Ya know I Just thought of something today is Thursday and ya know it is almost the end of the year.
Remember back in the old days (each of the last 20 years) when we always saw LWLG sells at year end for people to write off against other stock gains? Now they need to sell of the INTEL's vs. our profits.
Do you view this as potential competition, collaboration, or just confirmation that Photonics is not just the future, but hopefully soon the present with LWLG? Won't they need our patents if they are competition?
x, proof is in the pudding, please repeat it this once a day at whatever time you think gives the most bang.
If I didn't already own mucho, that would sell me. Gracious
Can't wait to meet you in person
Lot's of newbies and new eyes daily on this board. Might be prudent for a daily Lightwave for Dummies by x.
Rambo--long time no hear, just wondering your thoughts?
Solactive EPIC Core Photonics Index. My broker is unable to buy it for me, saying it is only available overseas. Does anyone know how to buy it in the US? TIA
Yes the interviewers really were kind of clueless about the tech. Dr. L didn't really answer when they asked about, what are your sales and who are you selling to?
They did ask him about the GOO solving Moore's Law, and I was kind of surprised that he sort of stated no in more technical terms. Anyone know how viewed this YouTube TV program is?
Paperwork of some sort of deal is moving back and forth between about 142 attorneys.
Greatest fake news hype of all time. But let's all attack any non-hype comments.
The last time it hit $17 in the middle of the day, everyone was breaking out the cigars, and you should if you sold. But after that it went down to $7 and below, so whether it was the shorts or time w/o news, what is really different to us long-term shareholders that want to wait till we get the first DEAL!!!!? We know when we do it will make the current s-p look small, but if that is you goal, we need news of a sale for money.
As Mr. Winston Wolfe said in Pulp Fiction let's not start -------- we still have some work to do. I never light a cigar betting an NBA game in the 3rd quarter, as you will sometimes end up eating tobacco. Waiting for the news that will stop trading.. and then restart after a deal with at least a $30 starting price.
That's why I have so much respect for the CEO and other investors who went in their own pockets to help pay it. Also that's why the CEO is taking such a small salary, and has not watered down the shares in any way.
This stock is like as they say, it is hard to turn a freighter ship around. If was sailing fast, when the CEO had the epiphany of combining the amazing Insultex Insulation used in clothing (tested and worn by both the USA and Canadian Winter Olympic teams) with a moisture barrier, and created the only House-wrap in the world with an R-Value (was 3 now 6 and can go higher). After reviewing Independent Lab testing, 2 of the countries larges retailers in this industry, Lowes and Home Depot carried it and the rest is history, as the competition tried to sit on it's neck.
7 years later, after proving and winning etc. they are getting slowly started, but regardless of the current share-price or low sales to date (it's only been weeks since all legal actions formally ended) IVDN is the only company in the world with this transformative product, that not only save contractors money when building it, it will save untold amounts of energy costs for any remodels that the outside walls never had this product. Look out for news but this opportunity to buy a stock with such upside at this low cost is rare. I am not a stock hyper, but having been in sales since the day after I graduated College, I have never seen such an easy sale. Quite frankly it isn't a sale at all, it is an education. Once someone learns about the properties, and especially uses it, they will almost be doing Construction Malpractice, using other old materials.
The CEO not only has not taken a pay raise for many years, I don't believe he has given himself Warrants, Options, or any free stock. What he did instead was reach in his own pocket with help from other investors who knew the suit was from a scared competitor, and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars, to keep the lights on for the 7 year attempt to put them put of business.
Proving the point read the National Law Review article-January 4, 2021 Volume XL Number 4. They have followed many cases when the Govt. and Corp's file bogus suits, trying to hurt David in fights with Goliath.
They were all doing business 6+ years ago before the FTC filed suit. They halted sales based on their lawyers instructions. Home Depot was literally cutting 1/2 of the 12' DuPont Tyvek display, for 6' of the Insultex House-wrap. That is when the lobbyists were called in to get the FTC action. One of the major Home builders were ready to buy on a large monthly basis, and the biggest retailer in the US was interested in using the pure Insultex for the thinnest and warmest Sleeping Bag on the market. Again they all stopped, thinking that if the FTC claims something it must be true.
My understanding is that group is part of the attack to destroy the competition (IVDN) in the multi-billion dollar house-wrap industry. This group is a paid attacker trying to keep Innovative Designs Insultex House-wrap down. The company is suing to not only get back their lawyer fees from the FTC, but to also force them to take down these fake sites used as puppets for the big corporation.
