VitalTrust Business Development Corporation intends to make long-term debt and equity investments in cash-flow positive companies with perceived growth potential primarily in the energy sectors.
apparently not many fell for the misinformation
you mean there's information posted here as fact that isn't true? no way LOL
yeah, that must be it. naked shorts posting here on the board to try to drive the price down. was wondering how long it would take you to pull some type of conspiracy theory out of your butt.
so anyone asking a question you don't like is a naked short?
your posts and your theories stink more than that stogie you're smokin.
yes, but the plan is to get onto OTC and NASDAQ asap, isn't it? it would seem they will indeed comply with NASD rules, if not now very soon.
GEO, does that mean that the statements "there will be no R/S" might also be untrue since JR can do anything he likes?
has the company indicated if the same 500million restricted shares will be issued in the new company? Will Stanton receive the dividend to the tune of 200 million shares?
JL, difficult to not feel bad if a stock you recommended to friends falters, but the reality is that it was their decision to purchase the stock. You gave them info, and they made their own choice.
If they gave you the money to invest and paid you a commission or fee to do so, then yes you should feel accountable. Otherwise, it's like telling them you really liked a movie and your friends decided to go see it and hated it.
Tough!
IMO, once the 4 tubes are up and running and generating revenue, the cash will flow into USSE without any trouble.
the company is going to make mistakes along the way and this was a small one IMO
The PR explaining what happened is painfully honest to a level of detail you almost NEVER see in a PR.
This was Redwood's mistake, not USSE's IMO. Redwood should have verified the content of the PR before releasing it; that includes calling Oppenheimer to confirm the details and ask for a comment.
So where are we now? Same place as 1 week ago. Looking for financing, except that National will now help do that and ensure it is done right.
the 500M shares will be included in any EPS projections, which is the most commonly used metric to guage share price valuation on a fully diluted basis.
however, because the 500M shares are restricted, they should be excluded from the float, so it would be proper to say valuations should be based on the 640M shares outstanding, but trading volatility should be based on the number in the float, estimated at about 80M shares.
I think the purpose of the spin-off and separate companies is to take full advantage of green credits/tags and to facilitate the permit process.
stock price of USSE and USSP when added together should equal close to what USSE trades at prior to the dividend. The relative prices will depend on what investors think the split of revenue between the 2 companies will be. One company will in a sense sell it's byproduct to the other company.
So if USSE was trading at 40 cents, after the dividend it might be that USSE trades at 15 cents and USSP trades at 25 cents.
it's true, but very rarely has an effect on share price since naked shorting (especially from offshore accounts) can far outweigh any real shorting.
who's complaining? I'm laughing.
when this gets off the pinks the share price will explode. watch the investment/mutual funds come piling in.
he is a friend of a council person and nothing he has posted is confidential information.
huh?
But one thing is for sure the chance of you getting shares below .40 is slim to none! And I will take credit for that!!!
you will take credit for that? you're joking right? you mean you hired David Crow? Or you hired Oppenheimer? Or you mean that your post that there will be "BIG NEWS" is what raised the stock price and not the news?
LOL
The Farm Security and Rural Investment Act (FSRIA) was signed into law in 2002. A goal of that legislation is to increase the government’s purchase and use of biobased products. In addition to lessening our national dependence on foreign oil, use of biobased materials promotes economic development by creating new jobs in rural communities and providing new markets for farm commodities.
As part of the FSRIA mandate, the U.S. Department of Agriculture was directed to develop and implement a comprehensive program for designating biobased products. The USDA has already designated several items as "preferred,"; and will be adding significantly to that list in the coming months. Many government agencies are now using these products, and have found them to have comparable or superior performance to their petroleum counterparts.

Average soybean production costs ranged from $2.13 per bushel for producers in the lowest cost quartile to $6.00 per bushel for those in the highest cost quartile. Heartland, West, and Northern Crescent producers had lower soybean production costs per bushel than Mississippi Portal and Southeast producers. Producers in higher sales classes and producers with 250 to 750 acres of soybeans had lower production costs than other soybean producers. Off-farm income was an important source of household income for many soybean producers.
so, if they release BIG NEWS the volume will be higher.
wow, thanks for that hint, would never have guessed that LOL
yes, I think your wife should cook me a good meal
set it up
that doesn't show your purchase price

Did you post at 0.007 to purchase this stock?
It's easy to give advice after the fact.
bulldog, try reading the disclaimer again and understand what it is saying.
also, familiarize yourself with SEC Reg FD and think about whether you are helping the company or hurting it.
finally, stop thinking that you are influencing the stock price, that's just plain silly.
what help are you offering? stop being so sensitive.
"big news" isn't really substantive information, we just don't want to cause the company any trouble.
agree. the email doesn't give any specific info and is probably ok but isn't it against the rules to post a private email on the public board without permission from the author? moderators could you please remove that post?
thanks
weebie, do you mind sharing or PM'ing me
how you found this before the merger announcement?
i'm looking to try to grab the next one at sub-penny levels.
thanks
wjmoede, the strategy as explained by the CEO is to sell the fuel to utilities. This strategy avoids taking on the big gas companies and simplifies distribution to fewer outlets. There are fewer approvals and permits and more opportunity for green credits.
that picture is so scary
why corn? organized lobbying

financing news will lend another layer of credibility to the technology and business plan as well as erase any doubts about stock dilution.
anyone not in this stock is in denial

there is a form on the website for you to send your info to USSEC so that they can contact you for further info.
vonitsa, do you expect the company to raise the authorized shares above 1 billion? forward splits will not be possible if 647 million OS and only 1 billion authorized.
U.S. Sustainable Energy plans to market the primary liquid fuel under the trade name SoyMazia 128.
they cover their short position by purchasing shares at whatever price they can. if they shorted at 50 cents and cover with shares at 46 cents they made 3 cents per share.
if they shorted at 50 cents and cover at 55 cents they've lost 5 cents per share in the deal.
the higher the price, the more they lose, but they can always cover as long as they can purchase shares.
it's not news, it's the analyst assumption
I do like what I'm reading and a buyer
you are free to do what you like
you're right, don't buy
however I am.
that's what the analyst used in his model. It may or may not be what the company actually does.
the patents are pending, you will not find them listed anywhere until the applications are accepted by the USPTO.
you can buy now while the price is low, or wait until the patents are issued and the price is likely higher but at lower risk.
your choice.
