the company is going to make mistakes along the way and this was a small one IMO

The PR explaining what happened is painfully honest to a level of detail you almost NEVER see in a PR.

This was Redwood's mistake, not USSE's IMO. Redwood should have verified the content of the PR before releasing it; that includes calling Oppenheimer to confirm the details and ask for a comment.

So where are we now? Same place as 1 week ago. Looking for financing, except that National will now help do that and ensure it is done right.