Go to the website http://www.insultexhousewrap.com/ to read all of the documented quantitative facts confirming the Evacuated Cell technology, that no other company in the world possesses. The Govt lost their fallacious lawsuit in Federal Court, after their expert witness confirmed under oath that he saw proof of the R-Value. In their attempt to appeal their losing argument they then tried to blame the Judges decisions on other matters, not any longer that the R-Value was not true, which 3 Judge unanimously through that out too, as false.
Home Depot, Lowes and others sold and saw the reorders for this product, after doing all of the DD that these National retailers must do, before marketing it. We are fortunate to be able to buy this stock at it's lowest levels due to the litigation. It will take some time to get the engine running again, but having the disruptive technology that save carbon and energy bills etc. will be back with more sales, and IMHO a DuPont or Kimberly Clark, if they want to maintain their sales and even take them to levels never seen, must buy this patented from IVDN, and it will not be cheap.
TKG, not only is the future of the worlds leadership based in the Economy dependent on being on the forefront of technology, but that is even subordinate to the importance of technology of the military. In these troubling times with our enemies on different fronts, without a powerful arms deterrent you are at a weak level. So as much as the GOO will drive the economy of (hopefully the near) the future, it could be the main ingredient for keeping the world safe. Too much hyperbole?
I am far from a war hawk, but historically pretty much all economic world country leaders also had strong militaries. The future of war probably won't be how many feet and guns on the ground do you have, but how sophisticated is your technology to protect against not only convectional, but also digital attacks. Some attempted attacks have been directed (some with success) at our Pentagon's computers, Electric Grids, to name a couple. I once read that if one of the Grids was cut off, it would equal the economic devastation to 5-6 Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombs.
So as a recent article in Newsweek states, the head of our military expressed the following concern;
Joint Chiefs Chairman Army General Mark Milley spent December 4 at the White House, attending meetings with the national security team and principals
Two days earlier the general had given an un-rosy assessment about the state of the U.S. armed forces, as gloomy a view as any president's primary military advisor could publicly speak. In a virtual event to the liberal Brookings Institution in Washington, Milley circumnavigated the globe in talking about the hazardous state of the world, concentrating as well on the progression of technology, and the changes that had happened in the information society since he joined the military in 1980.
A modicum of success. As long as we are supporting the government. China and Russia closing the gap. Nothing in Milley's speech approached the usual bravado about America being number one, nor did it promise that there was a path to get there. Milley didn't lay out some numerical comparison of the military balance. Everything in the future depended on advanced technologies—space, artificial intelligence, robotics—and a healthy United States, he said.
So the US Govt that spends trillions of dollars, much of it wasted on useless antiquated items, could advance all of these systems with superior AI and other tech, with chips that are faster than our enemies. How important is it to have anti missile systems that can react faster than the attack? How important is it to have the AI to protect against Digital attacks on not only military sites, but against Ransomware Attacks against business and even us?
The GOO may only be the True defense of the free world, or we could be Through. If only we had a former Admiral with connections to the top Govt agencies!
How many dollars per share would the GOO be worth, if it was the only thing that leads us for; Truth, Justice, and (the American errr) a Better Future? There's no need to fear, underGOO is here!
Very cool! Do you know what % of the fund LWLG will be?
Can you if available show the companies and their %'s of the fund? Thanks as always for your straight forward input even back from the Yahoo Message Board days!
All buildings have Codes with certain required R-Value (the capacity of an insulating material to resist heat flow. The higher the R-value, the greater the insulating power). While they all use a non-insulated moisture barrier this has an R-6 Value. If the requirements are say R-20, you only pay for the R-14 remaining. This product doesn't need to be attached to a costly board which saves the builder money. If it is a home improvement job, when taking off the old wall cover and adding the R-6 to the new siding, it literally will pay for the job over a certain amount of years with the energy savings.
It's real strength is going after products like R-Sheathing or any other rigid insulation board product. With codes becoming ever more stringent, the need for an insulative sheathing product to prevent thermal bridging and contributing to a wall/ roof’s overall thermal performance, Insultex stands to be somewhat revolutionary! The delta in cost between Insultex and other house-wraps may be pennies, whereas the difference between an Insultex/ OSB assembly vs other product R-Sheathing is 10’s of Dollars per sq ft.
So like the GOO, this material uses less energy, and now with more Architects and Contractors trying for lower Carbon efficient materials, this stands alone in a multi-billion dollar industry. After 6-7 years of false litigation trying to put them out of business, which caused Home Depot Lowes and other major Home Builders, to stop buying the material, they are now coming out of the oppressive litigation, and eventually any of the competition that wants to own this category, will be trying to buy it out at many times more than it is now.
