone with any possible positive outlooks in the near future?

Maybe the international patents, but that's just paperwork, ehich like other patents havent gone to commercialization.
