These pennies always leave doubts, I think the future business is going to be spectacular, having said that he had debt. He used shares to get rid of it. We don't know what terms he had arranged with this debt collector. It very well been a sham... we may never know. Again looking forward if the debts are paid for we move up from here, at least till the restricted shares become unrestricted. jmho............