With the world looking for less carbon in our diet, any remodels that use their IVDN R-6 House-wrap is saving at least 20%-30% on energy expenses. Goliath tried to kill David with the lawsuit, but when their "expert" witness under oath in Federal Court, confirmed it, that gave the technology that no other company in the world has even more credibility. And that anyone doing a remodel and is not using this for the required moisture barrier, is almost doing Construction Malpractice to the investor paying for the projects.
Great answer!
Why so mean? There used to be a day when we wanted newbies on the board. Unfortunately some people don't have the free time to spend hours a day on many different message boards, if they have a broad portfolio, like some here. Can't we all get along?
Gargantuan Outstanding Organization
Good call on ProfitScout. He also turned me on to Innovative Designs IVDN. Another company that will dominate a multi-billion dollar industry, with an already proven disruptive technology (the only moisture barrier with an R-Value-ie insulation) like LWLG's will be soon.
Talking about trusting the US Govt, they were puppets for the competition (through their lobbyists) that tried to lawyer them out of business with a frivolous lawsuit.
My thought on how it relates to the GOO is if and when we get our first contract, which will threaten the great profitable norm of today, could any established chip maker that doesn't want to change, try to pooh on the GOO?
If there was as you suggest a battle to buy the GOO there would be too many in the queue than just our few. And they understand that he who controls the GOO will look at the competition in the rear view. There would be much action in our s-p. It's not like building a better mousetrap, it's like changing the DNA of mice. Too big to keep quiet, and those who know those involved will be buying on the open market. There never has been 1 DEAL!!!! so when there is one, I believe we will see major share purchases, and big jumps in s-p way in advance. Proly just sayin $25-$30, they we really take off to the $60's on the announcement, and after then when the 99.99% of the world that have no idea of Photonics etc..
Bang Zoom to the Moon
No, or we would be selling for more than $25.00 a share now.
Trust and profits are 2 different discussions. If the GOO can help protect and defend while still max'ing out the share-price is to me a win-win. DARPA has taken many disruptive tech's to market which changed those industries. Why couldn't they do the same with the GOO?
There are enemies much worst than those that are not hypers on the IHUB MB lol, that want to cripple the US and their Allies economies. Plus if the Govt. pays hundreds of dollars for screwdrivers etc. imagine what they will pay for our world changing materials?
No we can trust corporations like Dow Chemicals, all of the Tobacco industry, Enron, Fen-Phen, VW and all those safe cars that exploded when hit from behind, plus hundreds of others, not even including ones making billions of profits and paying less taxes than I and Vein do. Be sure to use some Roundup on your lawn and take a deep breath.
The only way that one entity could or should control the GOO is the US Government., as a matter of National Security. With China's Supersonic missiles and Russian hacking of everything and could turn off the Grid etc. He who controls the GOO will control the world. Of course it would let USA and friendly countries businesses move forward in all of the categories we know will drive future growth.
If our material would make Super Computers, Super Duper, and can counter all of the evil in a dominating way, I would be cool with a DARPA paying us many Billions (at least $200 a share) for control. If only we had an ex-Admiral with connections with this agency, hmmmm?
We are "Gold" and "Ubiquitous", but we are told by our leader that we will have to bend over and sell out. It must be fools gold because those that hit the rich Vein were forced to sell out to Mr. Hearst, and Swearengen.
How can those that control the world, we all know that there are now very few very, very large mega buck players that control everything from our Cell Phones, Computers, Search Engines, Autos, Movies, Sports, Amazon, Facebook, NetFlix, Social Media etc. They must have this and cannot let a smaller player control them.
Once again let us prove that is totally wrong. How did those that control the world let some kids in a garage control the computer world?. How did those that control the Automobile world let some immigrant from Pretoria create the most valuable car company? Some goof control social media? Etc? etc? etc?
Games will be played. You just need to be prescient to see who is playing them.
Are you trying to say it was manipulatively wrong 100% of the time, when we were told 3,192 times that it is DEAL TIME!!!! over the last 11 years?

If going up 3%-4% means news is coming, what does it mean if we go down the same using your analytic algorithms?
Be careful of the - "cocktailing on da beach" people may be watchin ya.
That is true in addition to 9,000 other reasons, that the world must Do the GOO, or our economy will be Pooh. Howdy Ho!
I always have said I only wish I owed millions of dollars in taxes in any given year.
Your comments are pretty pretty pretty good.
