Not good news. Surprised it isn't on IHUB. GLTA.
The filed the 10q on Aug 8.
I hope it happens for you...and me. I have no idea how'll they'll get it moving, but anything is possible I guess. GLTA.
Thank you..
Thanks...I'll be sure to rinse the blade, hate to go to work smelling like moonshine.
Rubbing alcohol, grain, or does it matter?
L is a separate entity. I believe BRND sells them as an affiliate. L has their own website and has a large philanthropic focus. I haven't looked too closely, but IMO they would be interested in as many affiliates as possible due to the percentage of sales helping people in Africa.
Banks are definitely hiding losses. Fnma might not be hiding, but they are probably not foreclosing on what will be a loss, much like most banks. The gov has banks (especially smaller banks) by the short hairs. We need compliance brownie points to not foreclose, but are virtually certain we will never recoup. So, we short sell or simply take back the property with borrower consent. All of the debt isn't forgiven, some is charged off, but it's not technically a foreclosure. Basically, it's an accounting trick to make things look a little rosier. Fnma is probably sitting on tons of bad paper with hopes of forcing it back on the original lender. Most will eventually be a loss, but not directly for FMNA, or, it will be rebundled in a gov program, and sold to fmna. A lot of smoke and mirrors and posturing for good news bites.
Have my shares with TDA.
It was about SPAM. The suit started a while back, but was reposted in August. Damages hearing in October.
Very fishy from both. I imagine the SEC, FINRA, CNBC, BBB, and the liquor commissions in at least FL and CA have been blasted with comments re: Andreas' SEC violations and Jorge's worthlessness IMO. IMO, BBV stands very little chance of being distributed on a large scale by dumb and dumber together or separately. I hope to see Andreas in jail, with or without the sissy hat, in the future.
He and his wife still have a ton of shares, he's the landlord, and IMO, the puppet master. He's moving to SW Florida to be closer to GNIN is my guess and distancing himself to avoid problems with this or future scams.
Unless, Andreas wants a little time to be the jail yard pincushion...that hat will make all the boys wild.
Who knows what the truth is other than Jorge is an idiot and Andreas violated SEC laws...dumb and dumber going head to head.
Keep going back...no pay for more than 4 months. Also, Harmon stepped down.
Doesn't help if premier isn't part of the story. If BRND stays down, IMO most would prefer BBV to fail miserably... Stop production after 6 bottles for example.
Andreas can read it, probably even the big words, on his own. Don't know that a mole would provide info and no one has said anything positive about the POS.
They can sit on the linoleum and drink cheap scotch and vodka...
The cyber security guy?
Sounds like piss poor mgmt on his part. Contingency plans are key to success. Why would he contract with someone that isn't licensed and set a BS April date after the fact? He's making excuses, double talking, back tracking. IMO, he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and is too stupid to figure a way out and too much of a whiney little bitch to man up and take responsibility. His product, his decisions, his leadership, his failures.
I don't think she'll go there...she wants the car wreck appeal of Rodman...Andreas doesn't matter, never will.
Keep hitting FB, Twitter, email for CNBC calling out the scam before, during and after if applicable.
Harmon too...Piñon was brought in as insulation...plus I think Harmon owed payment for landscaping services. GNIN starting to follow a familiar path for Harmon. Hope for someone to do something positive with the shell. GLTA.
AB will fall for divulging proprietary info and for generally being idiots by talking on twitter like a bunch of high school girls. BRND looks like a scam, whose in on it who knows...AB doesn't look like any less of a scam, it's just not public...yet.
I'm hopeful the Asian sales group will help. Big market with hopefully deep pockets.
It is crazy and for all involved, I hope it is a hoax. Lawyers are salivating over this bad boy. How many copies of the twitter and the board do you think George Sharp has right now? A private company is extra easy to bury, especially if they don't have a lot of cash on hand and nervous investors. RIP AB.
Very true. No one I know has been solicited for sale, which makes sense, but many are based out of Chicago so Rodman tends to make it into conversation and they heard something, but not enough to interest them. Many work for the international big boys, some own distributor ships, some have ventured off into buying labels and then distributing, some just sell for national or smaller distributors. Either way, I've steered them to the board, and vented while drinking Effen, GG, Kettle, even Absolut...at least it's free. GLTA...BBB and cnbc can wait till breakfast.
I find it hard to believe he would be this much of an idiot. Truly a fool if so and the biz will tank simply from his involvement.
I saw her and Rodman at a bar in Chicago years ago pre their marriage...he was wrecked playing the drums uninvited...she dropped to her knees, equally wrecked and puked in biblical proportion... Fun times, classy group.
True. Horrible legal counsel..probably prepaid legal aid. Place complaints in all local Better Business Bureaus and any/all distributors you can find...good distributors won't touch them without raking them over the coals on the deal. I have tons of friends and family in the biz, some publicly traded...they've all been informed.
I'm in...I'll bring some Effen and Kettle...no BBV for me.
Not really...the 10Q didn't support much. Zizzazz will cease production as soon as stock runs out and the tea has a contract elsewhere as well. Google it a little and you can find the reason for the purchase of Zizzazz and the history of the company before the BRND ticker.
You are right. I apologize. I caught my error pretty quick and reported TOS on myself to delete the post. The .09 was pasted on the bottom of the post you were replying to, definitely not your post.
Ownership is unrelated. Payment for services rendered is assumed. Commission for placements is standard. Call it whatever you wish, but it equals income.
Because they sell it, place it, promote it...would they work for free?
C'mon man...no need to be a chooch.
Agreed. Too many boobs (not normally bad) while I'm sitting with Compliance Examiners. GLTA.
More interesting that, if he's in Cali, he's answering an unknown phone call at 6 AM IMO.
Once stock is depleted, Zizzazz will no longer be produced. Found it in the 10Q. Hopefully, there is a reason unknown to me for that purchase...maybe a name change, etc...GLTA...brighter days ahead.
Hopefully Halodata will help them sell...if they can't sell volume, it makes sense to enlist those that can.
