Tim has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of hm3 since its inception. From 1987 to 1991 he served as President of Quantum International, which parlayed a $75,000 investment into $50 million in first year sales. National Media, a New York Stock Exchange company merged with Quantum, and Tim served as Executive Vice President of National Media from 1991 to 1994. I got my start in the world of home shopping on QVC and I will always be grateful to them for the opportunity long before the network became the hit place to be it is now! It is hard to believe to an extent when you look back at what this new revolutionary device can do... that we are as you say "The market cap at .006 is $3.6 million!!! ". However a lot a people lost faith, got scared or didn't have the patience; when it was revealed that Paul didn't have said item in hand.
Here is the good news the agreement appears to be locked tight solid on our side. We are now presently in the courts that were agreed upon for any dispute (no one is still sure what SLee's dispute is?) As NavyCMDR has pointed out Delaware is pro-business... Chainsaw5050 and Stringofpearls have made it very clear (and it is clear I read it myself as have many others) that the "agreement" has been breached by SAM LEE.
Time is really the only question at hand... How long will it take for the mediation to work or courts decision? A couple weeks, a month, two... Chainsaw5050 and Stringofpearls are knowledgable here and have recently posted opinions of time frames I believe... you might want to check some of there recent post. GLTU
D6 not to bypass Yachtsailor from answering (and please do the more information the better), but imo there are vast differences. The Bioharp is a noninvasive nano-tech that uses a wand. The wand picks up inflammation via electromagnetic signal sent by a cell to the skin surface. The unique quality of the Bioharp is that it reads inflammation locally.

This is interesting because this is a perfect example of where the Bioharp in a hospital situation could be used in tandem. The C-reactive protein test could tell you that there is inflammation somewhere in the body and a body scan with the Bioharp would tell you where it is located.

The scenario... (mind you, you would have to read the Ibox completely to fill in all the details I'll probably leave out)
Currently XMDC is trading around a little greater than .005. All because of the lawsuit and lack of cooperation from SLee to hand over all assets. Prior to the lawsuit and current revelations of SLee, the share price bounced around the .03 cents area and had been as high .109 a share. Winning the lawsuit would probably put us back into the 2-3 cent range quickly. Having SLee come on board voluntarily and the PPS would probably jump to .04-.05 range.
Now how do we get to the $1.00? Well after Paul announces and takes a snap shot that he has "working" Bioharp in hand we should continue our move to the OTCBB per "The Agreement". This will give a little boost to the share price. Now if SLee already has KFDA approval (we've already submitted it and South Korea is very secretive. Hard to find out if we already have this.) the PPS would jump to between .15 and .25 cents per share. Paul's plan was to get S. Korea, USA, China, and Japan approvals first. These are very large markets (mind you once we have one approval the rest will follow easily).
The crux of the PPS at this stage will be "sales". Now news of manufacturing and any other tidbits along these lines will help push PPS. Long long ago Paul had stated he had 7 companies all willing to help... "Our intention is to market the product aggressively throughout Asia, the U.S. and Europe. To date, we've had over 7 inquiries from medical device companies looking to represent the BioHarp in 4 different countries globally. As we move forward, these opportunities will be explored and if they benefit the company, we will press forward on a working relationship."
Now it's up to you if you want to believe this, but Paul had said in some emails to a few on the board that he had pre-contracts in the works. A good example is IMGG. They had pre-contracts (meaning if they got FDA approval someone had already put up 50% of a large buy order) IMGG PPS went to just under "2.00 dollars a share" yeah...
Even if the pre-contract thing doesn't exist... The main thing to remember is what the Bioharp is and how it can draw excitement. The Bioharp detects cellular inflammation and can distinguish between inflammation and "Cancer" by signals sent from a cell. The Bioharp is Nano-tech instrument which is revolutionary technology. It's accuracy for detecting "Cancer" is around 96% that's amazing (from the Ibox A total of 656 measurements were carried out for three weeks using this method, on mice including those whose subcutaneous tissue was transplanted with cancer cells. In the initial seven (7) days after the transplantation, correct were 166 out of 190 measurements (87.4%), in which normal, healthy mice were not diagnosed with cancer. These pennies always leave doubts, I think the future business is going to be spectacular, having said that he had debt. He used shares to get rid of it. We don't know what terms he had arranged with this debt collector. It very well been a sham... we may never know. Again looking forward if the debts are paid for we move up from here, at least till the restricted shares become unrestricted. jmho............
