Why then did it close at $2.57 including after hours trading?:)
Those who are responsible for this travesty do not want this stock to explode due to the media attention that will result (imo).
Great to see much of the long gang still here!:)
Great news!!! Got both also!
BigBang, the stealing of WAMU and the subsequent WMIH can not become general knowledge in society so all doings relevant to this case must be done quietly (IMO).
Aaron, I'm sure many of us are wondering the same thing.:)
Is the number of shares .007% of the number of escrows? Thanks!
Sniperman, thank you for your comments!:)
On volume 22,000.:)
JWW, well done!:)
boarddork, outstanding post! Must read.:)
AZ, thanks for the clarification!:)
Great post! Shou!d be stickied.:)
Ronle as I understand this post Wave must include a reverse split element in the event Wave's stock value does not achieve the extended price to fulfill the requirements for continued NASDAQ listing. Right? Thus, a reverse split is not inevitable.
Ditto Yogi!:)
AZ Amazing must read post! Thanks!:)
Has Sussman been asked about this?:)
Wavedreamer it is befuddling! You are one of the brilliant DD investors who has been posting on this board for a long time. By the way, thank you! With all you have noted why is Wave economically starving. Is it "being starved" by the govt.- possibly in hopes it will fail. Where is the one deal-let's say with Microsoft-that would fuel Wave's lift off? With Wave's outstanding technology-it doesn't make sense, unless there are unseen forces intentionally manipulating the market in terms "security". I have been in Wave close to 16 years. I've read the intelligent DD posts over the years. That's why I'm still here. However, it feels like Wave/investors are at a turning point. If the govt. doesn't want airtight security, I assume it won't happen. I do not believe the blame for Wave's slog can be only due to SKS or Solms. In fact, it may be they have been victims in the Wave story.
Alea,I am starting to see the truth. The main impediment to Wave sales (IMO) has been and continues to be the U.S. govt. That would explain a lot-in terms of past and current difficulties. I got into the stock years ago due to the amazing intelligent due diligence of investors, some of which are continuing to do so today. The question has been how can Wave be floundering in this current climate of hacking and the clear need for Wave technology which has received awards for best technology in this area since almost the inception of this company/technology? In my opinion, the answer is the govt. does not want the most secure system because it would interfere with surveilence-nationally and internationally. Maybe, SKS and Solms have been victims of this situation. Now, where does that leave us (investors/company) if indeed the above opinion is correct.
Hi Orda, why do you think two top military people were hired to play important roles at Wave?:)
Why is the pp going up on low volume if doomsday for Wave is iminent?)
travelmile, excellent post! Truth that is PROVABLE is POWERFUL!!:):)
tze I agree. Very quietly!:)
Blue, thanks again for your work.:)
Hi All What is Wave's current relationship with Samsung and the encryption on SSD products. I saw on Youtube a video pertaining to this posted 2/14/15.
Orda, it appears you are right. No matter who was/is the CEO.:)
The value of the stock stays the same or so far today goes up a little and over a 1/4 million shares have been bought/sold.:)
The question is- why the large volume and significant purchases of WAVX stock if the company is on the verge of de-listing or economic collapse?:)
Over a 1/4 million shares were traded today and WAVX went down only 1 point. It seems then many shares were bought. Why then would so many shares be bought if the situation is hopeless with de-listing imminent?:)
Hi Shifty I totally get where you're coming from!By the way another reason why escrows will get paid (IMO) is that the powers that be legally involved in this case want this matter resolved quietly (under the radar of gobal media). If esrows are zeroed out after all these years of waiting/suffering post seisure, I believe the protestations will be loud.
Alea If so where does this leave Wave's future?:)
Thanks ROT, I hope you are right.:)
Orda/ROT If NSA is undermining TC deployment, what is your opinion as to why Wave has two top ex-military men running Wave?.:)
I have a theory. First I want to say the posters/investors in WAVX are some of the most knowledgeable, insightful individuals in this area: internet security (IMO). My theory is that WAVX has been/is the real deal for enabling true security- which is exactly why this company has had such a difficult time succeeding. I believe there are powerful forces, that will not allow WAVX to succeed because they don't want there to be un-hackable security. I hope I'm wrong. I've been invested in WAVX since the late 90's and I don't want to lose what I have invested in WAVX. I think of selling at least half of my position, but then worry that if I'm wrong and WAVX is a huge success (which I believe it should be), I'll kick myself for years to come. All The Best
Hi All I meant "chunk of the blame". Sorry for typo in previous post.
Maybe the forces SKS was up against deserve a chuck of the blame for this interminable slog. Just a thought.:)
Thanks Uzualsuzpect! Good to see you're still in. Is ilenes still holding WMIH?:)
Mountyfan, thanks. That eases my nerves a bit.:)
Hi Alea Even without Solms allowing himself and Wave to be publicly exposed/affiliated with the NSA, his background as well as the retired general (his name escapes me at this moment) can appear to mean to other countries, that the US govt. is very much involved with Wave. The question is can this be the reason that economic support for Wave as well as the pps is shakey?
So it would seem that if the NSA prefers software security solutions because they essentially are not secure, then if they can't control Wave they will kill it -starve/obstruct Wave out of existence. Your thoughts? For some reason I can't help but think of Globalstar.
